CNN News Flash- "Monarchy is restored to Calizorinstan after 65 years. King Henry the IX assumes the throne by popular assent."

Before we go to discuss today's news, it is important to have a recap of Calizorinstan's political history. After the end of the monarchy in 1945, the nation of Calizorinstan became for a while a constitutional republic, and then in the late '50s to early '70s, it became a communist state, and then in the early 80's to the late '90s, it was a constitutional republic once again. Then under President Arnold's watchful eye, it became a very benevolent dictatorship. Now, to todays news, by a popular vote, Calizorinstan is once again a monarchy, and the King is once again the head of the national church, The Church of Calizorinstan. John Arnold decided the best way to find out who the monarch would be was to cast a vote between himself, Terry Wood, John Macked, and Robert Rainer. Surprisingly, the popular vote was in Mr. Arnold's favor, or should we say, now Your Highness's favor. The Church has granted him the title "The Defender of the Faith"
His coronation ceremony was held in the San Diego Cathedral today, and he was crowned the King of Calizorinstan. He has declared that there should be religious freedom within the nation, and that there will be a bill of rights for the people adapted from the previous governments bill of rights. He was given the royal name of "King Henry the Lionhearted, or King Henry the IX" We've heard from reliable sources close to the King that there will be a Coronation Party, for which all nation's in the world are invited to come celebrate the King's coronation. However, one detail we are not sure of, is whether he is just a figurehead, or he actually rules the nation.
