Mokastana

Nicolas Villa had made sure the tables in the conference room were freshly polished and enough chairs had been set inside the room. The room itself was only a few years old, after the new Presidential Palace had been built. Inside was solid a long oak table with equality well built chairs. The walls were covered with artistic works from around Mokastana and the Fegosian Union, while the North wall had tall windows allowing in sunlight without the worry of glare.
Behind the master seat where Nicolas would sit was a large screen and it could show anything that any delegates could upload to it. All delegates would be allowed to have electronics, two security guards armed with non-leathal weapons, and all other staff would have to wait at the embassy complex down the road. The building was surrounded by Jaguar Elites who specialized in embassy security and rescues.
The delegates would be flown into Mokastana International, driven to the Embassy Complex to leave personal belongings and staff in their embassies, or open embassies not in use if they did not have one in Mokastana. Before they left they would be scanned with metal detectors and frisked before the final drive. Then driven in limousines to the Presidential palace where they would be escorted to the meeting room.
Nicolas went out to the main lobby where delegates staff would go threw one final metal detector and an x-ray for one last measure of safety. Security staff would be left outside in the lobby while only delegates would be allowed into the meeting room.
Nicolas hoped his brother was doing well in Waldenburg.
