The People's Cyonist Republic of Boico wishes to open up the nation to other nations. However there are some reservations as listed below. Also, to stop our citizens being currupted by other enemy nations, Boicoan citizens are forbidden to visit these nations. I would like to ask embassy nations whether it is possible to stop Boicoan citizens in your nation from leaving to these banned nations (known from now on as BN's). However, if you do not except this it does not stop you from aquiring an embassy.
