SANT
Schliserian Allied Nations Treaty
To protect Schliseria against the forces of destruction, injustice, pain, misery, poverty, slavery, abuse, and chaos. To form a society formidable of the forces of the universe to ensure stability, peace, prosperity, understanding, rights, freedom and equality to all Schliserians and all living within the Schliserian borders attributed to this cause, or neutralized with it. And to spread our knowledge and peace beyond our borders to the rest of the earth and to share our ideals as humankind.
Terms of SANT
I. To open national borders to visitors and immigrants and emigrants. To allow the free passing of nomads and other cultures that require free passage among our nations, without unharnessing the settlements of people with permanent and semi-permanent societies.
II. To not restrict the rights of ones nation to any particular group of people.
III.To respect all religions, ideals, theories, science practices, languages, recreations, physical appearences, disabilities of mentality and physical attributes, race, age, ethnicity, nationality, political stance, commercial stance, and income unless the said presses itself upon others in a way that is against SANTs policies stated in the mission statement.
IV.Abolish all dealth penalty in any cases that did not result in a death.
V. To allow people to run and own and operate their own businesses and households without being nationalized by the guiding government.
VI. Promote trade between people, towns, cities, regions, governments, and businesses, by not blockiing the individuals trade of non-illegal objects.
VII. To fight against murder of innocent civilians, to fight against the abuse of all people.
VIII. To fight against the compulsory services of labor, business, military placement, and oter breaches of human rights.
IX. To promote liberty and justice. To provide victims and criminals with speedy trials and unbiased jurisdiction.
X. To aim to provide clean water, food, clothes, shelter, education and opportunity to all those under the guidance of SANT by sacrificing governments funds towards these operations.
XI. By operating first and foremost under the jurisdiction of the SANT citizens, secondarily by the SANT governments, who must obey the majority rulings of the citizens of SANT.
XII. To assist all citizens under attack by using any humane means not against protocol det in the mission statement.
XIII. To use intelligence to aid in the uprooting of criminal and evil entities that go against the SANT missions states in the mission statement.
XIV. To illegalize the invasion of privacy and fight to maintin privacy as a human right.
XV. To rule by the mission statement on all matters of decision in which SANT is involved only after consulting the SANT citizens under jurisdiction. And abhearing to SANT ctizens first on all laws, secondly to the constitution, thirdly to the government. Courts will no longer operate under the domain of "constitutional or unconstitutional", but "humane practice or inhumane practice".
