OOC: your nation is less than a sixth the size of his, i fail to see how you could take it from him "easily". Not only this, but acording to NStracker your defense budget is a seventh the size of his.

I advise you not to bite off more than you can chew, and start your campaigns of conquest with smaller nations.

OOC: At this point i ask that the naval manuevering be temporarily halted until the kidnapping situation unfolds, as such would take less than a day of game time and other events, such as amphibious assualts or naval battles, happening during that time would disrupt the chronological setup.
