"My Fellow Mokans, today we are witnessing perhaps the greatest threat to Mokastana in years. Fleet of untold amounts of ships are massing on our allies shores, waiting for the chance to burn them to the ground. Allies are either abandoning ship or turning themselves in to the enemy without firing a shot. As I speak the nations of Sumguy, Cazelia, and Greal are being targeted while we sit at our borders and wait for the worst to happen. Soon enemy troops will be on their shores fighting in their homes and destroying what made our allies great, and without our allies what are we left with? We will still have the Fegosian Union, we will still have our honor-bound packs with Scandinavia and Lyras. We still will be safe even if they fall, I have spoken with leaders from each nation ensuring our nations safety in these dark times, and for the many things they have done for us we can only be grateful.
But there is one thing we are forgetting, our honor, if we turn and hide from this war then we are just merely cowards who ran away to the arms of bigger nations when we were threatened and I know many of you would prefer that. I know that many of you do not care for the hegemony and distaste the war we had with the Corporate Alliance, and you see this war as the direct result of Allies pulling us into their mess they couldn't handle. While this is true, that from fighting in this war Mokastana has everything to lose and nothing to gain it is a gamble I believe we should make. Not for Mokastana, but to prove to the world that Mokastana is not a coward nation who hides in a corner as her friends fall.
As of today I am ordering Fort Mokan and Fort Carson in Greal to be reinforced with units from the 8th Army, under the command of Generalissimo Yuri Gorbechov, the infamous commander who has seen far more action in Greal then any other Generalissimo. We will open up these forts to allow refugees from Greal to flee to Mokastana if they so wish. This way those who do not wish to be trapped in the chaos of another war in Greal can escape to Mokastana to be joined with other such Mokan nationals who had fled Greal before and started new lives here, or moved back.
Which brings me to another very important factor in Mokastana, the Greali sectors of cities have been in uproar to get forces to Greal ASAP to help protect their families over seas. This has cause many civil disturbances and I do not want further chaos in Mokan cities, either caused by the so called "pacifist" movements or the "interventionist". The last thing we need is for enemies to come to Mokan Shores seeing the nation already torn apart for them. I ask you to remain strong in this hour, for if we remain unified and on target, we will walk out of here stronger and more powerful then before. Mokastana must not abandon her allies in their final moments, just as nations came to help us in our moments of need, it is our turn to be the saviour.
However the choice is not in my hands, instead it is in yours, the PEOPLE of Mokastana, this is YOUR REPUBLIC, THIS NATION WAS FOUNDED TO BE A PROVIDER, A PROTECTOR, AND A SAVIOR OF YOU! Therefore I leave it up to the workers of this nation to decide if we go to war, I leave it to the farmers to know if we can support such an operation, I leave it to the soldiers to be ready and train for the war, I leave it to you, to make the right choice.

Today President Nicolas Villa made a cry to the people to elect to go to war in the name of Honor for our allies in the Hegemony. Currently parliament is addressing these issues to find a suitable situation to prevent further public outcries from breaking out.
However with the deployment of the 8th army to Greal, we can only assume that things will get worse from here....
