"To all foreign nations who have noticed The Wickit Klownz' absence in political affairs over the past few years, I personally invite your leaders or delegates to attend a banquet in celebration of our victory over the rebel forces that attempted to overthrow the rightful government of this great nation. I regret being absent in International Affairs during the war, but it could not be avoided due to many reasons. The banquet will be hosted at my presidential palace in the capital city of Auburn one week from today. All nations are welcome to attend, and I assure you no harm will come to you. I would be especially grateful if the Generic Empire and others whom my nation had relations with would attend. Thank you for your time, and God Bless."

OOC: The Presidential Palace of TWK is a monstrosity of an estate, covering well over 200 acres of beautiful meadows and forest. The palace itself is over 250,000 square feet, stretching upwards to a total of four stories, and descending two stories underground. It boasts well over 100 guest rooms, often as large as 2,500 square feet and intricately decorated with many precious metals, fine woven cloth, and exquisite stained wood. Each room contains a bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi, a living area, and two bedrooms, both with the finest king-sized beds and silken sheets TWK has to offer.
The first floor consists of an elegant lobby, laced with historical artifacts of importance to TWK, a magnificent banquet hall, large enough to seat well over 500 people which is adorned with diamond chandeliers and mahogany hardwood floors, and a recreational room, offering weightlifting equipment, an over-sized pool with two extremely large jacuzzis, and a moderately sized theater. The first floor also offers free alcoholic beverages and fine tobacco products, available in the lobby and pool areas.
The second floor contains the guest rooms, and in times of activity, often has over 200 well-armed, well-trained guards walking about the halls to preserve the sense of security of all guests currently staying at the palace.
The remaining two floors above ground are home to President Mooty's suite, inhabited not only by the President himself, but to a security force of well over a hundred of his closest and most well-trained men.
The first sub-level is home to a shooting range and armory, Mooty's favorite place to relax and spend time discussing political endeavors with diplomatic guests. Though it has been a long time since it was used for that purpose, Mooty has kept it in tip-top shape, anxiously awaiting the day when the war would come to an end.
The second sub-level is used by the President and a staff of over three hundred to monitor all activity within the palace, as well as giving the President direct control over the entirety of TWK's Armed Forces.
