(OOC: I am aslo looking for 3 countries to be neighboring my country. One to the east, west and south and the nations to the east and west are willing to have a northern coastline. The western and eastern neighbors will also share a border with the southern Nation?)
The Supreme Commander Avory Irons of Atleus had just come out of a meeting of the second tier of power, the Military council.
Instead of adopting a constitution (which would bound the leaders to law which is what they didnt want) they have been issued an official list of "Edicts" which must be obeyed and the Military council and Supreme Commander keep the right to make as much changes to the Edicts as they want
#1 Citizens are banned from Owning anything that is not from Atleus unless it has been legally imported and is approved by the government
#2 Citizens are banned from leaving thier community unless they have governemnt permission
#3 Citizens are banned from leaving the country
#4 Citizens are banned from owning any form of private vehicles
#5 Bicycles are permitted but are restricted
#6 Smoking is Illegal, any form of drugs are Illegal (unless are medicinal and approved by the government)
#7 Citizens are banned from changing or leaving thier job unless it is on the governments orders
#8 Citizens are not permitted to marry just anybody. The government matches partners together
#9 Citizens must have government permission to own a Telephone
#10 Citizens can be called up for military service at any time in thier lives by the government
#11 All homes must have a portrait of the Supreme Commander
#12 Cellphones and Ipods are banned
#13 All haircuts must be from a government approved list of styles and hair dye is banned
#14 The Only clothing allowed is a plain white buttoned top with black pants for men and a 1950's styled dress for women that comes with a belt and goes down to just below thier knees and comes in Blue, Brown, or floral pattern
#15 The Governemnt decides how many children a family is to have. productive, healthy, fit and good looking families are made to have more children
#16 anybody considered "Obese" is to be sent to a special fitness camp
#17 The Government regulates diet and food stuff in an official list of government approved foods
#18 Each family has a designated shopping day
#19 There is only 1 TV channel and it broadcasts Government approved shows 24 hours a day

12am-6am = Militaristic music and propaganda songs
6am-7am = Morning news and Edict announcements
7am-10am = Footage of the Supreme Commander
10am-12pm = Footage of the Military council
12pm-1pm = footage of the Military
1pm-3pm = Propaganda music and songs
3pm-4pm = Government approved cartoons on military values
4pm-5pm = Past footage of speeches and propaganda from the Supreme Commander
5pm-6pm = National Interview. A show in which people are interviewed on the national progress and love of the leadership
6pm-7pm = Nightime news and Edict announcements
7pm-10pm = A foriegn movie that is approved by the government and subtitled
10pm-12am = The Economic report, a show praising the standard of living and economic progress
#20 No one is permitted on the streets after 9pm
#21 "Suspect" citizens are tatooed to distinguesh them from loyal citizens
#22 Air raid drills are to occur at least twice a year
#23 It is illegal to be in groups of more then 2 while in public
#24 Government approval is needed to stay at another person's house
#25 when a child reachs the age of 18 the government reserves the right to remove them from thier family and assign them a task or job or military service
#26 Swimming more then 50 meters out from the shoreline at the beach is Illegal
#27 Fishing is Illegal
#28 visits to the beach is permitted only to approved citizens and only at certain times in the year
#29 Tourism is banned and all foriegn citizens are not permitted into the country

A 200 meter open area with mines layed on it then guard towers with floodlights lighting the 200 meter open area. Then a barbedwire fence thats 3 meters high. then a ditch, a 2.5 meter high concrete wall. a guard patrol area then another barbed wire fence area and a nother ditch and then a 50 meter open area with flood lights lighing that area.This is to stop anybody leaving the contry. Its Called the Atleus Barrier.
