43,500 citizens were on the streets of Timescu. the western city.
They proceeded to march peacefully to the town hall with boxes of sheets. They contained all the signatures of all the citizens that wanted to release Dinu.
"Free our man! Free our man!" shouted the people
The City leadership which was now under the control of the BCF were sitting on the balcony of the town hall
"Comrades, President Dinu will be released ONLY when he is found innocent of the charges against him until then please do not disrupt the investigations" said the mayor
"Stop calling us comrades we are Bulgislavians!" yelled the people bellow

The Mayor Buroscu phoned up Alin in the Capital city
"Comrade Popec the people are handing in a petition demanding Dinu to be released"
"Do not say Comrade anymore we cant appear to be communist, we are no longer members of the Workers party we are members of the Council of Freedom!"
"Yes ok sir but what do you want me to do with the petition"
"Well.... As a new democracy, recognize thier wishes, release Dinu and announce the investiagtion is over. BCF Cigouriva didnt find anything against him anyway..... I have to go now the jet is waiting to take me to the Void"
(OOC: There are two factions of the Cigouriva now. The fanatics still fighting who are few in number and the ones that have sworn allegance to the BCF. Officially Cigouriva has been dissolved but the career agents still remain and they are now gathering information on opponents of the BCF to use in the upcoming elections to ensure a victory)
"Ok sir" Buroscu hung up the phone and then called the police outside of Dinu's apartment
"Word from the central government to release Dinu, get him here to the town hall"
A car picked up Dinu from the apartment and driving thorugh masses of crowds it made its way to the Town Hall.
Dinu met with the Mayor
"Dinu..... As the newly installed mayor of Timescu I would like to officially tell you that you have been freed and found innocent of the crimes you have been accused of" said Buroscu
"I want to address the people" said Dinu
Dinu walked up the steps
He could hear the chant from the people outside
"Dinu! Dinu! Dinu! Dinu!" the thousands of citizens chanted
Dinu began to walk into the seocnd floor lounge. the chanting was now louder but it truly hit him when he walked out onto the balcony when the entire street below erupted in cheering and applause
Dinu walked up to the concrete handguard on the balcony and lifted up his fist in triumph which created an even larger roar from the crowd
"Patriotic Bulgislavian's! I am innocent and have been found innocent! I have to expose the false dogs who sit in Terevesti and claim to work for the people and for freedom! They are the BCF. I think if you vote for them it would be a bit mistake. They are former party members. They are just the Workers Party with a different name and thier motives have not changed. I admit I was a Member of the Bulgislavian Workers Party but I stand here today to reject that party. Instead I want to create a new, TRUE party for the people! The Bulgislavian Party of Labour, who will work for developing Bulgislavia into a truly good paradise for the people!"
The crowd then erupted into a roar and a chant
"Dinu, the people! Dinu, the people! Dinu, the people"
and
"Our pride and esteem Dinu, Bulgislavia! Our pride and esteem Dinu, Bulgislavia!"
"Stand by me in the election to destroy the false patriots that sit in the Hall of the Party in Terevesti!"
