It was just another day in the officer, well not just nother day not for this office anyway. Four long years had passed since the civil war, and with the timely help of outsiders, the IKAL had succeeded but they crossed a line in the way they had asked for outsider help! And so coulnd go back to the old ways of isolationisum so working with the very few NIKAL higher ups who are now in a top secret detention facility somewhere The Kewen Reformed League was now ready to hit the markets.

That was three months ago, being a isolationist nation had its positive sides having long since switched to nuclear power with almost 96% of the nation relying on nuclear power, and the remained of which used natral gas.

The Automotive industry in KRL was sadly lacking except for the military division, so for the most part the whole nation relied on a network of railroads for city to city travel and small airports for province to province travel.

So the only use for crude oil the KRL had was for extracting plastics and other chemicals and using the oil for what little machinery that needed it so suffice to say there was a large surplus and growing stockpile. So much infact drilling operations for Oil had been suspened for well over a year or two to ease the overstocked warehouses, now with the KRL's moving into the wider world the former NIKAL and IKAL leaders forumlated a plan to fund the developemnt of the coutnry and insure everyone had a job for the far future.

the answer? sell the oil newsheadlines flahsed across the country as people line up aat the docks waving goodbye to the large oiltankers heading out into the world, of course with such a stockpile they could afford to lower the prices and such many civilian compaines who bought huge amounts of crude oil from various corperations began to flock to the incredibly low prices of the
Kewen Crude Prodcuts Corperation with a signifigant rise of over 35% in the first few monthsmany government officals expected it to go unnoticed as another economic rise.

somewhere in Arien.
"Mr. Robertson?" said a voluptuois secratry in a innocent voice
"Yes jenny?" said Robertson from behind a very large pile of paperword in front of that pile sat a small bar label
"Rob Robertson CEO of KCPC"
"I have the monthy report for you"
"very good, leave it on the desk and can you bring my next appoint up"
"very well sir" said Jenny the secratry as she signed placing the document on the ever growing pile and leaving the room the large oak doors slamming shut behind her.

Standing up and walking around to pick up the document he studied it
"hahahaha, another contract to us, 500,000 barrels a month not a bad offer lets see what they came from" as his eyes homed in on the name at the bottom of the document
"GCC" it read.
"hmm never heard of em, oh well cant be a bad thing if we keep getting contracts."

A few minutes later Marshal Dean Abeensworth or "D" walked in
"Ah, Marshal good to see you again" said Rob as he handed the marshal a glass of scotch
"Yes indeed, now i have some news that you might not like" he said solemly
"Did the oil warehouses catch alight?"
"no"
"Did someone steal our oil?"
"no"
"did someone lowers there prices to under 20standard dollars a barrel to undermine out alrerady cheaply ridiculous prices"
"no"
"Then you have nothing that can displease me"
"What if i said you had aids?"
"dont even joke about that."
the endless banter continued on through the day and seven bottles of scoth later and many broken glasses.
"And then shes says "she shays" <incoherant mumbling" said the marshal half drunk
"HAHAHHAHAH so whatstis bad news?" <hic> " so tell me already" said rob as he stood up
"Weeeelllll, imjust going to say is straight, some of the governemtn officls are getting a bit nervous with your recent properity"
"how so" he replied steadying himself.
"They fear someone might think this a hostile action and retailiate" the marshal replied standing up also.

"Penny?'
"Yes Mr robertson" she redplied over the intercom
"put it on, you read marshal?"
"yessssh!"
loudmusic crackled through the large speakers in the room
"Troika"
