Umm, wut?

First thing, Go look up real, modern tanks such as the M1A2, Challenger 2, Leapord 2A6, T-90/T-80, ect, ect. Look at the stats firstly. Then look at what you have here. See the details?

OOC: Canedian, your tank seems to be lacking details.
Canedian Army
09-08-2008, 10:40
Like? Than i will change it, like i sad, i dont realy know how to do, but i wanted to and i gave it a try.

OOC: You should also keep in mind that all the facilities your weapons for foreign export are stored and produced in have come under attack.
Canedian Army
09-08-2008, 10:47
Why? i just sell them, i dont care if anybody destroy them AFTER i sold them.
If i sold it to like somebody else, and they will be destroyed in war, not my problem.
East Congaree
09-08-2008, 10:49
OOC: Uh, your storefront facilities that store the weapons you are GOING to sell and HAVE produced for foreign export are under attack. I'm not saying weapons you previously exported are under attack.
Lynion

OOC: East Congaree has a point and you're going have to do something about it soon. If you don't well...I'll be joining EC.

You mean you attacked me?

OOC: Correct.
Lynion

OOC: He does have a reason to start the attacks and Canedian Army, I won't be your ally in this one.

OOC: Its NS. You don't need a reason to go to war with anyone. That said, there's absolutely no stats or indeed any information to this thing you're claiming to trying to sell. Wanna try again?
Antigr
09-08-2008, 16:05
I'd give up, Cotland; This seems to be a never-changing newbie.

READ THE STICKIES.
Lynion
09-08-2008, 16:09
that's why I never sell or setup any storefronts. Some are master's at it, some love them. However, you come under the title of: trying but not listening to other people's advice.
Canedian Army
09-08-2008, 17:13
Alright i am sick of this! Just all shut the fuck up!
Lynion

Just trying to be positive and tried to help you. But I know when I'm not wanted.
Canedian Army
09-08-2008, 17:17
Thats not it, i am just angry to all of you! I just want to sell something, i say what is its weight, range and that kind of stuff, just buy or all shut up!
Lynion
09-08-2008, 17:18
OOC: As long its realistic, full of details and modern. Then people may want to buy it!
Canedian Army
09-08-2008, 17:20
I sad the details, it is realistic and modern! It is a new creation you dumbass!
Lynion
09-08-2008, 17:23
Pointer's, the webpage doesn't work and that what lacks the detail. No details about the tank, no-one will buy it. Simple!
Falkasia
09-08-2008, 17:34
OOC: Canadien, I understand where your coming from. If you'd like some help, I'd be willing to offer it.

Alright i am sick of this! Just all shut the fuck up!

Well, have we got news. We are sick of you. Your neverending, stupid, badly-thought-out, awfully Roleplayed, irritating posts with a poor understanding of anything are just spam. We've tried been polite. Here, you are trying to sell us something we don't know anything about. That's like selling 'classified documents' and giving them plain sheets of paper.

Please go away and come back once you've read the stickies and learned.

Looks to me like someone on the wikistates deleted the information before we can read it.

Anyway, the "details" people are asking for are, given that this is a tank, are:

Type: For this, it can be a main battle tank, heavy tank, tank destroyer, etc.
Weight: Modern MBT's weigh 40-70 tons. Some higher-end NS tanks weigh close to 90. Superheavy tanks can be anywhere from 150 to 6,000 tons, but they get progressively more expensive and difficult to produce.
Length: Usually about twice the length of a compact car, 8-14 metres.
Width: Should be narrower than a two-lane highway for an MBT, so 3-4.5 metres.
Height: Should be somewhat less than the width, 2-3.5 metres.
Crew: Older models have four - a gunner, commander, driver, and loader. Newer ones use a machine called an autoloader. This saves enough space to drop about 10 tons from the tank.
Armour: This is something I'll defer to NS Draftroom experts on; most of what I can tell you is you'll want to use strong metals like vanadium, tungsten, titanium or steel. Spacing armour helps to absorb explosive forces. The front will be heavily armoured, the sides moderately so, and your rear and top armour should be pathetic.
Primary armament: A big gun, usually 105-155 millimetres and with a calibre of 40 to 70. Bigger guns do more damage but require more weight, longer calibre means longer range but less accuracy. The inaccuracy can be mitigated with a laser-guided shell or missile. "Calibre" in this case doesn't refer to bore diametre, like it does with personal firearms where a .38 calibre is .38 inches across. In tank and naval guns, calibre is the ratio of gun length to bore, for example, a 120mm gun six metres long has a calibre of 50, called an L50 or 120mm L50.
Secondary armament: This generally refers to the tank's machine gun or autocannon used for engaging enemy infantry or smaller vehicles. Some heavier machine guns can shoot helicopters or low-flying planes. Other secondary armament on some tanks are mortars, active protection systems (basically CIWS for tanks) or smoke dispensers.
Engine: Number of horsepower is all that matters. Most tank engines these days are diesels. Depending on your tank's weight you might want an engine ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 HP.
Power/weight: Horsepower divided by ton. For example, a 1,000 HP engine divided by 50 tons is a power/weight of 20. Power/weight generally ranges from 15-30.
Payload capacity: How many shells can your tank hold? Limited by shell or missile size and tank size.
Ground clearance: How much space is under the tank?
Fuel capacity: How much petrol can you hold? Ranges from 800-2,000 litres.
Operational range: How far can it go without refueling? Ranges from 300-700 km.
Speed: On-road speed is faster than off-road speed; 80 km/h is as high as I recommend pushing it. In reality it will likely be 60-70. Off-road speed is likely to max out at around 70-80% of on-road speed.

most of the responses here are shameful
the only appropriate response would be
"your link doesn't work"

In Lynion's defense, he (alongside myself and numerous other users) have tried (and continue to try) several times to work with Canedian Army, in the interest of helping him learn how to properly RP, properly establish and run a storefront, and in general learn the ropes, and we've generally been ignored. And that's why we end up with threads like this, because the people who are willing to take the time out of their lives to help (instead of just writing "Read the Stickies, noob") are being ignored, and getting frustrated.

OOC: I'd agree completely if this was his first thread, but many of the people here have given him helpful advice in thread after thread and even RPed with him in order to help him learn, after all we all want newbies to get better, but this guy has ignored every bit of advice he's been given and would rather insult people and keep on posting this type of junk. I think it's finally reached a head.

My first posts, and subsequent ones were much more helpful. But I tire of being ignored, so...

CA to summerise what everyone is trying to pur across.

STOP MAKING STOREFRONTS just for now.

ask the NSdraftroom to check out your designs, get advice and dont churn out tanks and planes and guns willy nilly look where it got you IC war to stop your storefronts.
Canedian Army
10-08-2008, 14:12
You know what? i wont sell nything ever again, just fighting wars. Now is everybody happy?
Kewen
10-08-2008, 14:14
we never said we wanted you to stop selling things, we just said (in summary) to idk carefully write up your storfront in Notepaad ask around the seinor members about what your selling
THEN sell it
do that we have no problem right peoples?
Canedian Army
10-08-2008, 14:16
Conratulations, but if everybody keep saying it is bad, i wont make a new sell topic ever again, and i think that i gave enough details, and if the link dont work, that make sense.

As far as I am concerned, Kewen is absolutely right. Although, I suppose if you don't wish to go to an off-site forum to produce top-notch stuff which everyone would probably buy then your quitting your storefronts and selling arms altogether would probably work.

As a side note, what kind of a govenment do you have?

I made a new topic, with more details, very more. I think you will think this is good.
The topic name:

NEW more detailed AA-56 tank.
Have a look.
