This thread is to record which nations have an embassy within the Empire of the Wolf, and in turn which nations the Empire of the Wolf has an embassy in.

All embassies are located within the International Diplomats' Residency Compound, a mere ten minutes ride by high-speed monorail away from the heart of the Imperial capital, Megalopolis One. It take roughly an hour from the compound to the city centre by car, but making the journey by motor vehicle is not advised. The compound is protected by forces from the Imperial Guard and access to the compound is denied to unauthorised personnel. Within the Compound itself are several parks, designed to help the diplomats and other staff relax. Further projects within the compound are being planned as we speak.

Each embassy is ringed by a protective wall and topped with razor wire to ensure peace of mind. The land of the embassy itself is leased from the Imperial Government on a yearly basis and during the term of the lease, the land counts as the national soil of the leaseholder for the purposes of asylum.

Restrictions:
- No more than a hundred staff in total
- No private aircraft
- No tracked vehicles
- No vehicles that can be considered as armoured personnel carriers, armoured cars, main battle tanks or any form of armoured vehicle intended for use in active military operations. Armour may be added to civilian vehicles
- No automatic weapons, or weapons can that can be converted to full auto
- No weapons are allowed to have a calibre of larger than 7.62 mm
- If any embassies or staff are caught breaking these rules, the lease is terminated and all diplomats will be expelled.

Official Sarpadiian Diplomatic Communiqué

The Most Exalted Empire of Sarpadiia would be honored to send an ambassador to the Empire of the Wolf, if the Skgorrian government would honor us with the privilege. Of course, such an action would be met with a similar permission from the Most Exalted Empire in regards to a Skgorrian embassy, a welcome exchange, to say the least.

Specifically, His Royal Majesty Demetrios II would hope to send the esteemed Mr. Komnenos to serve as an ambassador, along with forty-three members of his staff, to serve the diplomatic needs of Sarpadiia within Skgorria.

In addition, ten armed embassy guards would be dispatched to service Mr. Komnenos and the embassy. They would be armed with nothing larger than a .45 caliber autoloader and .311 caliber bolt-action rifles.

All told, fifty-four personnel would make up the Sarpadiian embassy, including the security personnel, as well as Mr. Komnenos.

Once again, the Most Exalted Empire of Sarpadiia would be honored by this exchange of embassies. Thank you for taking our request into consideration,

The marble halls of the Inner Sanctum were strangely quiet for this time of the day. A sudden heat wave had scorched the crowded avenues of Novus Constantinopolis, routing the residents to take sanctuary in-doors. The newly ascended Basileus, the 17-year old Hyacinthus I, had come down with one of his regular migraines. Imperial residents were forced to make a decision: face the boiling heat, or the Emperor's irritation. The space was deserted.
There were only two other people present: Mustafa Reis bin Mehmed, of the Grand Vizierate, and Palatinus Conjux Lysander. The former was attempting to gently converse with the Emperor, lying moodily on a chaise lounge.
"What I am trying to say, Oh Basileus," summarised bin Mehmed "is that it is paramount that we secure as many allegiances and friendships as is economically and morally possible." The Grand Vizier cleared his throat.
"At this rate, Mustafa, we shan't have many ambassadors left..." The Emperor replied dryly, massaging his temples. And then, with a sigh, he sat up. "Very well. Lysander, acquisition my implements and be-sealed paper."

Regarding your recent international broadcast, I would be most grateful if you would allow the Discidium the allocation of an area of your International Diplomats' Residency Compound within the capital of Megalopolis One for use as an embassy for the Empire. "Byzantines?" The Emperor's eyes widened in surprise. The Byzantines were a people held in high regard by the Skgorrians, who held great respect for proud martial peoples. The tale of the fall of Byzantium was a favourite amongst Skgorrian children, for it told of valour and courage in the face of overwhelming odds. To a Skgorrian, finding out that the Byzantines still lived was like telling a small child that yes, Santa Claus was real and he would very much like to come and stay for a while - with a lot of presents.

"Yes God-Wolf," nodded the aide enthusiastically. "They request permission to have an embassy within our Empire."
"Well of course!" Ianovich sat up, pressing a button on the chair of his arm. "Grant them full permission. In fact we shall arrange something special for them."
The doors to the room swung open and in marched an Imperial Guards officer in full dress. Saluting as he came to a halt, the man remained at attention.
"At ease General," waved the Emperor, "we have matters to discuss."

It should please you to know that, as well as having survived the Ottoman invasion, the Byzantines have retaken our historic capital, Constantinople. I myself am the first Basileus in centuries to receive the title of Porphyrogenitus, having been born in the Purple Room.

On the subject of diplomatic missions, I will gladly visit your most noble Empire, and hold full discussions with your Excellency.
