Beatusian Federal Law 21-15A-256-C

It shall hereby, and henceforth be illegal to participate, or promote any acts, which are anti-business/capitalist in nature. Any persons found committing such acts, shall be dealt with, depending on the degree of severity of their acts. Punishments shall range from fines or community service, to the death penalty. The Council of Anti-Business Affairs, shall be set up, to determine what is, and what is not an act which would be in violation of this law.

Effective as of 12:00 AM 8/13/08.

The Binarian Empire supports this messure fully and reccomends that other nations follow suite as quickly as possible.

To Alexei,

I should have informed you before the announcement. This law would only apply to our citizens in our nation. It is not that we have a problem with people being communist. The fact is, we have been having troubles with extremists, firebombing factories, and offices, hijacking semi trucks, it's getting out of control. Your nation has openly taken a stance against capitalism before, case-in-point, the nationalization of private businesses. This is the same type of thing. We hope you understand our situation. These people are terrorists, and we needed to deal with them. As for our meeting, I have never been to Stoklomolvi, and hear it is nice this time of year, would a meeting in your nation, say next week be acceptable?

In an obscure network, a database entry was being changed. An entry named "Beatus" which was followed by "Conservative Democracy" had such description shifted to "Authoritarian-leaning Plutocracy".

That was as far as the Confederacy would care about what was none of their immediate business, specially when they still had a war to fight, ironically against something that self-declared itself "communist".
