His honorable majesty Emporer Charzak the Second would like to open up world relations with all nations of the world in order to prevent what happened only days ago in Charzak. The Emporer wishes to meet with representatives from the countries of Ustio North, Uiri, and Void Templar and any nations willing to open communications. The Emporer wishes that this meeting will make right the wrongs his father caused.
