This is a curious world we live in, full of strange and odd things. But the strangest of all came from our begginings. In a time before the great pyramids, and even before primitive man even existed. There lived a race of men and women who possesed extraordinary powers. These people became known as Sicons. These Sicons would eventually become seperated into two clans; The Dark brotherhood , a clan in which all members were evil or wished to use their powers for their own intrests. The Templar represented the opposite of the Dark Brotherhood, their Sicons where the protectors of the innocent and the destroyers of evil. The Leader of the Templar was a man who liked to call himself Paradin. His twin brother the Jade emporer was the leader of the Dark Brotherhood. Now in these days Sicons lived nearly forever, and old Grudges where never forgotten. Eventually war was sparked around the globe. A war that would cast the world into a primative state.

In a mountain village, somewhere around modern day britain, was the Templar Fortress. A huge castle of near impregnable and magical stone. Normally the village and fortress would be lively places, full of shopping sicons and the shouts of men honing their skills. But today was very different, on this day the village, and the entire Templar nation discovered that they were at war.

On the other side of the world, near modern day bejing, the Jade emporer readied his forces to crush the Templar Sicons. In a matter of days he had conquered nearly all of Asia and had an enormous army at his command. He then took the America's and placed temple's around where modern mexico and southern america would be. These Temples where focal points of evil energy which the Emporer was using to find the Templar's greatest treasure. The source of every Scions Knowledge, The City of Atlantis. While his Temples di the searching The Emporer focused his army on the few remaining Templar strongholds, and the Templar Fortress itself. He destroyed the fortress and it's ruin came to be known as stonehenge.

Finally after 100 years of waiting Atlantis was found. The Sicons who shielded it from view were weakened by the power of the temple's, and so atlantis was revieled and the Jade Emporer besiged the city, Intent on conquering the world.

"Look at the size of that army" Elendil Strongblade muttered to the Templar beside him. "There's no way we can hold off their attack."

Paradin, the Templar leader who passing by at the time said "We don't need to hold off very long, my student. We only need enough time to summon the leviathan from underneath the ocean. Once he his free he will drive out the Dark brotherhood armies."

On land, The Jade emporer decided it was time to attack the floating city,
"Ready the Land bridge!" He shouted.

All the Earth elemental's in the brotherhood army similtanusly used thier powers and created a land bridge in which the could walk over to assualt atlantis.

"Forward! Leave none alive, Take the city!" Shouted the Emporer
And with a great cry his army ran forward.

Paradin called out "So it begins my students, the great battle of out time. Do not falter, do not give any ground! Death to the brotherhood!"

And the Templar called out "Death to the Brotherhood!"

And with the cries of the opposing armies. The battle began.

Diatoma observed the troops, rushing into battle. The Templars, he thought. What an opponent. At that he lashed out, brilliant bolts of white lightning seared across the land bridge. Knocking off opponents and tearing through the defenses. Diatoma collapsed to his knees. It was still taxing to use major bursts. But the cities power source was near. He could smell it through the chaos. More bolts struck, but less randomly. His arm lashed towards some unfortunate Templars and sharp daggers penetrated their chests. But one got up and pulled it from the healing wound. Diatoma laughed silently, he had forgotten what he was dealing with. A quick bolt seized the Templar just as a chunk of ice rammed into Diatoma's chest, knocking him backwards. As he lay, he felt the pulsing energy, so close. He reached out and drew from Atlantis. A storm brewed overhead, a DB member was making it. Massive bolts flew towards the walls, knocking chunks out of the defense. "This is how it ends"

IC: Elendil Looked to the skies and saw a thunder cloud brewing and spitting lightening at the walls. He Realized the DB where going to use the storm as a giant siege weapon he shouted "Not today!" and gathered the energies of wind and blew the clouds toward the enemy army, with the assistance of other Sicons he blew the storm cloud towards the Enemy and even killed a few of their men as it passed over. The storm then blew harmlessly away towards china. Then with a burst of speed Elendil leapt from the walls and drew his sword. Three Dark brothers ran after him and started flailing their weapons about. "Rookies" He thought to himself and with a few swipes of his sword he killed all three.

Diatoma saw a Templar literally blow in. He cut down some dark brotherhood and ensued to decimate more forces. Diatoma lashed towards him with a strong bolt but only singed him, the bolt instead careening into a nearby wall.

Elendil Cursed his foolishness as the Bolt struck him, It would make fighting more difficult be otherwise he would be ok.

The Jade Emporer looked to his 2nd in command and nodded. The Second smiled Evilly and Shouted "Fire Elemental Arrows!" The Arrows Rained from the sky and killed Templars everywhere. Elendil just barely had time to form a suit of rock to protect himself from the barrage.

Paradin decided that it was his turn to barrage the enemy. He shouted "Sages Ready Elemental cannons!" The advanced knowledge in Atlantis had allowed the templar to build enormus cannons to help defend her walls. The cannons fired with a deafening roar and their Elemental bolts Rained down on the Dark Brothers outside the City walls.

Diatoma cursed as he lept to avoid being crushed. He shot a bolt at on cannon, doing minor damage. He Killed one of the sages manning them with a knife throw and cast a bolt at Elendil again.

The Electricity burned at his suit of rock. He ran towards the caster as fast as he could, smashing less fortunate Dark Brothers that got in his way. Behind him the gates to Atlantis opened and about 1000 Templar Scions came through it to fight off the Dark Brothers Smashing at the gates.

Diatoma back flipped as the Templar ran under him, he pelted him with small electrically charged knives, then chaotically shot lightning in every direction. Templars flew to the side as Diatoma was caught in the side by a blow from Elendil.

The Knives imbedded into his suit and the charge sent through the knives dissipated Elendil's Concentration, his suit then fell apart back into a pile of rocks. He then drew his sword and said "Come on, a Powerful Dark Brother like yourself could do much better then that."

Back at the gates things were taking a turn for the worst. The Jade Emporer himself had shown up at the gate and was killing all the Templar who gaurded it. Paradin had no choice but to shut the gate and leave his men out there to suffer the wraith of the Emporer.

"You asked for it" massive bolts concentrated in the sky and converged on Elendil, racking his body with electricity. Diatoma then threw more charged knives into him. He drew some more power from Atlantis and continued boring through the walls.

Elendil took the lightening bolts without much trouble, he used their own energy to heal the wounds it inflicted, effectively canceling out the lightenings energies. As for the Knives he managed to block most of them by controling the pile of rocks and using them as shields. The other knives either missed him or hit another templar. "You can't be Serious? Using an Elemental attack against a full elemental like me? Wow they really lowered the standards for intelligence at the DB. Oh well, lets finish this!" He gave a startling war cry and rushed towards Diatoma. He swung his great two-handed at diatoma's ribs.

The Templar at the gates where all dead by now and the Emperor and his personal Guard where smashing through the gate. Paradin ordered all his men on the walls to fall back to the inner citadel to hold them off there. In the mean time he ordered the sages to release the Golems to cover the withdrawl.

Golems, are Mechanical creatures about 8 feet tall who possess extraordinary fighting ablities. The Golems where discovered when the Templar discovered atlantis. They where found just wandering around, keeping the city in good condition. Where they came from is a mystery.

The golems launched themselves off the walls and began fighting the Dark Brothers at the gate and on the field.

*Jakarda finally arrived,late as usual.he sent several member of the brotherhood flying with a single whack from his club*evil bastards*he summoned his power,covering his arms and his torso in an armored shell*come get some!*he tossed a single member into another,and he flew into another,knocking several brotherhood members down like dominoes*

Diatoma pulled out his sword and began slashing at Elendil, cutting at his flesh. He looked behind and saw another Templar attacking. He sent lightning at him but was caught off guard by Elendil.

Elendil was shocked by how fast this one was. He had cuts all over his body. "Alright, so your fast, but now it's time for you to freeze!" As he said freeze he summoned the energies of Ice and froze Diatomia Solid. He the began running to his old friend Jakarda.

He was then by his old friends side cutting down Dark brothers as they encircled the two. "Jak my friend where have you been?" Said Elendil as he cut open the belly of a Dark Brother.

Back at the citadel Paradin readied another Cannon Barrage. The cannons let loose and bombarded the Dark Brotherhood ranks. Unfortunatly a fire blast hit Diatoma's Frozen body and freed him from Elendil's prison.

Diatoma struggled in his prison, cracking away with lightning. It shattered and he threw more knives towards the two Templar. He lept into the air and brought down a heavy blow on Jakarta. He then began slashing away at the other.

"sorry it took me so long.I'm not the fastest person around you know" *he covered his whole body in his armor* "but I'm here now,so let's get busy*he mowed down three of them with a swing of his club*

"he turned to diatoma,rage in his eyes* "I'll show you,you little bastard"*he he swung downwards sending his club straight for his head*

Diatoma engaged Jakarta in a furious duel, slashing and hacking but to no avail. He then called another massive surge.

Elendil picked up a rock with his energies and threw it at Diatomia who was trying to kill jak. Then with a surge of power he threw fireballs at 6 Dark Brothers.

Back at the citadel Paradin noticed two of his strongest Templar warriors still holding off outside the walls. Using his Telepathy he sent a message to Jakarda and Elendil
*You two have done enough, withdraw to the citadel and heal you wounds, we will need your powers soon.*

"Jak did you hear that? Sounded like the bossman said to pull back."

Diatoma continued to attack the walls, boring through as the Templar fled inside. Then, Elendil Hit him with a massive elemental burst. Throwing him into the walls he attacked, massivly injuring him. He then fled towards the bridge leaping through the air as he went.

*he swung at one last brotherhood member,sending him flying like a baseball.he followed elindel back,still craving action*"i could have stayed out there for hours,i don't see why we have to go back now."

"Well they need us back a the citadel, and between you and me, I don't want to be here once we run out of golems, 'cause once their gone theres nothing distracting the Dark Brothers from attacking you or me. And trust me. There would be a lot attacking us. Now Lets get back to the citadel."

Using his elemental powers of wind he flew Jakarda and himself over the city walls and into the citadel.

"You go find Paradin and find out what he wanted us back for. In the mean time i'll go see a healer and get these wounds checked out and maybe bring back some lunch, 'cause i'm starving."

With that Elendil ran off to find a healer.

"healers.bah.who needs a healer,when you can't be touched"*he searched around,finally finding paradin*"paradin,sir,why have you called us back for?

Diatoma sat back watching the forces regroup as he silently drew extra power to heal. He noticed fluctuations in the flow, as if it was being damaged... He grabbed the nearest subordinate and told him "Go to the Emperor, tell him they are destroying the power source" He jumped up and joined the rest, preparing to finish what they had set in motion.

"Ah Jakarda, I called you two back so you could protect the city's power source. That's what the Emperor want's here. He need's it's power to cast the world into darkness. But we must destroy it to prevent that. You and Elendil must protect the Sages who are destroying it. Go find Elendil and tell him." Paradin said to Jakarda

"elindel!" *jakarda skidded to a halt,almost knocking a few people aside as he stopped* "master paradin needs us to protects these sage people.there going to destroy the power source,so the brotherhood cant get there hands on it.lets hurry"*he armored up and made his way to the sage's*

"Hold on," Elendil. He and Jakarda Both ran down the citadel stairs to the power source of Atlantis.

"Woah, look at that!" Said Elendil as he pointed at a Flaming blue star in the middle of a giant room. Surrounding the star was 12 sages. "Those must be the guys we gotta protect."

Just as Elendil said that the earth shook viscously.
Paradine used his telepathy to send this message to all the Templar *Ready yourselves, the enemy has breached the gate.*

At the Gate the Emperor Shouted "Forward minions, Take the citadel, do not let the Templars destroy the sacred star!"

With that the Emperor's Soldiers rushed forth into the city and made their way to the citadel.

"ironic isn't it.we have to protect them,so they can destroy the power source.thats life i guess" *he charged at the approaching brotherhood members,sending them flying with a few good swings of his club*"lets go you slimy bastards,I'll see you in hell,before you get your hands on this thing!"

"Indeed, ARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH" Said Elendil as he rushed forward and attacked some Dark Brothers. With a swing of his sword he cut one's head off, with another he cut his leg off by his knee.

Just then the sages completed their work and the star exploded in a brillant flash of life. With the cities power source gone atlantis began to sink.

"Ok lets get the hell out of here Jak, the city's sinking." Said Elendil.

Elendil ran up the stairs slicing Dark brothers as he ran. When he got outside he used his powers to summon a storm. He then flew up to the clouds to ride the storm out of there. He looked down at Jakarda and yelled "Use your armor on your legs and jump up here i'll get us out of here!"

Diatoma watched in horror as the city sank, so much wasted effort. He Lashed at nearby Templar who were fleeing. Then he was jumped into action as an earthquake racked the island. He lept to the nearby ship. As it sailed off, he could almost feel the anger of the Jade Emperor.

As the city sank, something curious occured. When the star chamber flooded, it released a surge of energy which scattered the surviving sicons across the world. After everyone scattered, they all went into a hibernation of sorts. After 20,000 years, mankind was concieved. Humans then underwent a series of quick evolutions caused by the Star's leftover energy. The Sicons hibernated for many years. Then after Eon's of waiting, the Sicons where awakened by the finding of a star shard. The Shard was found by a human drilling team looking for oil. When the captain touched the Shard it released the same energy that the origanal star did. Which woke up all the surviving Sicons.

The Year is now 2010.

Atlantis' Ruins
3 miles under the sea

"Woah, what the hell happened?" Said a confused Elendil

Diatoma awoke with a start, he gazed around. His surroundings were alien. Strange vehicles whizzed around. "Hey kid, get out of the street" An odd creature walked by. He looked sicon, sort of. But seemed, less able. Diatoma was tempted to fry him but he found out that 20,000 years of hibernation saps your energy. Then he realized, energy was all around him. Buzzing through lines in massive quantity. He walked to a wire hanging in an ally, and grabbed on.

*jakarta woke from his dormancy,confused and very annoyed* "what the fuck?! ahh,my head is killing me,where am i? elindel? master paradin? anyone alive down here? god,how long have i been out?

Kez awoke in unfamiliar territory, in some desert far off. The last he remembered, he had tried to teleport far from the fight as things had went far down hill for both sides. He never knew he could teleport beyond a few kilometers. He did not know how long he had been asleep, but he knew he was nowhere near Atlantis. He examined his broad swords and realized they were rusted beyond recognition.

"Damn." he was at a loss of what to do.

He remembered what he had done at the end of the battle at Atlantis. He had envisioned a desert, and he awoke in a desert. So in theory, if he were to envision Beijing, and think to teleport there, he would.

It worked, but he was in no Beijing he knew. It was far different than what had once been the capital of the Dark Brotherhood. Its streets were full and bustling and he coughed on the pollution, either way, he thought that maybe staying in this mysterious metropolis would lend him some idea to the times, and more importantly, find him a replacement for his broadswords.

Diatoma fingered his remaining knives as he walked down the city street. H saw a store selling custom knives so he walked in. "I want 50 of these" He said to the clerk. "You look a little young to buy some knives" Everyone outside say a flash. When the police investigated, all in the shop had been electrocuted and a lot of knives were missing.

Somehow, Kez could read the modern languages. Chinese was no far cry from the language envisioned by the Dark Brotherhood, and it was a fairly easy translation, even if some phrases seemed to read most awkwardly.

He stumbled across a story of electrocution and knife theft from sometime yesterday. It was not uncommon for stores to be robbed, as he had found from walking the less than good parts of Beijing, but it was the way that this one had been robbed, and that the paper these beings for some reason valued, had been left behind, only the knives taken and everyone electrocuted.

"Hmmm. So many scions were elemental, many with that power of electricity. Could they still exist, perhaps these lesser beings just have greater numbers." he muttered.

Elendil looked around the rubble that was the city and heard the calls of his friend jak.
"Jak? Jak, can you hear me? Where are you buddy?"

Back in China, the people woke to massive tremors. The Jade Emperor had left his tomb. The Emperor, seeing his ancient empire overriden by regular people, went into a fit of rage and leveled an entire district of bejing, in which his tomb was. He then flew off to tibet to rebuild his ruined castle. He then sent a message to any Dark Brotherhood members in the world *Return to me my minions, I await your return in our tibetan fortress.*

"I'm over here,hang on" *he smashed a crumbling section of wall,stumbling to the other side* "what in heavens name happened? and where are we?"

Union sat on the edge of the building as he watched the busy district of Bejing collasped itself. His eyes darted above as he jumped to the next rooftop and snapped his fingers. A bolt of lightning went across the skies in the reply to the fingers as he disappeared in a flash of lightning.

"Well by the look of it Jak, we are in what is left of Atlantis, and.... I think we are under the sea." Elendil then tried to take a pool of salt water and turn it into fresh water to drink but found that his powers where extremly weakened.

"It would seem that when the star exploded, much of my powers went with it. I need to find a pure source of elemental energy if we want to get out of here."

*he summoned what little was left of his own power,covering his legs*I'll get us out of here,now hang on*he grabbed elindel,gathered all his energy in his legs and jumped,springing them up,through the roof,the water,and and launching them about 5 feet above the water*HA! i still got it.

"Woah! Jak that was amazing! You just jumped 500 feet through water! That's amazing even for a sicon like you!" The Elendil looked at the horizon, and he saw something that just did'nt fit.

"Woah! What the hell is that?" Said Elendil pointing to a city, "We should totally check it out, maybe we can find master paradin and figure out what's going on! Come on Jak." And with that Elendil started running at a brisk pace towards the city.

Back in Tibet the Jade Emperor had finished building his fortress when he sensed something strange.

"The crystal! It yet lives! This is a glorious day! I must gather my minions!"

*Minion's of the Dark Brotherhood, Return to me! The Crystal star is not lost, but merely shattered, Return to me so we may continue our Glorious Campaign*

"yeah,amazing and very straining on the legs.I'm pretty sure if did that again,both my legs would break" *he followed close behind,trying to keep up*"why is atlantis underwater,and how long have we been asleep? and what is this place?

"Well all I know for sure is that, once the sages destroyed the star, the city sank with it. I have no idea how long we've been out, and I think that is a new kind of city." Elendil said to Jak.

"I'll ask somebody" *he looked around and walked up to a man standing on a street corner*"hey,you there,do you know what year this is?" *the man simply stared,slightly confused* "it's 2010.duh" "wait 2010?! that means we were asleep for....for....elindel,how many years is that?"

"Jak that's at least 22,000 years!"

(bump)

"22,000?! by the gods,we have been down for a long time.if were alive do you think master paradin is alive?" *he scratched his head and looked around,examining all the cars and human technology* "what strange creatures these are"

" Quite, strange indeed, but if we live, master Paradin should still be alive somewhere."

The something flew past Elendil's foot, he reached down and grabbed it. He looked at the odd paper thing, one the front it said one.

"Hey Jak? Did you bring your coin bag with you?"

Kez teleported from the earthquake as the hotel he was staying in collapsed. He zipped down to the street, then out of the way of falling debris. Some noticed him, but everyone was too distracted in running for their own lives.

"Ahhh. I'd be a lot quicker to come to you Mr. Dark Overlord if you DID NOT TRY TO KILL ME!" Kez yelled as the quake ended.

He glanced at a television with a news station now covering the quake, he read the date. 2010 he thought. Impossible. For now though, he wanted to get out of Beijing.

Diatoma looked around. Then he heard the Master's message. "He can Wait, I have my own agenda." Diatoma walked down the streets of Beijing, looking at the humans. "Pathetic" He thought. Mindlessly he walked across the street. Thwack. He was thrown down the street by the impact. Angrily recovering, he lanced the car with a massive bolt. Relishing the explosion, he ensued to knock down a building. Humans fled in every direction as he burnt them to a crisp. He hadn't realized how much his power had grown. When humans in uniforms showed up and shot at him, he was caught off guard. His bolt went crazy, lancing through a gas line. Causing a massive explosion sure to alert anyone.

"What the hell!" Said Elendil as an explosion shook the city.
"Jak, meet me at the explosion!" Elendil started sprinting towards the explosion.

Once he go there he spotted Diatoma and yelled
"You! You did this? You monster!" Elendil then pulled out his sword but when he did he realized it was rusted beyond repair.

"Oh shit...."

Diatoma opened with more knives. Then leaping across the street he stabbed Elendil in the leg. While he was daze he shocked him. But Jak met Diatoma with a blow to the face sending him flying across into a building.

*he armored his arms,though straining to do so.lacking his war club,he picked up a pick up truck and tossed it at diatoma*

The energy from the knife opened up some long dormant energy in elendil, that's when he realized *Of course, now I need a source of energy, to use my powers.*

Using the little zap of energy he had, he took a piece of rubble and hurled it at a fire hydrant, where he sensed water for energy. The rock smashed into the hydrat with savage force and water sprayed everywhere. Elendil Limped forward, knife still in his leg, and touched the water. At once much of the spraying water disappered and the knife fell out of Elendil's leg, and where it had been was healed skin. Fire burning in his eyes he said "You picked the wrong sicon to fuck with."

Gathering his energies he created a staff of hardened rock, and launched fireballs at Diatoma.

Leaping over the fire Diatoma didn't expect the fire truck hurdling through the air. He tried to boost away with electricity but was caught. He then tried to lift the truck but it was futile. He was trapped. Then he saw a loose power line. Reaching over he absorbed massive energy. The shockwave knocked the truck back towards the other sicons. He then hurled more knives at the assailants. "Try me" He said, crackling with energy. He unleashed a massive blast at Elendil. Sending him flying as it was too much to absorb at once. He then turned to Jak. He let fly another blast to open a crack in a less armored point followed by more knives.

*he summoned armor over his torso,but in his weakened state,it shattered like glass.flying backwards,he crashed through a window* "damn...i guess my power is still weakened.i need to spread it out*he summoned it once more,covering one arm,one leg,the left side of his torso and his chin*"much better"*he ripped a piece of pipe out of the wall and threw it at diatoma*

Leaping to the side, the pole caught Diatoma in the chest. He careened through another wall. Then, a tank rolled up and opened fire on all three sicons. The building collapsed on Diatoma, and he was trapped. He made another shockwave to clear debris and absorbed more power. As he stood the tank hit him with a well placed shot.

Using the power of wind Elendil pushed the tank shell, the knives and the energy blast, slightly out of the way so he would not be harmed, then using the powers of earth, he entombed the tank in a prision of asphalt.

"Bring it!" He yelled at diatoma, He gathered energy and turned his hands into flaming claws.

*jakarta simply smacked the tank shell aside with his covered arm.focusing,he managed to cover his other arm as well.looking around for a weapon,he grabbed a jagged piece of metal and made a running slash at diatoma*

Diatoma sucked more power out of the human grid. Gathering his mind he attempted to use Earth and Fire as well, but he had never trained them. The energy blast was the equivalent of a small nuclear bomb(since elements didn't like combining so much and the massive surge from the electricity) Diatoma flew through multiple building before slamming to a halt near a power plant. He literally rose into the air as what remained of Beijing was thrust into darkness as Diatoma directed all the power to himself. A massive bolt of concentrated energy flew towards Elendil, vaporizing any obstacles.

"Oh shit..." Said Elendil as he summoned all his energies into a giant elemental blast that he directed a Diatoma's in hope's to match his raw power, with Elendil's experience combining elements.

The two blasts met and exploded with massive force, the entire city of Beijing was vaporized. All that was left was three very stunned sicons. Diatoma took his chance and lept through the air, jumping to great heights. He flew across the ocean, landing in modern day new york. He decided to try to integrate into the culture, learn the customs. Then he would find the Emperor. Then.

"Woah!" Said Elendil after he recovered from the blast. "That was insane! Jak, did you bring your coin purse?"

*jakarta struggled to stand up.staggering to his feet,he pulled his coin bag from his side* "yeah,why?

"I think that our gold coins might be outdated, let's see if we can trade them in for some local currency."

He chuckled "Although, we may have to find a new city, we kind of destroyed this one."

"all of the people" *he bowed on his knee,and offered a short prayer for the deceased* where will we go?*he looked him over* "and where can we find something a little less attention drawing than battle armor?"

"I have no idea, but our best bet is to get out of this country, none of the people hear speak basic at all, they all speak chinese, which is no good, I say we should head west, towards the old Templar fortress in Brittania, see if the old language still survives there. You jump there and i'll fly, by my reckoning we can be there by sundown, if your armor dose'nt give out. I'm ready when you are my friend."

*he armored up and nodded* "lets go then" *he leaped into the air,heading straight for britannia*

"Last one there pays for dinner!" Screamed Elendil and he leaped into the air and began to fly for the first time in over 20,000 years.

"Haha, beat you" Said Elendil as he landed, "Hey and it looks like we got here a few hours early, I knew jumping on that mechanical bird was a great idea!"

*jak landed flat on his feet,leaving a rather large hole in the ground* "what was that thing anyway? it had people inside.maybe it ate them.anyhow,lets find some food.and maybe some of those clothes these powerless scions wear.

"An excellent idea." Elendil looked around and saw the british countryside "Well at least not much has changed around here. Lets head to the fortress!" But after only a few moments walk he found the ruined fortress, now known as stonehenge.

"No! No! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! They destroyed it, our home, our safe place!" He sunk to his knees and began sobbing uncontrolably,

*jak smacked him in the back of the head* "get a hold of yourself man.what did you expect? it's been 22 millenniums.it probably fell apart from wear and old age.now stand up.your making a fool out of yourself"

"Oh ya. My bad, well, perhaps we should head to that city over there." Said Elendil as he pointed at london.

"so whats our next move? the sanctuary is gone,and diatoma ran off to who knows where.we have to think of something"

"I still say we head for that city, trade in our gold for modern currency, learn what happened since Atlantis sank, buy new weapons, buy some new clothes, and then see if we can find master Paradin, and if we can't we start a new order of Templar and take the fight to the Dark Brotherhood."

*jak strolled through London,still slightly amazed at the human technology* "why couldn't we think of this stuff,like whatever this thing is*he pointed at at t.v. in a store window* "the hunt still continues for 3 strange men,responsible for the destruction of Beijing China.2 are rumored to be traveling together,while the other has vanished" "oh crap,how do you know?" *he punched through the window,busting the t.v.* "HA! try ratting us out now"

"Umm Jak, I think that was a bad Idea, people are staring at us now, come on lets find us a place to exchange this currency." Just as he said that they walked past a ban in which the sign on it said "Bank of London, Loans, Mortgages, currency exchange"

"Hey look, currency exchange, come on Jak"

Elendil strolled right on in and walked up to the bank teller and said
"Excuse me sir, I would like to make a currency exchange."

"Of course sir, what currency are you exchanging."

"Well that's just it, we don't really know what these are." He lied

"Let me see them."

Elendil handed over his and Jak's coin pouches.

When the teller opened it his eyes when wide.

"Well to be honest I hav'ent a clue either, but they seem to be made out of 100% pure solid gold, so I'll send you up to the head banker to figure out how much all this is worth."

"Wow, thank you sir, come on Jak."

Elendil Walked with Jak up the stairs to the top floor and said to him "I wonder how much all this is worth, I think I've got about 560 coins in my bag, how much do you reckon you have Jak?"

*he had to think back for a moment* "I've got about 821 coins left.that should be worth something to these...humans i think there called.

"Human's what an odd name for a species, oh here's the office we are supposed to go into, see the it's the head bankers. Lets go and get us some money."

Elendil and Jak walked into the office and sat down on two chairs in front of the head bankers desk.

"Ah you must be the two chap's with the solid gold coins, let me see them for a moment won't you."

Elendil nodded and handed the man the two bags of coins. The banker studied them under a magnifing glass.

"Well, they are real and are solid gold, and I think these are early chinese Imperial coins, these are worth quite an amount gentlemen, how many did you say you had?"

"About 1381, am I right Jak?"

"yeah i think so"

"Well then you two Gentlemen just became rich men, The total comes to 3.4 million pounds if i'm correct, the teller downstairs will set you both up with accounts at the bank of london, good day to you gentlemen."

Elendil and Jak walked out the door. As he left he high fived Jak "We are rich men now! 3.4 million pounds must be a lot of money!"

"it sure sounds like a lot.we should stop by a library if these humans have them.maybe we can find out what we missed while we were asleep"

"Sure, after we get a bank account or whatever set up,"

Back down stairs the teller gave them each bank cards and gave them individual PIN numbers so they could access their money.

"OK Jak, now we go to the library."

After about an hour of searching the two Sicons came across the Library of London.

"Alright let's check it out."
Elendil entered the building and headed to the history section. Sicons have a gift for knowledge, in which if they touch something and focus on it they can gain a summary of what knowledge the thing the touch may contain. Elendil strode down the hallway slowly gathering information by absorbing it through the books, when he found an intresting set of info he wanted to know more about, he would have to sit down and actually read it.

"There's a lot of amazing new things in this time, eh jak? Like the car, or the gun, ohh and those mechanical birds we saw are called aeroplanes, or just planes for short, it's amazing!"

*he walked around,brushing his hands over several books and stopped dead* "no way.elindel,you need to read this.apparently,these humans regard atlantis as just some myth,they've never even found it.and after we went into hibernation,the earth froze over.and then these humans evolved from something called cavemen after the earth thawed.these modern humans have only been around since about 2000 years after we fell into dormancy.

"What?" Said Elendil as he stopped dead. He opened the book and read, "O my lord you are right! And look what else, some human sect of Knights named themselves after our order, they call themselves the Knights Templar, how very odd."

Elendil continued looking around and absorbing knowledge, when he touched a book on language and all of a sudden he had grasped over 27 modern languages.

"Woah! I can speak more languages now Jak! You gotta try this one!"

"fascinating.lets try this one"*he touched a book titled,history of world war 2* "wow.these humans are violent" *he touched it again* "the atomic bomb.how has this species not wiped themselves out?"

"They seem to be amazingly resilient, almost like a cockroach. Hmm I suppose we should leave, we need to find a house to buy," Elendil paused and using his newfound knowledge said "We need a real estate agent!"

"this whole thing seems kind of complicated.but i guess we do need a place to stay.lets go"*he touched one last book* "pamela anderson?.eww"

Later, at a Real Estate agency Elendil and Jakarda where having a chat with a real estate agent by the name of sue.

"So what can I do for you boys today?"

"Well we are looking to buy a rather large house on the countryside, do you have anything like that?"

"As a matter of fact I do, it was recently put up for sale and the owners where in a hurry to sell it."

"How come? Because of property damage or something?"

"No, not at all, the husband, Bill just got a job in Canada and he has to be there by the end of the week."

"What's the asking price?"

"888,000 pounds"

"Well I think we can match that, can we see a picture?"

"Sure." Said Sue as she Handed the boys the picture.
In the picture was a white Farmhouse with 25 acres of land surronding it.

"Well what do you think Jak? I like it personally."

*he currently had his face buried in a book about ancient weaponry* "yeah,looks great.real spacious...hey that looks like my warclub"

Diatoma had given up on America, they apparently hadn't followed him there. He then watched a T.V. report of the destruction of Beijing. "Suspected terrorists have set of a nuclear bomb in Beijing Chine, More at 5:00" Diatoma had recently acquired the alias Jackson Nichols. "To London" He thought.

*he looked at the picture closely*"HEY! that is my war club!.according to this book,my club has been used quite a bit since i fell asleep.cavemen,huns,mongols,something called a pilgrim,geez.currently being displayed at the London historical museum...elindel! are we almost done here? i need to make a quick stop at something called a museum."

"Yes, hold on, Sorry, ma'am, we would live to buy the house."

"Ok, just fill out the information here and sign your name here, and here's the deed. Your fund's will be transfered into their bank accounts and they have already moved out, so the house is yours."

"Thank you." Said Elendil as he took the Deed from the lady and walked out with Jak.

"Ok let's go see if we can buy your mace back. Where did you say it was again? The British Museuem of Natural History right?"

"buy? i was gonna start smashing stuff till i got my club back,but i guess we could try it your way.but if they wont sell it to me,I'll just take it back"

"OK lets go," Said Elendil as they walked inside. Approached the front desk and asked "Pardon me sir, but me and my associate here would like to purchase an exhibit.

"Which one are you looking for sirs?"

"We want the war club."

"I'm sorry sir but the club is in bad condition, if we take it out of it's case, it will literally fall apart."

"Ok well thank you for your patcience we'll be on our way."As the two walked out he said,
"Sorry Jak. If it makes you feel better, my sword is all rusted up and I think it fell apart, besides, we could always go get one of those new, modern war clubs and swords, and one of those new gun things."

"eh,to hell with it.I'll just improvise if diatoma shows up again.it worked good last time"*as they walked down the street,he looked at the window he had broken,with a new t.v. in the window*"hey,isn't that you on that,thing?" "passengers on flight 673 were threated to quite a sight.a flying man,landed on the wing of the plane,and stayed there,until the plane entered British land,where he jumped off.he is currently being pursued,as a suspect in the destruction of Beijing China.he is rumored to have an accomplice,whose face was not caught on film.if you have any information on the mystery man and his companion,report your findings to the nearest military post.thank you and now for the news at 6:00"

"Oh crap, ok we really need some clothes and weapons now come on." Said Elendil as he started running. His first stop was a blade store where he bought himself a wonderfully sturdy hand and a half sword, in which it's owner had no idea of it's value. Running around he found a clothing store and purchased clothes for himself and Jakarda.

When they were finished and where finally wearing modern clothing he said to Jak
"I think we need some modern names, because if you ask me Elendil is a dead give away."

well,you can just call me jak.that sounds pretty common.as for you umm...*he looked around,trying to get an idea,until his eyes fell upon a picture of the prime minister* "AH! how about tony? that seems like a good name.

"Hey I like Tony, from now on my name will be Tony Henderson, ohh I like it. Now then I say we buy stuff for the house, come on."

Elendil (AKA Tony) and Jak Spent the rest of the Day hunting for items for their new house, these items ranged from food, electronics, weapons, digging supplies, 2 brand spanking new cars, and a few guns. As well as Jak's old war club, which was curtiously given to the boys when Jak was notified he was related to the viking who used it last.

"Wow this is a sleek ride," Said Tony, admiring his new Red Ferrari Spyder.
"You liking your new wheels jak?"

And for all ya'll wondering what the digging supplies are for, that's my little surprise that comes later.

Following a news report, Diatoma(A.K.A Jackson Westbrook) caught a flight to London, while there he took sleeping in 'unoccupied' housing and eating whatever the vacationing humans left. Reading about a sighting of the flying man he managed to narrow down Elendil's location. Also, he took interest in the new local millionaires, Tony Henderson and Jak. They looked familiar.

*he sat on top of a brand new yellow Kawasaki ninja motorcycle* "yeah pretty sweet i guess.but i just got this...weird feeling.like something bad is heading our way.or someone bad"

"Well whatever it is we can handle it, now lets go for a ride." Said Tony as he jumped into his car, threw his pistols into the glove compartment and put his new sword in the back seat.

He turned the key and his car purred to life.

"Last one into London buys dinner!" Said Tony as he floored the gas.

*he strapped his club to his back,took one last look around and followed close behind him* "what is it with you and making me buy dinner?!"

"Dinner is very good!" yelled Tony "Besides we haven't eaten in 20,000 years. And I really have a craving for nacos. Now let's finish this!"

Tony, swerved and turned, racing down the highway at ridiculous speeds, Jak always beside him on his motor bike. The just as Tony thought he won, Jak sped ahead and took the lead, and even won.

Tony parked his Ferrari next to Jak and said, "Ok you won, where are we eating?"

"well i heard good things about..what did they call it in the book...pizza.I'm sure theres a place around here that sells it"

"Ya, I heard that stuff was good too, hey look theres a Boston pizza over there. I'm sure they sell pizza."

2 hours and 4 large pizza's later.

"Wow i'm stuffed Jak! Today's been a great day, we have a house, we have vehicles, we have money, we have weapons, and best of all we have'nt run into any Dark Brotherhood members. This is fantastic!"

OOC: And queue Diatoma

Leaping over the roof Diatoma sent a hail of gunfire and lightning streaming towards Elendil and Jak. He tossed a grenade to a nearby wall to cause some chaos and let loose another bolt at Jak.

"Ahh for the love of..." Elendil said as he dodged the incoming fire.

Elendil sprinted to his car where he retrived his new pistols and his sword.

He then brought up a shield of rock around his car.

"Jak let's take this guy out, but try to limit colateral damage."

Elendil unleashed a flurry of bullets at Diatoma,

"Take this you rotten son of a bitch" And sent forth a fire bolt.

*he armored his torso and let the bolt bounce off*"not this time tiny.I'm wide awake and well fed.your not gonna get off easy this time*he covered himself and took a running swing at him with his club*

Diatoma fried some incoming bullets but some passed into him. "Damn" Diatoma unleashed more lighting at Jak and took out a small building. A hail of bullets tracked Elendil. Police showed up and opened fire of Diatoma and Jak. Diatoma reduced one policeman to ash and injured another. Jak's club connected and sent Diatoma flying into a second story window.

*he spun his club around and uncovered his face*"that right.if you want some more,I'm right here"

Elendil yelled at the police "Wait, let us deal with him! Leave the Behemoth alone!" He yelled pointing at Jak.

Half a moment later he took three bullets into his back.

He screamed in pain and sent a hail of fire bolts at Diatoma. Then using his powers he created water in his wounds to push the bullets out.

He broke open a fire hydrant and healed his wounds using the water. He turned to face Diatoma and brought his sword from it's sheath on his back.

"Come and fight me like a Real Scion Diatoma!"

OOC: I hate to say this but if i don't get any more posts I may have to declare this thread offically dead.

OOC: Alright I'll add some more story to this to make it intresting, i've been sick so my RPing skills have declined.

The Jade Emperor looked down at the one hundred or so Dark brothers that survived what they called the great hibernation. He Cleared his throat and said in a Malevolent and booming voice that shook the very core of the mountain.

"Minions! The time is here for us to rise from the ashes and reclaim this pitiful world! During the Great Hibernation an insignificant species called Homo Sapiens, took control of our world! Today we begin a great crusade to purge them from the earth and take back our world! But!" He paused quickly "We need the powers of the Crystal Star of Atlantis. As you know those cowards the Templar destroyed our holy artifact. But there is yet hope. The Star was Shattered into many shards. If we recover these shards we can create a new star and a new holy city! Now go my minions, find the shards, find Humans with potential to become scions, and most importantly Kill the Templar!"

With a great cry the Dark Brothers surged out of the Fortress to find new scions, shards of the Crystal star, and Kill any remaining Templar.

The Fierce duel between the three Sicons had been raging for more than an hour. Diatoma had gotten stronger, but Jak and Elendil were strong too. Eventually Diatoma would get tired out and one of the two Templars could finish him off.

Elendil Charged at Diatoma and swung his hand and a half sword with all his might, hoping to catch the Dark Brother off guard...

OOC: For all of you reading the story at this point i'm going to open up a second signup for people who wish to RP a nation dealing with the Sicon's reemergence, or for people who wish to RP Sicons who hav'ent been a part of the story yet or humans who have the potentail to be sicons.

*jak turned his attention to the police and smirked,covering his face* "come on,hit me with everything you've got" *the police obliged and fired round after round at him,seemingly ignoring that their bullets were bouncing right off him* "are you done? good,my turn now!" *he started spinning his club over his head,slowly speeding it up.finally he swung as hard as he could,sending a huge blast of air at the police,blasting them all about 2 blocks away* "that should keep them away for a while"
