"Hello Miroxia! I'm Veronica Willhelm, Miroxian Action News at 6. Our tops story today, High Councilor Hartford Benson, while returning home from a public press conference, was nearly assassinated after a group of teens, who were high, shot at his limo. The bullet-proof metal, thankfully, protected the High Councilor as Miroxian police then took the teenagers into questioning. Here with those results is Joey Twice."

"Thank you Veronica. As you can see behind me is the Miroxian Police Department where the interrorgation took place. After three hour, police reported that the leader of the group, Cody Rinse, twin brother of Chowder Rinse who had started the Miroxian College Shootings awhile back, said they got the drugs from a group of North Miroxian contraband dealers called the "People in High Places". They say that the P.I.H.P. is anti-council state, yet they deal all around Miroxia.

"After Hartford phoned an ambassador from peace-wanting royalists, the ambassador claimed he had no idea about the contraband dealers. High Councilor Benson has now declared a state-of-war in Miroxia, called the Drug War, in which young, undercover militia agents will buy contraband, then kill/arrest the dealers, depending on the situation. Benson also said in a short interview that local police all over Miroxia would be cracking down on suspicious behavior and would help the military stop illegal drugs from entering Miroxia. Back to you, Veronica..."

"Operation: Crack Down"

The fourth division of Miroxia's 1st Class soldiers put on some shaggy street clothes and loader their pistols as they took a stroll down Kelmont Creek Avenue. The sun stroked the sky a beautiful orange, complimented with purple clouds in the southwest.

General Carl Tents lead his incognito troops down the lane, guns hidden. Once and a while, one of them would kick a rock, but they were waiting for someone to pulled them over and say, "Hey, wanna buy some contraband/drugs?" After a slow day like today, the general assumed that at dusk there would be a better chance of finding some dealers.

As they finished the block, they circled around back on the other side of the street. The semi-busy streets were calm and the sun was almost over the horizon, but as they neared the middle of the block, a shady figure pulled the group of 14 aside into a dark alley with at least 20 other ment who were smoking. "Hey," the man said. He smelled of smoke and alcohal and dawned a five o'clock shadow. "Me and my friends are of the People in High Place contraband group. We wanted to know," he said, reaching into his pocket, "if you wanted some of our goods." When his hand came out of his pocket, it revealed no drugs, but a pistol held up to Carl's chest. "I know military scum when I see 'em," he said.

Carl and his troops then took out their pistols as the rest of the PIHP members took out guns. Carl took the first shot and killed the leader. Then a PIHP member yelled: "Draw!" and before you knew it, you were in the modern-day wild west. Bullets and shells going everywhere as the militia tried to keep Miroxia safe from drugs. Before Carl knew it, half of his troops had died; he got shot in the leg. Only about four of the PIHP members were down. As Carl tried to stand he pulled out a cell phone and called for back up. At this point, all had stopped to reload their guns.

Then it started again. After five minutes, Carl was shot in the lung and collapsed. He died shortly afterwards. The shady man smiled as he finished off the last of the fourth division. "We did it," he muttered, "the People in High Places took down a military regiment. I'm teary-eyed.

Not long afterwards, backup stood atop the building surrounding the alley. "Now," General Harold Flaws yelled as they all shot, with their rifles, down into the alley. After the majority of them fell, their leader shot up and killed three privates. The shady figure was then shot in the back by one of his own men, who was really undercover for the military this whole time. Operation Crack Down completed.

Marmuskkolu was a former member of the Ulanpataari navy, he had stolen a submarine from the navy as he was discharged (they did not keep the best track of their ships, on their record the ship was in pieces scattered across the southern sea). The crew of the ship, along with Marmuskkolu made a wonderful living as smugglers. They were sending a shipment of hallucinogenic mushrooms to the Miroxian Drug Cartel. The ship was at a depth of 900 meters outside Miroxian territorial waters, waiting for the signal to surface. Soon enough a signal was given. Marmuskkolu surfaced, and help load the cargo onto the Cartel's ship. A very tall cartel member spoke in a rudimentary Pattari "You remember the agreement, yes?" Marmuskkolu nodded, and went under the waves, and followed the cartel ship.

Ralkovia ports were a safe-haven to drug, arms, and even human trafficking and every country knew that. The police force would look the other way at the huge port cities. Ralkovia even had a record, 80% of all drugs passed through a ralkovian port at some time, this was no different most of the drugs in Miroxia were passing through Ralkovian ports.

The army mourned deeply the loos of an entire division, but had more important things to deal with. High Councilor Hartford Benson had ordered a better crack down on drug dealers and also issued a state-of-emergancy in high-crime areas of Miroxia. Benson also issued that all cargo transportations entering the islands were to be heavily searched...

Eastern Docks

General Flaws approched the dock with extreme caution. He wore, proudly, the Miroxian marines uniform, given only to a selected few. As a cargo ship, the MTS Miroxia Moon 7 approached, a well-kept man, yet he smelled of spores and smoke.

"Good'ay sir," Flaws said, calmly, "due to safety reason, I must search your ship. We have also detected a unidentified submarine nearby. We must bring it up and search it, that is, if it is in league with you."

The smuggler said nothing for a moment.

Flaws then picked up a walkie-talkie and said, "Code: Alpha-96216: UUWD. Backup." He then got on board the ship as the man followed him.

Meanwhile, five Miroxian u-boats had followed the strange blip on the radar and found it. They then wired this message:

THIS IS MIROXIAN SAFETY PATROL. PLEASE SURFACE. YOU ARE NOT IN TROUBLE AS OF NOW, NEW LAWS COMPELL US TO SEARCH YOU. REPEAT: PLEASE SURFACE.

OOC: Awwwww....

Marmuskkolu surfaced, there was nothing harmful inside his ship now (Well, aside for the munitions for the deck gun and several torpedos) After the black vessel protruded from the surface, a porthole was opens at the top of the tower. A skinny fellow with a long untrimmed beard and hair exists the craft. Marmuskkolu knew a great deal of universal language and some Miroxia, but instead he feigned ignorance of both language, and raised both of his hands, and rabbled on in Pataari with a perplexed look on his face.

Neci Kovách had acquired a simple civilian vessel by force approximately five years ago from an Ursavian port. Then, with the aide of a hacker within his crew he had it registered as having been sunk half a mile off the Ursavian coastline in a storm. That was not the case however because it was currently seventy-five miles off the coast of Miroxia waiting for a shipment of drugs to make their way to the ship’s position where they would proceed to trail it until just outside Miroxian waters before going in to another port to resupply and wait for another shipment that need an escort; all for a simple twenty-five rupees per pound of contraband.
