As most knowledgeable persons know, foreign relations are quite important in such a quick-paced world. Thus, I, High Lord Xavier Pemberton IV, of the Holy Empire of Nalijbol in the North Pacific, hereby declare that a total of eight embassies pertaining to eight separate nations are to be constructed in the center of Intellitopia, the capital of the Glorious Nation of Nalijbol.

Here in our Grand Empire, political freedoms are ranked superb. However, previous generations chose to be much more reclusive than I, the current High Lord, would ever care to be. Our foreign relations have reached an all-time low. In this day and age, it is impossible to carry out with such a task as leading an Empire with very little international contact. So, I humbly request your nations---my 'colleagues'--- to dramatically increase Nalijbol's productivity and world recognition by sending ambassadors and maintaining an embassy. This vital assistance would be greatly appreciated; diplomacy with an ever-strengthening nation would be our only available reward to such friendly leaders.
