I do believe, gentlemen, that this is satire.
Perhaps aimed at the fact the the dumbest posts on II tend to get the most attention. The nuclear grenade thread being a prime example. Nations which make short, stupid, posts about randomly blowing things up tend to get a far more replies, and longer lasting threads, than the ones with actual effort put into them.

Or he might just be an idiot.
