The Art of War region has been announcing reforms under Ascelonian leadership. Among this has been the creation of integrated AOW military power. There will be new classes of ships. New branches of military and such. The most notable of these is the creation of the AISD. The Atlantic Intergrated Satellite Defense program, which will launch one satellite every three months.

Each of the satellites is armed with a powerful laser or a railgun designed to shoot down missiles or large aircraft. Nations within and outside of the Art of War are questioning the motives of Ascelonia and are alarmed by the project. President Christopher of Ascelonia has issued the following statement:

"There is no need to be afraid. Besides, we stopped the nuclear program for this."

This assistance will not be forgotten. If it would be good with your government, we would prefer particle cannon type lasers as opposed to old railguns. With your help, we may be able to launch satellites more often, possibly once every two months or once every month. We will also be launching targeting satellites.

The Star Lance K-291-Godhammer-Thundercall pattern that we are using for our own network are entirely modular weapons systems. While the targeting and impact computations require far different calculations, Railgun and Partical Beam emmisions do not require much more room within the main body of the satellite. Partical Beam Emmisions have a tendency to require far larger solar panels in order to function with expanded coolant operations and carefull husbandry to aviod overheating, but Railguns require periodical maintenance and reloading from the space program which is extremely expensive. As such, our prepared personel and equipment are fairly familiar with DEW operations as the network is split 40/60 between railguns and DEWs.

We hope that you may use our aid to the best of your ability. If you like, we will also send you production rights to Star Lance K-291-Godhammer-Thundercall pattern weapons satellites with all the functioning addons neccessary for extended DEW operations.

Our current missile defenses are dreadful. It consists mostly of sensor satellites detecting missiles and SAM responding.
