After the messy and bloody Asyuk Aliara Islands War between the Ne Behemes and Trafica and Roen, and their respected belligernts and allies, the Ne Behemes have offered a proposed resolution to the ordeal, which still sits on the table with an unofficial cease-fire. the Ne Behemes' proposals:
On settling the dispute of the Asyuk Aliara Islands Territory
I. The AAIT is divided into a Ne Behemes (Semi)/Autunomous Territory and a Trafican and Roenese (Semi)/Autunomous Territory whereby the islands former border with slight alterations (to be discussed if this proposal is accepted) takes precedent as the official border between the Ne Behemes and Trafica and Roen, and the border is placed under the security of an international peace-keeping corps for a minimum of ten years from the signed date of the proposed treaty.
II. Proposal I. except instead of (semi)/Autunomous territories each side is dissolved into its respective nation completley.
III. Proposal I. except the Asyuk Aliara Islands Territories two sides are able to make certain decisions with the other side without consent of their "parent" country, but only on issues to be specified in a possible treaty.
IV.Each villages and its territory in the AAIT votes for its own fate, choocing between:
A. Being dissolved completley into either the Ne Behemes or Trafica and Roen
B. Becoming a Semi/Autunomous Region of either the Ne Behemes or Trafica and Roen
C. Accepting proposal III. of THIS treaty.
D. Becoming part of an indpendent Asyuk Aliara Islands nation.
E. Becoming a completley independent nation, as a village alone.
F. Becoming a Colony, Dependency, or Overseas Territory of either the Ne Behemes or Trafica and Roen
President Uiste has already alerted the Trafica and Roen government of the proposal. If any nation has any input, spots any loopholes, or has something else helpful to say, your comments are welcom.
Sincerely, Secretary of State for the Ne Behemes
Yeri Timotuokou
