Nagano loaded up his computer. He was going to transfer the multi-million dollar program to the mainframe and compile it. There was more terrorism then ever, and the country needed safety now. Dubbed the Livivishki project, the anti-terrorism program was designed to intercept terrorist movements, try to eliminate them, and if it failed and the weapon was biological or chemical, do a decontamination sweep. It was all very simple, or so he thought. The prompt opened on his laptop, he entered the program and typed in TRANSFER TO 1-DA8 MILITARY MAINFRAME GEVORT, NERKA. The computer quickly responded with a data transfer sign. The Rithic and Nerkan governments had worked together to create the program, and Gevort was the house of the main server mainframe for the Livivishki project. They used mainframes, not the old kinds though. These were dubbed mainframes because of their huge size, they were so big because each one could hold approximately 9,000 TB. No one had gotten past 1,000 TB usage, however, the program, once fully expanded (It wasn't fully compiled, just code) would cover a whole 5,000 TB, filling the computer. Then, everyone would have access to it who requested they have their country on the anti-missile program. After some waiting, the computer showed the words TRANSFER COMPLETE, DATA BEING ERASED FROM THIS COMPUTER. Nagano clicked abort, but the button was frozen, then he remembered something. He switched accounts. Then, he typed in ABORT CURRENT OPERATION, LOCAL T LEVEL RESET. The account he was on was the only one with ability to abort, and would be deleted to prevent hackers from destroying the program once it was fully compiled. He sat down the phone and waited for the world to call him, slowly, he drifted into sleep.

OOC: This is late MT, i'll wait a few days too see if someone wants to role-play Nerka, and if not, i'll just roleplay both to get this started, then we can all play.

OOC: I don't think you should make some one rp a government you made up. That's kind of like telling someone to rp your puppet. I think you should make it a little more open, not HAVE to have some one rolepalying Nerka. Or rp Nerka yourself. I'm not sure how you want this to go down, but it is confusing right now.

OOC: Oh, I meant that I was waiting to see if someone would role-play Nerka, if not, I'll get it started and everyone can play. I'll change the first post, sorry.

Bumps rule, except when you have to do them a million times.
