A modified T-34 chassis, with the turret replaced with a stryker MGS-style 120mm Cannon. Gunner gains seat behind driver and Pintle MG (You must choose the MG on your own)

[A bit more help: .45 is in inches, not mm. Just copy and paste these into the draftroom and see what they say. There are lots of .45 rounds, hundreds, so you need to be more specific. 7,000kg is a bit round, it'll probably be less rounded. For instance, my MBT isn't 63 metric tons. It's 63,076kg. Ships need more info too, I'd really just spend a good long while at the draftroom looking at other's designs and see what I mean. Better though, you're improving and learning]
