This is a group of nations. Anyone who wants to join, fill out the form below. Those in the ANE can debate on laws and issues, but here's the trick: all the debating is done by RP characters you make up. The character must be real and filled-out, not just mouths for your nation's views. If your character is only being the delegate because it's either that or the streets, make this clear! And if the government people tell them to do something and they don't want to, work with that! But first, let's make the rules clear:
1. Your character is not immortal. Assassinations are allowed, and so are plagues and sudden death of accidentally falling off a cliff.
2. Your character is human. Offending people, falling in love, disliking people, making political decisions based on how much you like a person and suchwhat is encouraged.
3. Your character is human. They are not beautiful women with long golden hair and emerald eyes and the ability to kill someone with a throwing star from a distance.
4. Your character is sane. If they kill someone, or do anything, they'd better have a decent reason for it.
5. Your character is a character. They are not anyone else in disguise-and that includes you.

Full name of character: Nessa Jamil
Appearance: Nessa is tall. She is of Egyptian or Arabic or thereabouts descent, which means skin the color of cinnamon, dark brown eyes, and black hair. She clearly works out, but just to keep in shape, so she's of an average build. She usually wears a dark blue business suit.
Political views of character: Generally liberal on everything except drugs. Cynical.
Political views of nation: Same, but without the cyniscim.
Patriotism level(scale of 1 to 10, 1 means they think their nation is awful, 10 means they'd do anything for it-kill, die, anything): 5. She's a cynic in general, but she agrees with her nation's views, so she compromises by expecting them to let her down at any moment.
Background: Nessa (which is short for Vanessa, which she hates) grew up in an upper-middle-class family in Darkpigeon's capital city. She studied law in college, became a lawyer, worked her way up to a worker in the Department of Law and Order, became a delegate. Ordinary woman. Married, then divorced.
Why they want to be a delegate: It's just a higher job to her. She gets better pay and she likes to argue with people.
Personality: Cynical, as mentioned. Cracks bad jokes at unnecessary moments. Businesslike. Unlikely to let life interfere with work.
