It is with great pleasure that I formally announce Kaydonia's striking down of its traditional isolationist policies, replacing them with policies that will allow us to interact with all nations of the world both for betterment of us but for the betterment of the world. With that being said, I invite all nations who wish to open relations with Kaydonia to establish an embassy within the Kaydonian capital city and agree to an exchange of ambassadors.
