From the desk of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs:

To all nations:
We are pleased to announce that embassy plots have been measured out. In order to be accepted for the use of the plots of land you must do the following:
1. file an application for institution of an embassy
2. agree to all terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions:
1. Though the designated land is considered international land. The nation on the designated plot of land must surrender people or objects as designated by Graticore authorities, With a warrant.
2. The plots will have living areas for all representatives from foreign countries as well has their employees. The max sleeping amount is 65 people. Not counting the Ambassador Quarters which has room for his/her family.
3. Each plot also comes with a parking garage for up to 65 vehicles, 4 armored SUV's, an armored limo, a helipad, and use of the small airport.
4. A max of 20 guards with weapons ranging from knives,pistols, sub-machine guns, and other Non-bullet or explosive weapons may be brought. Guards with assult rifles and sniper rifles will be provided.
5. If at any time our policy is broken or the contract terminated then all epupment is then the property of the republic of Graticore.

Land Available:

With land, comes the use of the Great Assembly Hall, Airport, Special Vehicles, Clubhouse( Movie Theater,Pool, Gym, Resturant, Bowling Alley), and VIP privileges for sporting events, parades, and other national events.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Special agreements can be made but it must be given to our department in writing. Finally, Some rules may be added as time goes on. They will not be drastic changes but could effect small things such as pets.
