Comrades I am Premier Vasily Yevgeniy Sarosek of sarosekia.
In my country a revolution is tearing the country in two.
I need troops, tanks, and especially guns. I am willing to pay anyone who aids me 100,000 Pounds of Gold Dust.
The revolutionaries are equipped with old Sub-Machine guns and are defeating my soldiers at an alarming rate, so I implore you please help me.
Also for everyones information the revolutionaries are pro-capitalist.

As i have previously told you i will be sending an initial battalion of around 700 infentrymen. Also i am stationing an aircraft carrier and 3 protective battleships to guard the aircraft carrier. On the ship there are 10 F-16 fighter planes with air to ground and air to air missles, also Their are 4 stealth bombers with bunkerbusters, cluster bombs, and laser-targeted bombs. On the battleships their are some types of satellite targeted missles but should only be used in an emergencey because production of them is very expensive.I will be sending Major General Marshall Hickins to assist you in your plans. Also I am sending 500 men from my coast guard to assist in evacuating civilians. They will be under the command of Vice Admiral John Irving and will have the full suport of the Graticorian Air Force. I have established a refugee program in Graticore with food and water for up to 2 million. They may get goverment jobs in Graticore to help rebuild there live. I hope that my resources will make your citizens lives and this war go much more smoothly.

Clearly " The people have spoken" and they seem to be rising up against the oppressors who keep them tied like dogs to the land. Maybe your leadership should consider sweeping reforms to aid the people in achieving their aims and thus stop the war, and possibly save your lives?

And offers to assist in peace talks should both parties be willing to come to the table,

This is not complicated:

Flame: Expressing anger at someone in uncouth ways with OOC (out-of-character) comments (i.e. swearing, being obnoxious, threatening etc). It does to watch what you post IC (in-character) as well unless the other posters know you're not serious. You do not need to curse to be a flamer. Erudite slams while maintaining a veneer of politeness can also be considered flaming. Flaming in the forums should be reported in the Moderation forum, in the game itself, through Getting Help Page.

Somehow, from your last posts, I don't think you are either - try reading the compass to international incidents sticky, and get involved in a few RP's here on the forum rather than in NS itself. Maybe then you'll get the hang of it.

I didn't realise we had them. Such a thing is a contradiction in terms isn't it? Surely the point of a warning is that it's not friendly, otherwise you won't take it seriously?

A friendly warning says, "Hey, calm down a bit, mate." Or, "Don't get all hot and bothered, it's not worth it, leave it be." Mods often say that, in somewhat different form.

An unfriendly warning says, "Siddown and shuddup, or I'll dong yer!" Mods are a little more polite than that, but we say the equivalent.

As to the yellow cards, they've been around for a while, but NS has never used 'em. Now OMAC has beefed them up with red cards as well and an automatic 24-hour ban after three red cards. I went on about them at some length here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13952810&postcount=4).
