RE: Bourgenstein Embassy Program

With our new found sovereignty and wishes to spread prosperity and peace around the world, the Democratic States of Bourgenstein has begun the process of accepting applications for our fine country.

All embassies will be built to your countries needs at no cost. We ask that all ambassadors abide by Bourgenstein Laws and Regulations when not on Embassy Grounds.

There are three locations where you may set up your embassy.

Calderon City is the capital of Bourgenstein, and is the major commercial center of the city. The Embassies will all be located within the capital in one of three districts. They are:

Grand Business District (GBD): The primary location for Embassies. The Embassies here will have the easiest access to the Bourgenstein International Airport, and as such will not be able to support a helipad. These will be the easiest embassies to secure as well. Staff at these embassies will be limited to 50 Consular Staff with living quarters to accommodate up to 150 persons, and a 20 person security force with on- or off-site barrack accommodations available. Sixteen lots on two streets are located in this district.

Joplin Bay District: Located to the east of GBD, and all embassies will reside on the Andrews Peninsula and right on the water. As the main harbor for Bourgenstein, this particular district will be under constant guard by the Bourgenstein Naval Forces. Staff an these embassies will be once again limited to 50 Consular Staff with living quarters to accommodate up to 150 persons, a 25 member security force with on-site barracks. Eight lots are located in this district.

Obsidian Heights District: Located to the north of Joplin Bay, these embassies are the hardest to secure, but offer the best views of both Joplin Bay and the Calderon City. Staff at these embassies are limited to 60 Consular Staff, with living accommodations for 170 persons, a 50 member security force with on-site barracks, and ten foot tall walls along Ivory Drive. The rears of the homes are open to allow for a magnificent view. Ten lots are located in this district.

Allowed Equipment:
In the Grand Business District, you are allowed to have up to 6 automobiles for your security staff, 3 automobiles for your consular staff and 2 personal automobiles. All automobiles must be armored but unarmed. The security force in this district is allowed to carry 1 sidearm when not on embassy grounds, and 1 sidearm and 1 assault rifle on embassy grounds. Two members of the security force shall be in dress uniform and on duty at the front gate during daylight hours.

In the Joplin Bay District, you are allowed to have up to 5 automobiles for your security staff, 3 automobiles for your consular staff and 2 personal automobiles. You are also allowed to have 1 unarmed yacht, 1 unarmed helicopter, and 3 security boats. All automobiles must be armored but unarmed. The security force in this district is allowed to carry 1 sidearm when not on embassy grounds, and 1 sidearm and 1 assault rifle on embassy grounds. Two members of the security force shall be in dress uniform and on duty at the front gate during daylight hours.

In the Obsidian Heights District, you are allowed to have up to 9 automobiles for your security staff, 4 automobiles for your consular staff and 2 personal automobiles. You are also allowed to have 1 unarmed helicopter. All automobiles must be armored but unarmed. The security force in this district is allowed to carry 1 sidearm when not on embassy grounds, and 1 sidearm and 1 assault rifle on embassy grounds. Two members of the security force shall be in dress uniform and on duty at the front gate during daylight hours. Two members of the security force patrolling the rear of the property may also carry submachine guns.

We are concerned with your security staff carrying XM20 40mm Grenade Launchers on their assault rifles. We request that you limit your security staff to only carrying 2 of these launchers during any shift. The guardhouse will be on the back of the property, and the condos will be a part of the new Cliffs Towers development that shall be completed within the week. Enclosed is an invoice for the move in costs and first six months in co-op payments as per the standard Cliffs Towers Tenant Contract, you will see that we have given you a 50% discount on the actual Procurement Price.
