We have been watching The War in the near by Ryou Black Islands. Seeing that this war is folish over nothing. We call on bth parties to Cease-Fire at Once. To help with it. Here are the Cease-fire terms.

(1): All forgein troops must leave Ryouese Territory at once.
(2): Peacekeepers from other Xanadou nations will be alowed on the Islands
(3): Greston, The Lone Allaince and their allies must pay The Ryouese Government for damages caused by the war in the total of $44.9 Billion
(4): Grand General Asuka is to step down and be tried in a Court of International Law in a Neutral Nation.
(5): Roma V is to stop it's threats against the Ryouese Government and people.
(6): The Ryou Black Islands be alowed to keep their own Government the way it is.

This is our Six Point Peace plan.

Our nation has many things one would want to see. Who wouldn't want to see the Spire? It's the largest government building in the world, measuring one square mile in width and height, and over 9,000 feet in height.

Since Ryou started the war, shouldn't any fair peace settlement penalize them?

Considering we never declared war on Ryou, are within a zone legally given to us by the Grand Ryou Islands, and are in fact being attacked by Ryou rebels we aren't paying jack shit.

That's the only reason why I can't see this person as Ryou, invasion force my ass.

I've spoken to Ryou on MSN voicing his opinions on the whole thing. Obviously he feels the treaty is fair and who can blame him when it is heavily biased towards The Ryou Black Islands while the other aggressors actually suffer a little more.

I must agree with greston and the TLA, the treaty is seriously one sided and one must assume that some minor collaboration or bending of the truth has occured during the process. In other words Kemonomimi has not been given the whole story or actually favours Ryou- but without proof either way, accusations must not be made.

Ryou has agree, albeit with applied pressure from me and everyone else, not to use this peace deal as the building blocks for a lasting ceasefire. He did ask for me to mediate the talks and draw up my own peace plan for everyone to follow. I agreed for several reasons:

1) I'm not biased to Ryou, ICly he is a neutral state that the Empire sort of dislikes to a certain degree, need I remind everyone I did expel the black islands from the Holy Empire- I have no reason to protect him or even stand by him anymore.

2) Although we're friends OOCly and talk a fair bit, it doesn't mean we're collaborating, also I believe i've established a good report of trustworthiness on NationStates over the several years i've been on it. I think you can trust me of all people and if you can't then just say.

3) I have a mind of my own that's sort of like a judge's so I know when fair is fair. OOCly Ryou is a mate but even I told him this treaty is terrible because it favours only one side.

4) Stevid's a big nation, a BIG nation, whatever I say usually goes. I didn't get to where I am by being a complete idiot, I know what i'm doing an I have good experiance of dealing with conflicts via peaceful means.

If everyone agrees then can all the war participants please TG me. After that I will allow ONE TG from each of you detailing the war from your point of view. A brief summary of everything (By brief it can be as long as you want really just don't make it too long winded and links to specific posts by other players by way of a sort of glossary would be most helpful). This means that no one can read each others statements on the forums where arguements are BOUND to happen.

From there I will reveiw all the statements and create a clearer picture then make two seperate posts on a new thread. I'll clean up everyone's statements to remove too much flaming and deliberate bias but not so much as it seems that the statments have been writen by a retarded robot. And from there I will try and draft a treaty that is heavy handed on those who deserve it and generally a fair deal all round. All parties will take something away from this but reparations will be too difficult to calculate so we can write that off already. I'll think of something.

Any way, that's how I'd like to go about it. Questions, feel free to ask but everyone must be civil about this. We can Rp the debate in due course at a neutral location (probably in Stevid) but we won't go into that unless everyone agrees to use me as the mediator for these talks.
