Message to The Galaxy.

The area of Xiscapia is Now a Declared Warzone. a Blockade has been Declared for the Warzone and all Shipping will Be Searched for Weapons heading for Xiscapia.

Any Ships trying to run The Blockades will be fired onand Thir Crews Arested for Smuggling.

Letters of Marque are also Being issued for any Privateers willing to work for the Hyperborian Khanate.

The Kitsune Empire Is Amused By The Actions Of The Hyperborian Khanate. The Empire Warns All Pirates And Mercenaries That Accepting Letters Of Marque Will Earn Them Shoot-on-sight Orders In All Xiscapian Systems. Furthermore Any Captured Pirates Or Mercenaries Shown To Be Holding Papers Concerning A Contract With The Hyperborian Khanate Will Be Executed Without Trial. Shipping To The Dolosus System Will Be Suspended Until The Hyperborian Fleet There Can Be Removed. The Kitsune Empire Urges Its Allies And Fellow Nations Of The Galaxy To Condemn The Aggressive Imperalistic Actions Of The Hyperborian Khanate, And Assures All Concerned Parties That This Matter Will Be Resolved In An Efficent, Timely Manner.

The Neo Kirisuban Admiralty knew about the Steppe empire because they'd fought a war against their neighbour the Federal Union.

Why they would attack another ally of theirs was hard to comprehend even with the Kirisuban's being warriors themselves. Hadn't they learned from the last time?

So new orders went out to exploration, defence and merchant shipping. To be careful if they were heading to the Xiscapian Empire but to refuse searches from Steppe shipping or privateers. They wouldn't start anything although but if the Hyperborian's wanted to scrap with these warriors women they'd get a fight they wouldn't forget.

A fleet wide yellow alert was issued as a result and they'd be able to aid their Xiscapian allies if they were needed. They were confident the Xiscapian's could handle this themselves but that was why you kept allies.

A coded and secret message of support was sent to the Xiscapian Emperor by the Empress Fujiko herself. Why a secret message? Why tell the attackers you might be fighting them.

The Alversian Democratic Republic condemns the unprovoked and aggressive actions against our oldest and closest allies. The Alversian Republic will support the Xiscapian Empire in the defence of it's own lands but will divert all Merchant vessels from the sector.

The Republic of Earth views this as an attack on the very principals of intergalactic free trade, and has responded by refusing to cease trade with Xiscapia.
Of course, since we never had any trade with them to begin with, it doesn't really matter much.
The Republic has also placed on embargo on the Steppe Empire and all goods thereof. But since we don't trade with them either, that doesn't matter much.

In light of the fact that it has nothing to do with any of the nations or planets involved in this event, the Republic of Earth excuses itself and apologizes for wasting the time of the diplomats involved.
We just wanted to feel important.

Open Binarian Response to The Republic of Earth
The desire to feel important is something you share with this people. Infact, I would be so bold as to say, the only reason these "Khanate" people do anything. They only seek attention from the Galaxy, and as every good diplomat knows, the only way to deal with people that want attention and to feel important, is to completely ignore their cries, and leave them alone. Because the best way to make a fool of someone like that is to let them sit by themselves waving their arms and yelling, "Look at me, I am evil, come do something about it! Please pay attention to me!".

Official Galactic Empire Statement

We condemn the The Hyperborian Khanate for its invasion of a Xiscapian System. We hereby place a trade embargo on The Hyperborians and urge all our allies to do the same.

The Terran Federation, has intervened on behalf of the Xiscapian people, and wish to let who ever is involved that the arrogance of this nation shall be crushed thoroughly, and we shall preserve the sovereignty of a free nation today.
