OOC: The forums do not seem to be letting me log in as Anglia so I'll be posting as Anglia under the Ixanian account until that problem is solved. I've created our thread here, RBS, so you can have relations with my English puppet.

The Queendom of Anglia had long been dormant when it came to foreign affairs ever since the crisis in Nabimba, a former colony, had been dealt with. Her Majesty's Government had been looking into a relatively new nation, however, that had appeared on the world stage under the name of the Royal British States which intrigued the sons of England very much. Sir Anthony Thornton, a baronet who was also the Foreign Minister of Anglia, was asked to write a letter to the RBS Government to arrange the establishment of relations between Anglia and the British States. All the necessary paperwork went through along with support from Her Majesty, Queen Charlette, and thus the letter was composed and sent swiftly and without any delay from Newcastle.
To: Whomever it may concern in His Majesty's Government of the Royal British States.
From: Sir Anthony Thornton, Baronet; Foreign Minister of the Queendom of Anglia.
Subject: Diplomatic Relations Meeting
Greetings,
It has come to our attention that our brothers, by blood and culture, in the Royal British States have become more visible on the international stage and are seeking diplomatic relations with the world. Her Majesty's Government is more than willing not only to recognize the Royal British States as a sovereign and independent nation with all the powers of said states but is also willing to send a diplomat, Walter Staunton, to your nation for a diplomatic meeting in which we may discuss trade and embassy exchanges between our two nations. Do not hesitate to contact us with questions about this offer of ours and we wish your nation all the best in the days ahead.
Signed,
Anthony Thornton, Bt.
Foreign Minister
