Boringastan
27-08-2008, 01:27
Now that the two major airports of Boringastan are open to international flights. You must add in parenthesis the destinations that will be departing from each gate. Airlines can also purchase terminals, or gates for your airlines for either/both airports. Other things like duty free stores, cafes, baggage handling equipment, passport control points, etc. can be installed in your terminals upon request for free. Just let us know what you want. Note: We will construct more terminals once more than ten airlines start flying to our airports. JUST IN! The Southern Franco-Boringastani city of St. Louis (pronounced the French way) has just completed on construction of it's airport.

Oh, and another thing here are the profiles for these cities

Florington
With over 10 million people, Florington is the largest city in the United States of Boringastan. It is known as the "Rose City" because of it's large abundance of roses and (in Boringastani Politics) its reputation of voting heavily for the Social Democratic Party. Florington was founded in 1720 when British sea captain, James Florington, discovered Boringastan and founded a settlement where he first landed and named it after himself. While predominately English, Florington is very diverse in it's population with various immigrant neighborhoods. Many people from French and German speaking regions of Boringastan also have moved to Florington because of the many jobs in the city.

New Boston
New Boston is the capital of Boringastan, and the largest city in mainly rural Central Boringastan. It is also the second largest city, after Florington, with 5 million people. It was a planned city that was built in order to show unity throughout the Boringastanis, because the old capital, Essex, was in the English-speaking, northeastern region of Boringastan. New Boston is in Central Boringastan, bordering both Anglophone and Francophone states. 42 percent of the city's native language is French, 51 percent are native English speakers, and 7 percent are native German speakers.

St. Louis
With slightly less than 5 million people. St. Louis is the third largest Boringastani city and is the largest Francophone city. It was founded in 1722 when French explorer Pierre Levesque discovered a cape that would be named after himself. He then founded the settlement of St. Louis on the tip of Cape Levesque and it would become the first French settlement in Boringastan. It would become the capital of French Boringastan. St. Louis was destroyed during the Boringastani theatre of the Seven Year's War when the British set the city on fire and massacred many citizens. Few buildings remained except the St. Pierre church and other buildings that sheltered British troops. After the war, St. Louis was rebuilt and eventually, prospered. Industries that flourished in the city included ship building. It also has the largest naval base in Boringastan. St. Louis has a distinct French flavor that is different from Florington and New Boston which tend to have more of a predominately English flavor. St. Louis also has the largest casinos in Boringastan and many things such as prostituion (through government regulated brothels) and marijuana (through licensed dealers) are legal unlike in Florington and New Boston. (OOC: I wonder if it's okay to say this stuff. I'm not sure though)
