Statute of
International Organization for Raw Materials Preservation
(short:IORMP)
In connection with acts of violence as well as threatening many states because of having by them fold of raw materials we intend to set up the organization consisting of extractors and tradesmen of raw materials.It is aimed to ,saving members from the dishonesty of states,organizations and enterprises, and providing to them protection. Moreover it is supposed to guarantee the just trade and the profit sharing between members.
1#Everyone who wants to join should send the application for content:
Name:
Type: (Nation<and type of govenament>,organization,corporation)
Extractor,tradesman or both:
The amount and the type of annually extracted raw materials (in tons):
Are your raw materials endangered by anyone or naything?: (Yes<what type of danger>/no)
Did you need any military help?: (Yes/No)
Whether you agree with the clauses included in the statute??: (Yes/No<with which>)
2#Every member has the duty to pay the fee of the amount of the 10% of amount of annually extracted raw materials. But if for the reasons connected with endangered of raw materials he cannot make it the collection is remaining annulled for getting beginning the new extraction.
3#Every member which will start threatening anybody in the connection with raw materials had by it will be expelled from the organization.
4#Members have the duty of giving aid (if are in the state - also military) to these of members which are threatened in any way if it was associated with raw materials had by them.
5#At the same time the organization has the right for the sale of raw materials of members under the own sign and of division (after deferring the collection) between them money getted in this way.
6#Every clause of this document can be changed only with all members' permission.
