President Burkley was ready. He sat in the empty confrence room waiting for other leaders to enter. He began to read over his notes and sipped some coffee.

Ooc: I'm quite new, as you can tell by my post count. xD I suppose I may show up... in a short time.

Bic: The door at the opposite side of the room swung open, revealing a secretary, who appeared to be in her mid-twenties. "President Burkley, I'm pleased to announce High Lord Xavier Pemberton IV, of the Holy Empire of Nalijbol, has arrived."

Shortly after speaking, a prestigious, well-postured man, followed by a surprisingly formal guardian, entered the conference room. The serviceman pulled out a chair, about two away from the President, and gestured for Xavier to be seated. "Thank you, sir." The man quickly nodded and stepped back, eyeballing the room whilst standing stationary. "I am very pleased to meet your acquaintance, Mr. President. I hope you do not mind the Royal Guardian; my taking him is simply Nalijan protocol."

"I completely understand," answered the president. "How are you?" He asked.

"Other than the cold I had had last week, I'm doing fairly well. The Nation's okay, the borders and neighboring areas are secure, economy's doing excellent--- all in all, I'm the best I've been in a decade," Xavier replied. "I was summoned here on your behalf, though, so the more important question is 'how are you, President?'"

The Premier of North Calaveras Kash Wilson.jr entered the room, wearing a white Stalin-era, style suit. He was accompined by two officers, the gold hammer and sickles on there hat's shined in what light there was. His face was cold, the son of the orginal Kash Wilson who was executed. He was the leader of the Communist Party of Calaveras, and leader of the country. He lead with an Iron Fist, but was still seen as a good man.

"I am very good," he said sipping more of his coffee. "I actually am holding this meeting. It's a meeting where Nation leaders can just sit at a table and talk and debate."

"Just as the memo stated, of course." Xavier nodded, turning to the Premier of North Calaveras. Although not an incredible fan of Communism, he addressed Wilson, "Hello, sir. It's good to get out and see more of the world's leaders, isn't it?"

" Well, we are generally isolationsit since I removed our military, I created a utopia, the massive amount of money that was going into the military is now going to schools, hospitals, infrastructure, science, agriculture, labor." He said with a slight smile. " I wanted to show my people how great they could become, and now as I sit at this table, I see how great you have all become as well..."

A man stepped through the door, clad in Marine armor (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y140/hackles/KILLZONE/armoredsoldier02.jpg), and announced "Lady Tara Whyt, Emperess of the Kalist Empire of the Void and it's colonies." The man turned sideways and snapped to attention as a woman in her twenties, wearing a crimson robe entered the room. She bowed to Pemberton and Burkley before sitting down. "Greetings gentlemen. I am pleased to meet you all." The marine's gaskmask hid what he thought of the proceedings. Upon seeing Wilson, she turned to the guard and said, "Riolk, uai tou kyhols. Qoes aiszeky ifsed swy tyysefr ez ajyl." The marine hesitated for a moment, then nodded. She turned back to the other leaders. "How are you and your nations faring?"

"Hello, and welcome to the meeting." said Burkley. "I am excited to say my nation is doing fine!"

Premier Wilson saw her " My nation is doing fine, I'm thinking of allowing some corporations in my country...still pondering the idea, most likely they will be small state sponsored companys"

"Marvelous! It is always good to see people prospering. The Empire is doing well, but recently the rebel activity has intensified in the colonies somewhat. Nothing we cannot handle, but it is drawing away resources needed elsewhere."

"Even an equal uptopia could use extra money, Premier. I think it would benefit North Cavaleras greatly."

A rather fat man entered the room, he was dressed in Formal Ralkovian clothing, which was a large cloak that covered the entire body and a hood. The man was followed by 10 Death Guard. He was Maxamillion, the percieved Emperor in waiting of Ralkovia, he might be next in line if Josh wasn't competing for the position. The man sat on the Ralkovian section as the death guard waited guarding him.



Josh walked up to President Burkley,"Hello president Burkely, Empress Tara, Lord Xavier, Premier Kash" he said smiling. Here was the man behind the Balkov Massacre, The Rivkan Tragedy, the Destruction of Trajan, and the Dawoadian-Ralkovian war. He had probably killed over 30 million men, women, and children in his effort to secure Ralkovian Dominance and retake the territory of Ruthmenostan from the Balkovs. He was known for his military prowess, but his many killings preceeded it. He was in control of a vast military, perhaps the strongest in the world. The Ralkovians were known for there war "Machines." From the invisible Leviathan sub that plagued Balkov trade ships, to the Collossus which could fire artillery shells 200 miles inland, and to the mobile fortress, a huge mobile platform that could hold 40,000 troops and carry 100 tanks and other vehicles on a huge "tank" like vehicle with many guns. He had designed them all, he was responsible for millions if not at least a billion deaths indirectly.

Two soldiers in formal dress uniforms, for the Dictatorship of Istormistan walk in, move to either side of the door, and hold their arms up in salute, as First Lord Derek I enters the meeting, also in formal attire, a white robe with silver metallised scarf extending up from one ankle to the neck, and down again to the other ankle. "I do apologise for my lateness, affairs of state and all, becoming a member of a region is terribly time-consuming." He turns to his guards, "Wait outside, I shall call you if I need anything further." the 'First Lord' says to his men who, with another formal salute, march out in single file.

The doors to the meeting room opened, and two members of the Imperial Guard (http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p98/l33t-h4x0r/riotofficercopy-1.jpg) stepped in, taking positions on opposite side of the door. Moments later, a man clad in a white dress uniform entered the room. He was followed by a 10 more Guardsmen, except these men wore the white armor of the Palace Guard. The military tradition was highly valued in Angenteria, and their training was rumored to be some of the toughest around. One of them stepped forward.

"His Supreme Majesty Marcus Riektal, Emperor of the Holy Imperium of Angenteria."

The man in the white uniform stepped forward. He smiled. "Hello everyone, I hope you're all in good health."

A women in her 50's walked into the room confidently. Her hair was tied back tightly in a bun and it had been recently dyed black to hold back the grey.

She was Irena Milencu or "The mother of all Bulgislavians Comrade Irena Milencu" the wife of the Great Comrade Leader Ion Milencu.

The Pair ruled Bulgislavia together though Ion more then Irena. Thanks to thier efforts Bulgislavia is a straight jacket society, one of the tougest systems, isolated, extreme poverty and deprivation, the north korea of Europe or Europes Black hole. Its also one of the most exotic regimes europe has ever seen where mass rallies of citizens take place almost every month.

Meanwhile the Milencu family have been put in high positions of power within the party, they live in luxury, own villa's and cars and are all well fed. Some people call it "Socialism in one family" on the Milencu's dictatorship

Irena was wearing one of her Italian imported dresses which was a light orange colour.

"Greetings to you all, unfortunatly my husband could not be here so I have taken his place. How are we all today?"

A door swung open as a man, about 6 feet tall walks in looks around, this man in dirty camo and wearing a red beret, takes the closest chair to him, " I am Commander Ernesto Cheark, I have been sent from the Soviet Elect of The Soviet System, he has been bsy and cant make it himself."

"Greetings to you all, unfortunately my husband could not be here so I have taken his place. How are we all today?"
"No matter, madam. I am sure that you are more than capable to fill his shoes. I am very well, thank you."


The man in the white uniform stepped forward. He smiled. "Hello everyone, I hope you're all in good health."
Tara was amazed at the sheer amount of guards stood in this room. Wasn't this a meeting for leaders, or was it for their strong arms? She quickly replaced the slight frown for a smile.
"A pleasure to meet you, sir. I am very well."

"I do apologise for my lateness, affairs of state and all, becoming a member of a region is terribly time-consuming."
At least this one removed his guard.

"Master Josh. A pleasure to meet you. I have heard talk of your expertise in the field of mechanical warfare."

" I am Commander Ernesto Cheark, I have been sent from the Soviet Elect of The Soviet System, he has been bsy and cant make it himself."
Tara and the marine spontaneously turned to look at each other for a split second, before she smiled and said, "Welcome, Commander." She looked back at the guard whose hand was subconsciously drifting towards the bonding knife strapped to his armor. She coughed and his hand snapped back.

"Thank you lady tara, it is a pleasure to meet you" he said. He always had that devilish grin on him, it looked like he knew something more than he let on.

"In fact, " She continued, bemused by his grin, "I would wager that you may have one of the few weapons which can outrange our own Despoiler cannons. Perhaps our engineers could work on a joint venture sometime in the future. The results would surely be formidable."

Taking an available seat he turns to the leader upon the mentioning of despoiler cannons, and asks, quite openly, "If one has the time in the near future, my army would be most pleased to purchase a number of such 'Despoiler cannons' for use in the defence of our borders... Purely a preventative action you understand?"

Josh's grin widened,"Ahh you mean the collossus, I am working on a version 2 of it, the Ares. 400 mile range moving on a huge body chassis...quite impressive."

Tara thought this over for a moment, before saying, "We do not usually sell Despoilers. It is not so much the range, more the fact that they can be extremely dangerous in the, no offense intended, wrong hands as they can be equipped with all manners of shells, including bio- and thermonuclear warheads. We need to be absolutely certain of the stability and intentions of the nation, for matters of world security. Although I'm sure that a nation such as IStormistan would use such power for defense, other nations may not take such a view on the subject. Perhaps in the future, when our nations have stronger ties."

"An airborne command post, missile platform and aircraft carrier. We have the means in the modern age, of course, but the amount of fuel required for it's VTOL system is a major problem."

"Well I wouldn't want to spoil a surprise when we unveil it. If you ever want to come to Ralkovia I can give you a tour, it takes about 10 hours to actually go into every room on it."

"Where are you!?........ No I dont think I will be staying long! It is absolutly incredable they obviously didnt plan for me!...... yes, yes...... I'll see you later, Get my things together after I'm finished here were going back to Bulgislavia.......... What did you grab..... Lightfittings? Try get some Door knobs form the hotel room we need to take back some Gifts to put in the Milencu Palace to show our people how loved we are by the outside...... Yes take some of the nice Photo frames I saw in our hotel room too....... The Bulgislavian people will appreciate viewing them"

She then hung up and looked back up impatiently as if she was waiting for something

"Actually I will take that Cuban Cigar after all...... And the entire bottle of Vodka too if thats not a problem"

Subaru arrived with a guard to protect her. She was no longer the Princess as she had been in the past, she was Queen. Her mother's loss was tough but Subaru needed to suck it up and stay mindful. The topic was apparently weaponry and she wasn't interested. The usually pacafistic girl didn't worry much about defense. She was going to be agressive when the time called for it though. But for now she figured she would listen and jump if when she saw fitting.

A small teacup filled halfway with strong scented, steaming liquid was gently placed in front of her by a gloved hand. A soft but deep voice said, "Enjoy." The man walked quietly over to an empty seat and sat down. "I apologize for the tardiness, there was ...a delay, which I had to attend to." A thin smile spread across his face. "Please, continue. I believe you were discussing your weapon systems."

"Engineering is crap if u dont have hard and well trained men, which is what i do, Teaching guerrilla warfare is what i enjoy very much." Ernesto said as he took a sip of the Vodka

Irena recieved the cup of warm steaming liquid

"Its about fucking time!" she said

She leant foward to sniff it then she dipped her finger in it

"I'm not drinking this until someone else takes a sip first!"

Ernesto hands over a cigar and the bottle to Irena, "See this will help with the meeting, lets ya relax"

"Well anyway, we have been working on a new mobile fortress, it would be large enough to carry a large military barracks, heavy artillery and even a landing strip large enough for a bomber to take off and land. We in Ralkovia are pushing everything to the limits."

"Oh i'm not going to be drinking or smoking this crap! This is going straight into the Milencu Palace behind viewing glasses for Bulgislavians to see, Everytime I leave the country I always have something to show for it. Ernesto leans forward, "sounds powerful, what kinda guns will be on it?"

It can actually float on water and its track is made of a special metal called necklogen, it is harder but lighter than titanium. The fortress is meant as a theater command quarters, it is confined to flat territory though and moves about 3 mph. So we still have work to do"

Alghol reached over, held the cup in two fingers, and sipped it. "It is quite delicious, I assure you, and devoid of toxins." He turned to the others. "But is a fortress of that size practical? Could the soldiers be of better use in a different location whilst more mobile?"

Ernesto gets a serious look, "Yes Dictatorship, brainwashing the people, please state how that is right"

"practical on islands no, practical on the European continent yes but Black Shadow is my favorite weapon so far. It has a bomb with the power of one gigaton of tnt. It can wipe a nation out of existence in a few seconds, best of all it comes with a special container that neutralizes most to all radiation in the bomb"

She remembered where she was and sat back down. "I am sorry about that. Slight problems in the homeland, nothing major."

Marcus nodded, agreeing with the Charmaetian on the matter. "Yes, he does have a point."

She shook her head.

I am a Party member of the Bulgislavian Workers Party, Prime Minister and second in command! The Grand National Assembly represents the workers of Bulgislavia, It is a lie that we are a dictatorship. I have worked for the people and given them all a rich and happy life!"

Looking into Irena's eyes, "But you act like a Queen, and you lie to the people, please forgive me if i got the wrong idea of Dictatorship."

"I have personally fought in 7 Revolutions in my life time so far, and my personal task force has been there since the beginning, im sure we would be a match for you"

Tara grinned. One thing a templar couldn't resist, regardless of gender, age or rank was a battle.

"I dont have to listen to this!" she took a sip of the tea and then spat it back into the cup with a disgusted look on her face

Marcus smiled.

This woman is quite out of touch with her people. He thought to himself. He turned to The Soviet System delegate.

"I don't suppose you can show my soldiers a thing or two about guerilla tactics? Without the forming a revolution and toppling my rule in fame of a more socialist-friendly government, if you please."

Josh sat down in his section. He didn't anybody to be around with the whole invasion thing but it was nice to relax once in a while and leace the whole "war" scene.

Ziggard Vosk enters the room, Ernesto left to the war and Vosk though he should be there in person, He sat down and looked around, "I am Ziggard Vosk, leader of the Soviet System"

"Good to meet you, Mr. Vosk, may I call you Ziggard. I am Emperor in Waiting Josh Raskov the II. It seems that no one is here, as you know war and what not always puts a hamper on peoples schedules," He said grinning. Josh was the master of war himself, his war machines were renowned across the world.

Josh was responsible for most super weapons. He was known as a murder by conquered countries, Ralkovian colonies hated him for his weapons that crushed entire armies in one swell swoop, but for one who had caused the deaths of hundreds of millions if not billions was his attitude.
