As it happened A squad of men in shiny power armor resembling that of Master Cheif's or a terran marine's appeared outside the presidential building and gave a letter to one of the guards saying it was for those in charge. The men then strutted away. (hey they're wearing cool armor, sure beats the boring cammo the normal troops get) :D
