Three months before:
A man with chestnut brown hair and a cheap suit walk up to a podium in front of a large group of people. People all over are cheering as news cameras role and flashes from bulbs light the courtyard.
" Four months ago a man talked of freedom. This man, Richard Fletcher, threw the stone of revolution into a stagnant pond of injustice. Richard gave his life in battle fighting beside you so that one day your children and your children's children will one live in a nation where every voice is heard, where every belief in accepted, and where the sucess of a man id determined by his determination rather then by his checkbook."
The crowd roared,as the pitch in the speakers voice rose and fell like that of a preacher.
" My fellow Freedom fighters, your hard work and resilience has payed off, we are now free!"
The crowd cheered, cameras flashed, and music bellowed.
Christian, the man at the podium, paused and waved politely for silence.
" Now, Citizens of Graticore, it is time for you, the people to pick your leaders, a voting procedure has been decided and because we are still in an experimental state, the citizens will vote leaders in often to keep corruption and domination at bay."

Now:
The Parliament of Graticore is pleased to announce that the citizens voice has been heard and it is an honor to say that your first president will be Commander Christian Carey. May he lead our fine nation into a bright and prosperous future.

The Ixanian Empire welcomes the Democratic Republic to the international stage and fully recognizes your nation as a sovereign and independent state with all of the powers and rights of said states. Dear President Carey,

I the Premier of The Peoples Republic of Sarosekia would love to establish a diplomatic relationship with The Parliament of Graticore. But before we do this I want to know some things about your country. For instance your political philosophy, are you communist,socialist, or capitalist. Secondly what is your tenant towards Human rights and political freedoms.
By establishing political relations with Graticore I hope to open trade and to have safety in times of war.

To all nations:
We are pleased to announce that embassy plots have been measured out. In order to be accepted for the use of the plots of land you must do the following:
1. file an application for institution of an embassy
2. agree to all terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions:
1. Though the designated land is considered international land. The nation on the designated plot of land must surrender people or objects as designated by Graticore authorities, With a warrant.
2. The plots will have living areas for all representatives from foreign countries as well has their employees. The max sleeping amount is 65 people. Not counting the Ambassador Quarters which has room for his/her family.
3. Each plot also comes with a parking garage for up to 65 vehicles, 4 armored SUV's, an armored limo, a helipad, and use of the small airport.
4. A max of 20 guards with weapons ranging from knives,pistols, sub-machine guns, and other Non-bullet or explosive weapons may be brought. Guards with assult rifles and sniper rifles will be provided.
5. If at any time our policy is broken or the contract terminated then all epupment is then the property of the republic of Graticore.

His Majesty, King William V Salisbury, is distressed by the violent rebellion executed by the agents of your new state and knows not how your authority has any legal basis, seeing as you came into power by your own laws. Malicious tyrants such as you are a cancer to our modern world. I am somewhat confused by your accusations because you do not think that my being voted into office by the people of Graticcore is not sufficent legal basis. Also I was a commander, however i did not lead the movement, i was only given power after the death of the great Richard Fletcher. Finally, though i may call myelf president the authority lies with the parliment. For these reason i do not see myself as a malicious tyrant since elections are held regularly and the people's voice is heard.

Open letter to President Carey and the Democratic Republic of Graticore

After standard debate the goverment of Sultenia has decided to form open, diplomatic relationship with the sovereign, independent nation of Graticore. The first step in the agenda is to ensure that free trade is possible between our nations, our nations trade guilds are always interested in new markets and wishes to learn more about your trade and currency system plus the supply and demand of your nation. We hope this is not a disrupting matter, our guilds are somewhat "energetic" when it comes to the possibility of new markets.

The private sector will have their say. The goverment of Sultenia does not get involved in the private sector outside signing "free trade agreements" and collecting tarrifs.
What is of concern directly to the goverment of Sultenia and The Emirate of Sultenia is the aggressive opposition from the nation of Cotenshire and their ruler. The Emirate of Sultenia are positive of the Democratic Republic of Graticore and will keep an offering of a defensive alliance open to Graticore and if requested send military aid or military advisors. Although we hope that it will not come to this as tensions are a threat to a free, peaceful world and war is the destruction of it sometimes.

To the despotic Mr Christian Carey of Graticore,

You cannot justify your legal basis for authority off of the laws you yourself created. It might be better for your comprehension if I were to put forth an analogous example to your crimes.

Imagine one day if some robber were to depose the Most Serene King William V and placed himself on the throne. Seeing as this man could not have any legal justification for his act, he would terrorize the land’s peasantry by forcing them from their plows and endangering their livelihoods so that they would have to go to the towns and vote, thereby giving him the legality he craves.

As you can see, no laws allowed our scoundrel to rule, and he therefore had to create those laws himself. It is no valid law at all since there was no authority to make such a law in the first place. If you were to place yourself, Mr Carey, in this man’s place, you would find that no amends would need be made to this story.

You can perpetrate your pernicious lies to the rulers of other states, and some might even believe you, but it will make your acts no less harmful. It is in good, Christian morality that His Majesty asks you to reform your regime of violence and terror.

"...of violence and terror." Vogel Ravenholdt red the message made by "Jan Sebastien" out loud to the party cabinet.
"The world just keeps getting wierder and wierder." Ravenholdt said out loud as he tossed away the message. "When was this picked up?" He asked the tactical advisor in the room.
"We do not have exact time, it was picked up by mere chance by one of our relay stations." The advisor answerd.

Party members looked puzzeld as did the PM. "Well, what do we do?" He asked out to his goverment.

"Eh, we know the following about the nation of Cotenshire:
The government seizes all major gold finds, military spending recently hit a new high, the country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, and scenic mountain valleys are flooded with water as damming projects get underway. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Cotenshire's national animal is the cotenshire eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the pound. they have a large population but due to whats seems to be interior problems and an inactive goverment it is unlikely they will do anything rash aginst this small nation." The foreign minister said out.

Options were very few, this was not "Sultenias fight" so to speak but they could not just back down as international peace is at risk, conflicts spread like wildfire and might reach Sultenia sometime if it spirals out of control.

The goverment had some serious brainstorming ahead but for now it was just to sit and wait, if Graticore wants Sultenian assistance, so be it, if not, what is there to do but to maintain it controlled.
