Beldentia Dossier

History:
Beldentias starts off as a puny Colony of the Spanish empire in 1551, on the shores of the so called "New World". The conquistadors land on the only sandy beach along the Beldentia shoreline and immediatly started to look for valuable recources. At the time there were not very many recources, woods for house and very fertile lands, which they deemed a good enough reason to settle. They founded the port city of Nueva Amanecer (New Sun Rise) and started planning for the construction of the city.

The Spanish went deeper into the territory and founded 2 more cities. Buenos Vientos (Fair Winds) and Rio de Boca (River of Boca). Sever towns and villages soon sprung in the rural areas.

The Colony grew rapidly with trade coming in and out the inhabbitants grew wealthy and prosperous. As more money came into the colony the more the Empire wanted to take away with outragous taxes. The inhabitants of Beldentia co-excisted with the Spanish Empire for 167years, followed by 5 years of tension which soon turned into a 2 year bloddy war.

In 1725 the Peace of Buenos Vientos was signed which stated that Beldentia would be recognized by the Spanish Empire, it would respect all of its citizens in and aborad and the removal of all Spanish Troops from the newly designated Beldentian Borders.

From the desk of President Tosclianni

Dear fellow Nation States of the world,

After many years of keeping to ourselves we decide to take a step on the world stage, for better and for worse. We shall refrain to only do infrastructure building and will not part-take in any armed conflict unless in defence. As your respective Defence Departments can see our military is not very modern with many of its weapons Pre Cold War- Post Vietnam dated equipment.

Also plans on a Internations Newspaper or News Feed are being drawn up so that Beldentias news can make it to every corner of the beautifull world of ours. Embassy streets and locations are being developed for hosting Allied Diplomats.

May we have a nice encounter with all of you,

Tosclianni
