Hello, today is September 8th and I am in Zimbaba, East Laos. This is the second largest city in East Laos, and it is where George Andrews, head of East Laos' new nuclear weapons program.
"Hello George, is it okay if I ask you a few questions?"
"Why, I would be more than happy if you asked me some questions."
"Okay, well first off, why did East Laos feel that they needed Nuclear Weapons?"
"Well, with todays increasing threats around the world, we need a system of defense, or some type of intimidation."
"Don't you think that East Laos starting a nuclear weapons program will stir up a lot of controversy?"
Yes, it probably will, however we need these weapons now, more than ever. Exuse me, I have to be getting back to my work, I am sorry, I'll answer more questions later."
