On behalf of His Majesty King Richard VIII, The Kingdom of Prestonia is pleased to announce the completion of a multibillion Prestonian Pound diplomatic complex in the downtown district of it's capital, Hudson. As such, The Kingdom is now accepting all applications for embassies and formal diplomatic relations.

All embassies come equipped with a helipad and ten car garage, as well as living quarters for the ambassador and his or her family (up to 5 people) and office space for up to 50 employees. Each embassy also comes with a garden (yard) in the rear, should the ambassador and his or her family wish to get some fresh air in the security of their compound. For security purposes, each embassy contains a secure underground bunker.

We look forward to establishing formal relations with nations from around the world.

Policy
All embassies in the Kingdom of Prestonia are to be considered the sovereign territory of the Prestonian Kingdom, leased to the nation holding the respective embassy. As such, the police forces of the Prestonian Kingdom reserve the right to search the embassy at any time, given just cause and upon presentation of a search warrant. Vehicles and helicopters may not be armed in any manner, and are restricted to no more than ten (10) vehicles and two (2) helicopters. Total staff may not exceed 75, of which no more than 25 may be guards. Guards may be equipped with assault rifles, sub-machine guns, pistols, or knives, or any combination of the above. If your government feels that it's embassy requires extra security it may submit a request in writing to the Hudson Metropolitan Police Department, which will evaluate the case and assign an appropriate security detail.

All diplomats are afforded immunity from any non-capital crimes they may commit within the Kingdom. If it becomes necessary to remove the embassy rights of a nation, said nation shall be given two weeks' notice of revocation.

*The plans made their way to the Kingdom of Prestonia. Plans for a gigantic building, of course, the Franberrians had to accommodate 374 people. The sweeping lawns and turn-of-the-century architecture were not needed, but of course, Franberry always had that style.
