It is the year 2012. Most nations in the world have begun to focus their attention on the European Union. For decades Christian Pastors and Christians in general have spoke of this Union as the "Revived Roman Empire" described in the Bible as the place where the "Antichrist" would rise. For years the politicians and Arabic leaders dismissed this as hogwash. Then came May 1st, 2012 (I just made this date up). In a single moment millions around the world vanished into thin air. Now the seven years that will end the world as we know it will begin.

Prime Minister Cobart looked out window of the Palace in Jerusalem. Only two months ago, the Israeli Marine Corps took the Temple Mount by force from the Muslim militants that had held the Temple Mount for hundreds of years. Just last week the construction of the Third Jewish Temple began. The Dome of the Rock had been moved to Mecca after the threat of it being destroyed if it remained in Jerusalem. After the disappearances that had taken place nearly two days ago, the whole world held its breath as it looked to the United States of America and the European Union for awnsers...

"With nearly 20% of the population disappearing the nation has fallen into anarchy. All military forces have been recalled from around the world to help in securing Mokastana from further chaos. It has been two days since the great disappearance and riots are still occurring in downtown New Mejico City and Cancun. National guard units have been recalled to active duty. President Nicolas Villa has this to say:

My brothers and sisters, a great tragedy has struck us, but today we must stand together to fight whatever evil has caused this great loss. As of today I am declaring the nation under martial law. The kings Laws are revoked and curfews will be in effect. Until we can regain stability we will never be able to recover from this loss.

Downtown Mokastana City

The capital was reformed into a fortress, air space was not accessible, ground routes were cut off. No one was allowed in or out. Only military convoys with food and supplies. Inside the Emergency situations bunker the Commanders of Mokastana debated and fought over what could of caused this. The only man who kept his temper was Steven Francisco, head of the Mokastana Bureau of Secret Affairs.

"Fransico, what the hell is this?" DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?"


"Unfortunately, not even Mokan intelligence could have predicted this one, it seems as if these people, just....disappeared. I know you don't want to hear this, but it wasn't biological, chemical, or any WMD we have ever imagined, and we have seen some crazy things in the MBSA. Our only leads were of the "religious" methods. You see, Christians believe in a "Second Coming" and I hate to say this, but these events look just like it. It maybe a crazy theory, but if yesturday you told me one fifth of the population would disappear without a trace, I would laugh at you, and trust me, I know ways to make a fifth disappear, but those would leave traces of something. I hate to say it, but this was paranormal."

Minister Harper stepped out of his palace in New Babylon into the media mob that had formed to interview him on the recent disappearance of untold millions of people. He stood and smiled. Novia Babylon, his nation, had recently become the leader nation of the European Union. He stepped up to his podium and began to speak.

"People of the Earth. As you know, yesterday, a terrible event happened to millions of our friends and loved ones. Already every News stations in every nation, are saying this was a religious event. I have no opinion on that, however I have been given the consent of nearly 94% of Earth's governments and nations to assume the title of "Leader of the World". The European Union is to be reformed into the Earthly Alliance. All news stations will become one, this new News Organization will be known as The Global Inquirer. All nations will under this new rule will be benefited by a Global Military. I will be traveling to Jerusalem next week in order to oversee the laying of the foundation of the Third Jewish Temple."

With that he left the podium and went back into the palace.

Holy Emperor Tiberius Lucius Severus stood alone in the throne room of the Holy Imperial Palace looking out one of the giant, ornate windows. In his hand he held a glass of single-malt scotch which he kept swiriling in his hand. He took a sip of the scotch and clentched his teeth as the alcohol burned the back of his throat. "No rest for the weary." He said to himself.

Suddenly the doors to the throne room flew open and Quintus Octavius Lepidus, the Rathani Minister of Diplomacy, came barging in with a dozen or so Preatorian (the Emperor's personal bodyguards) chasing after him.

"Outrageous!" Octavius bellowed. "This is simply outrageous!"

Holy Emperor Severus called off his guards and motioned for them to return to their posts. "Yes, I saw the news this morning, Octavius." He said taking another sip of his scotch.

"You're not going to give into this, are you your Highness?" Octavius asked wiping sweat from his brow.

"Give me some credit, old friend... Of course I'm not going to submit to this nonsense." The Holy Emperor responded as he poured Octavius a glass of scotch and offered it to him.

Octavius took the glass downed it quickly. "Ah, that's EXACTLY what I needed." He said.

The Holy Emperor grinned and then motioned for Octavius to sit down. "We will have no relations with this New World Order... I want you to recall all Rathani nationals and close our embassies, we shall only maintain relations with those nations who stand with us." The Holy Emperor instructed.

"What if the Earthly Alliance tries to force us to submit through military means?" Octavius asked cautiously.

"I've already contacted the generals and admirals of the Holy Imperial Legion, Air Force, and Navy." The Holy Emperor responded. "If there's an attack, we'll be able to hold our own... Plus, I doubt everyone is going to submit to this garbage."

"Of course, your Highness, but will that be enough?" Octavius asked in a worried tone.

The Holy Emperor poured Octavius another cup of scotch and handed it to him. "We took on the world once and won when we left the Roman Empire all those centuries ago, we can do it again." He said with a grin. "You're worrying too much, things will come together, I promise you."

Octavius nodded and accepted the scotch.

"What concerns me more, Octavius, is the fact that millions of people disappeared instantly and, while millions of Rathani civilians disappeared, few in the military disappeared and no one in the government disappeared." The Holy Emperor remarked.

"The High Council of the Holy Church of Rathanan believes that a certain view of the end times was correct." Octavius responded as he took a sip of his scotch.

"It appears so, but I like think that I've been a dutiful servant of Christ..." Severus responded with a frown.

"Perhaps you have... Notice that most of the military is still in tact... God needs us here for something and I think it's painstakingly obvious as to what it is." Octavius said, finishing his scotch. "Well I feel worlds better... I guess I should start recalling our ambassadors and FSOs." He added as he rose from his seat.

"You do that, Octavius... I shall make a public statement regarding the matter and wait to see what happens." The Holy Emperor responded as he guided Octavius out of the throne room.

The Holy Emperor walked outside the Holy Imperial palace flanked at all ends by Preatorian and was greeted by a swarm of press and photo flashes. The Holy Emperor took his place at the podium and motioned for the press to quiet down.

"We are living in the midst of very strange times, dear brothers and sisters in Christ. The disappearance of millions of people in an instant and the rise of this so-called "Earthy Government" have raised many questions about the direction our nation shall go." He paused for a minute to swallow.

"The people of the Holy Empire of Rathanan can take heart that their Emperor shall not submit to this foreign regime. We shall have nothing to do with this new government. Just hours ago, I ordered that all embassies be closed and all ambassadors be returned home in countries that join this government. Likewise, any nations who join this government and have embassies in Rathanan must vacate within three days or all personnel will be forcibly expelled." He paused as he took a sip of water.

"Our armies are strong, our people will endure, and most importantly, God stands with us. We shall meet any assaults upon our nation with unrelenting wrath. May God, with his eternal abudance of mercy, grant us victory in this dark hour... GLORY TO THE EMPIRE!" The Emperor conluded with a rousing cheer from the audience.

"Alea iacta est." The Holy Emperor muttered to himself as he returned to the Holy Imperial Palace with his Preatorian.

Prince Sora hit his knees when he saw the HoloNet report on the "New World Order". It was bad enough that the King himself had disappeared yesterday with millions of others, but now this nutcase in Novia Babylon had become "King of the World". Grand Admiral Gordan bust into the throne room and flipped back on the HoloNet, this time to a report coming out of Rathanan:

"Who is this?" Sora began.

"This, my Prince, is a possible ally."

"Ally? Against what?" the Prince said rolling his eyes.

"Are you so blind that you can't see what is happening?! Now I admit that if I had done better in the past, I would be with The King Of Kings in heaven at this moment but right now God is about to pour out His wrath of Earth."

"Oh is he?" The Prince mused.

This time Gordan had had enough.

"SILENCE!! Is your father not proof enough that the world is at an end?? He disappeared in the Rapture yesterday and now some fat nosed politician is the so-called "King of the World"!

The two argued for a few moments longer. Then after a long discussion with the Senate and House of Governors and of the consent of Prince Sora, Grand Admiral Gordan ascended to the throne of King in order to lead RyanBrum into battle against Satan....

Empress Caroline II of House Lockeheart had disappeared. She had been very ill recently, sometimes delirious, and at first it was feared that maybe she got herself lost wandering around the Palace. The Imperial Household Guards, and indeed the entire Imperial Palace staff, were frantically searching the grounds in a desperate attempt to recover the missing Monarch.

When word came out that people were vanishing nationwide, however, it was immediately evident that Caroline II would not likely be found.

Crown Princess Larisa was visiting friends in the south. A Special Forces team had been dispatched to retrieve her, if she had not vanished as well and take her to the capital region. They had managed to find her, and within hours she had been crowned Empress Larisa I.

Now, she was about to make a short reply to Harper's statements.

"Ladies and gentlemen," the newly-crowned Empress began. "Recently events in the international community have caused immense panic and chaos. People have been vanishing, from everywhere. Homes, workplaces, you name it. This has naturally caused a degree of unrest. However, I am pleased to note such is not happening here. People have vanished, but those left behind have kept incredibly calm, all things considered."

Larisa paused a moment.

"Nobody is yet sure what happened, what caused this...vanishing, but we are looking into potential causes, and trying to locate who is responsible."

Another pause.

"For now, however, we must focus on repairing the damage caused. Also, the issue of Mr. Harper's broadcast is important. We will not bow to this politician in a foreign land, but we will be more than happy to ally ourselves for now, at least until this situation is sorted out. The more we cooperate and coordinate in this emergency, the more quickly it can be resolved. That is all."

"You know what this is don't you?" said the President, breaking the long silence that had held the room for half an hour. "It's a Church conspiracy. They've kidnapped all those people, all across the world, to make it look like we're in the middle of some divine event. It's all so they remain in power, so they can rule us through fear. Well I'm not having that."
"What do you suggest we do, Sir?" said General Stein, resplendant as ever in his impeccable uniform.
"Have all the Churches closed, arrest the priests and bishops on charges of kidnap, terrorism and whatever else you can think of. The Christians may have power over most of the world but they shall not have us in Parilisa. We shall be free, and as a sign that we are free we shall show the world what we do with those who try to rule us."
"It shall be done as you say, Sir." Stein gave a sharp bow and left the room.

The Churches burned that night, across Parilisa they burned. The people who had lost family members formed into mobs and beat up the priests that the police didn't get to in time. In the cells and jails of the Republic whihc once stood for religious equality and freedom priests languished, they knew deep in their hearts that the end was nigh, but they were willing to suffer in these prisons for christ.

Emergency Situations Bunker, one week after the "Great disappearance"

In the background the news plays, everything from MNN live broadcasts to the fact that 94% of the governments had unified.


"What the hell, this man thinks that he can assume control of the world just by pushing a button?"

"Mr. President, if we continue to resist then who knows what will happen to Mokastana, it seems like the only way to get through this is to open our borders and get the aide Mokastana needs in this trying time."

"Mr. Fransico, what are trying to do, surrender Mokastana to the world governments"

"Mr. Villa, what are you trying to do, continue to make the world suffer while we hold up. Look at this way, we have large stockpiles of food, ever since the Mejican Revolution we have been doing our best to prevent another famine scare. We have the abilities to feed Mokastana until the farms can be brought back and then some. I say we join this global union and become saviors"

"Generalissimo Canarias, can I get your input on this, statistically speaking what do you see?"

"Well Mr. President, out of our population of nearly 3 billion, over 300 million disappeared last week. These were pilots, crew of ships, hospital workers, drivers, mechanics, soldiers engineers and more. With their sudden disappearance we can assume that another 600 million died as a direct result of their disappearance, another 400 million are believed to be suffering or dying due to the loss a third of the population. With nearly half of our population dead or gone we have managed to save what is left by nationalizing the country, and declaring martial law, but the riots, extremist, and lunatics are still a problem, most major cities are in critical standing, we barely kept the main island together. The Sur region has fallen apart to radical groups, we haven't heard from Generalissimo Dugal in two days, I can assume the south has fallen to civil war.

Mejico is now at the military's whim, we captured the food stocks quickly and arrested those who were either destroying them or stealing from them. family farms are being recovered on a farm to farm basis, each requiring military forces to show up and tell them its all ok, even then sometimes they don't believe us. Lots of religious types there, we lack the manpower to enforce beyond the food stock, but full scale rebellion is unlikely, to many people holeing up.

Teirra Nueva is a mess, still riots and stucture fires, the islands are the only safe places, and of course refugees are flocking to them like crazy. I hate to say this but we need to work with this new government. If they can bring us stability then we can provide them with food."

"Very well, it is done. We will go to this new government and ask for help."

These are certainly trying times, we need help. Currently we have massive stockpiles of food ready for such as disaster and we would be willing to donate in return for help securing our nation. Please respond soon.

Minister Harper grinned when he saw the message from Mokastana. The Earthly Alliance had just presented him with the idea of making 10 nations the most powerful on the Earth. Now he knew that Mokastana might be able to become one of them. So he wired a message to their leader.

Friends in Mokastana,
I accept your request and wish to know if you would like unmeasurable power. If so I can arrange it.

"The Vamperial Kingdom of Lynion is in a status of entirly shock! What you're about to hear is going to be the worst thing that happened to the Kingdom since the 1942 Transformation. The entire population on Lynx Island have vanished and the leadership crisis is in a status of collaspe if it wasn't for the new king, King Vamperial Valdmir Kingston or better known to us, Vamp the Grand Headmaster of the Vamperial Order. We go live to Lynx Island where the military have resotred law and order," said a news reporter.

The camera turns to a view of the Palace with the last of the Imperial Guardians escorting King Vamperial Kingston to where he'll make his speech.

"The Vamperial Kingdom of Lynion will be restored to order because we are going to go through the hardest but yet favouritable stage of the Christian Belief! The Second Coming is about to decend upon us and we're going to be sitting in Heaven looking at Christ and God themselves!" started Vamperial as cheers and shouts of joy. "However, in order to know we're not alone, we have sent out a telegram to our allies to ensure for the sake of their safety and the safety of the world. I want everyone to know, that the Kingdom will defend itself until our beloved Jesus Chirst comes back for the remaining of his followers. God Bless Lynion!" finished Vamperial.

"Unmeasurable power? My main concern is for the people of my nation, power is the last thing on my mind. Now I just want help keeping my borders stable."

Nicolas Villa, a man who had grown up in the trenches of guerrilla warfare, fighting capitalist and fascist, watching men die in the name of the revolution, was now offered "power" needless to say he felt insulted.

However this was not true across the board, one man who sat with them...Director Steven Fransico, lived for power.

It is not power I seek, instead I want to ensure the safety of my people. I have entire territories that are not under federal control. We have witnessed the birth of two separatist nations, one in the amazon of Mokastana, calling itself the Bolivian Revolution, and another in Mejico calling itself the Christian Farmers Army. Not to mention the lawlessness that is spreading throughout my urban areas.

Get me reinforcements, and I can promise you Mokastana will do whatever it can to repay you.

Holy Imperial Palace - Saint Alexander City, Rathanan

It was sunset but things carried on in the Palace as if it were midday. The Holy Emperor paced up and down the throne room like a tiger in a cage. Suddenly the door opened and several generals and a man in a suit walked into the room.

"Ah, Minister Calidus (Vibius Geminius Calidus, Minister of War), what do you have to report?" The Holy Emperor asked as he shook hands with the man in the suit.

"The Legion is prepared, all full-time soldiers are at their respective bases running war time drills, the auxilliaries can be called into active duty at any time, all naval vessels are on high alert all over Rathanan's waters, the Air Force is ready to fly, the Legionary First Cohorts (special ops) are ready to commence with surgical strikes as soon as the order is issued, and our nuclear arsenal is preped and ready for launch." Minister Calidus stated without breathing.

"Good." The Holy Emperor responded, patting Minister Calidus on the shoulder. "Sit down, please..." The Holy Emperor gestured to a seat and Calidus obeyed. The Holy Emperor pulled two wine glasses out of a cupboard and a bottle of fine wine. As he poured two glasses, there was another knock at the door. "Come." The Holy Emperor ordered as he handed Calidus a cup of wine.

The door opened man in a dark suit walked in followed by another man in a black, class-A Praetorian uniform. Both men were fairly tall individuals with obsidian black hair which they kept neatly combed. The man in the suit had a pair of aviator sunglasses hanging from his coat pocket and a stone cold look on his face that could make children wet themselves.

"Ah, General Dolabella!" The Holy Emperor said, shaking the hand of the man in the uniform. "...and... Mister Stephens..." The Holy Emperor said as he shook the other man's hand. Why can't he use a Rathani name for his code name? The Emperor thought to himself as he rolled his eyes.

"You summoned us your Highness?" Dolabella sounded off.

"Dolabella, I'm going to take care of business with you first and then I need to talk to Mister.... Stephens... Alone." The Holy Emperor said as he offered Dolabella a cup of wine.

Dolabella took the glass and sipped on it. "What would you ask of me?" He asked.

"The Praetorian Network is to root out any and all possible espionage within the Holy Empire." Holy Emperor Severus ordered. "Get the Urban Cohorts to help you when necessary, but I'd prefer if spies simply.... Disappeared and woke up in the basement of the Praetorian headquarters." He added.

"It shall be as you say, your Highness." Dolabella stated as he finished his wine.

"Then you're dismissed, General." The Holy Emperor said.

Dolabella snapped to attention and saluted the Holy Emperor before pivoting on his heel towards the exit.

"Now, Mister Stephens, I want the Areani to infiltrate this Earthly Government." Severus said as he handed Stephens a cup of wine.

"What sort of information do you want them to collect?" Stephens asked as he accepted the glass and took a sip.

"Military orders, troop placements, names of importance, the usual stuff I suppose." The Holy Emperor responded. "I want them to channel military information to Minister Calidus and names of importance to Dolabella as well as to your office." The Holy Emperor added as he gestured towards the silent Minister of War.

"Seems rather straight forward, black as usual?" Mister Stephens asked as he took another sip of wine.

"Of course, follow standard prodocol... If a spy is cought we can't help him, hell, we can't even know him." The Holy Emperor responded as he motioned for Minister Calidus to stand with him and Mister Stephens. "Gentlemen, may God grant us victory!" He said as he rose his glass and klinked it against the others.

Shortly after Minster Calidus and Mister Stephens left the room, The Holy Emperor faxed a statement to the Holy Imperial Ministry of Diplomacy.

To: All non-Earthly government nations
From: Ti. Lucius Severus, Holy Emperor of the Holy Empire of Rathanan

Greetings nations who have not bent the knee to the Earthly Government! I am Holy Emperor Tiberius Lucius Severus of Rathanan and I believe it is time for us to band together (while maintaining our soverignty) to fight against this new government. Any who are interested should send a message to the Rathani Minister of Diplomacy, Q. Octavius Lepidus.

The Holy Emperor has given me authority to offer you military protection... Troops can be in country in just a few hours if you approve this.

Don't bother about sending troops to Lynion. We destoryed everything and the Kingdom and the Colony of Union are bathed in radiation. There is nothing left in our homeland but sadden memories. We're therefore taken all remaining naval and aerial units and headed to Israel. If this is the start of the Second Coming of Lord Jesus Christ, then there will be Seven Years of living hell.

My race is on the brink of extinction and I have to take care of it until Christ comes back. If you wish, we're going to Israel and if the prediction is correct, then the wovles of the east will decend upon Israel.

Then I pledge to you my service. I hope it does not come to us having to use our children for war. More accurately I can't seeing as all infants and children vanished last week. Spurius Domitius Atellus stood on a street near the Wailing Wall. He was dressed in a white button down shirt, khaki slacks, and brown dress shoes. His face was fairly scruffy looking and he was wearing aviator sunglasses. His black hair was greesed and slicked back very carefully. He looked around briefly and lit up a cigarette. As he took a drag, another man approached him.

"A mutual friend with a stupid name sent me." The man said, sticking a small slip of paper into Domitius's pocket.

Domitius pretended as if he ignored the man and continued to smoke his cigarette. Once the mysterious man disappeared into the crowd, Domititus took the paper out of his pocket and looked at it,

3:30 - Resturant at the north end of the street. The paper read.

Domitius shrugged. "Business as usual, I guess." He muttered to himself as he threw his cigarette butt on the ground and stomped on it.

When Domititus arrived at the resturant he saw the man who gave him the slip of paper sitting at a table. Domitius, without saying a word, went to the table and sat down.

"You're a very hard man to get in touch with, Domitius... IF that's your real name." The man said.

"You obviously know how the business works, it isn't your business what my real name is." Domitius retorted with a frown. "Anyway, Mister Stephens sent you?"

"Yes... New orders for you." The man said as he offered Domitius a cigarette.

Domitius took the cigarette and lit it up. "Really? So I'm being taken off sleeper status finally?" He mused as he took a drag on his cigarette.

"Something like that." The man said as he lit up his own cigarette. "I'm sure you're certainly aware of everything that's been going on... Between the disappearances and the Earthly Government."

"You'd have to live under a rock not to notice." Domitius said as he took a drag on his cigarette. "At least we know all that time in Church wasn't in vain, right?" He added with a smirk.

The man grined slightly. "Regardless, Mister Stephens wants you to keep an eye on a certain Minister Harper when he arrives here soon." He said, handing Domitius a folder. "Observation only for the moment, we'll contact you again if we need you to infiltrate." He added.

Domitius took the folder and slid it under the table. "Anything else?" Domititus asked as he took a final drag on his cigarette and smashed the butt in the ash tray.

"Use extreme caution... The guy will no doubt have tons of bodyguards at his disposal." The nameless man said. "With that, enjoy your meal." He added as he stood up. Soon after the nameless man left, a plate of lamb and pita bread arrived.

"Complements of Mister Stephens." The waiter said to Domitius with a nod.

Domitius grinned as he started to cut the lamb up. "I love this job." He said to himself as he took a bite.

Holy Imperial Cathedral - Saint Alexander City, Rathanan

The Holy Emperor sat in the darkened Cathedral meditating. In the background a monk was chanting Psalm 50 with several others humming in the background. "Everything is prepared, your Highness." Minister Calidus said as he made the sign of the crucifix across his chest.

"Our agents in Israel are active?" The Holy Emperor asked, opening his eyes.

"Active and carrying out their orders as we speak, your Highness." Mister Stephens said, stepping out of the shadow and also making the sign of the crucifix across his chest.

"General Dolabella, are your teams finding any spies yet?" He asked.

Dolabella stepped forward and, after making the sign of the cross, nodded. "A few arrests and even more suspects... We want to be sure so we don't bag innocent Rathani citizens." He reported.

"Good, make sure this doesn't get out of hand Dolabella." The Emperor said, rising to face his staff. "Octavius, any responses to my message?"

"One, your Highness... Some strange country called Lynion... Seems they were really sacked by the rapture." Octavius responded. "It doesn't seem too promiseing... Seems more like a burden than help."

"A burden we must be willing to take on if we are going to be better than our enemies." The Holy Emperor responded.

"Of course, your Highness." Octavius stated.

"Now come, I have a few bottles of fine wine and a box full of cigars back at the palace with all of our names on them." The Holy Emperor said with a smile as they left for the Cathedral.

Israel- The Wailing Wall

Agent Tobin paced back and forth waiting for his cab. At first the sound was faint but then as he turned he recognized who he was looking at. There stood two old men shouting: "Repent! God's Kingdom is near! He who have ears let him hear! Repent the end is here!". These must be the two witnesses that would preach until the mid way point of the Tribulation. For a moment he gaped at the sight of them, but he had to go as his cab had come. He got in and was headed towards the half built Third Temple.

The news that Minister Harper was coming to Israel was less than flattering, and the appearance of two preachers at the Wailing Wall was unsettling. It meant that the Earth was hurdling towards the Seal Judgments. That alone made every Israeli believer's blood curl. But what was comforting was that before it came, the Angel of God would seal the believers on their forehead, protecting them from the Judgments. This would probably take place in a few days because Israel had just signed a peace treaty for seven years with the disgusting Earthly Alliance. What next...

Queen Gwendilynne Hatchison sat on her throne looking out over the jungles surrounding her palace and the mountains beyond. She had had never been more surprised then when 22.2 million of her citizens just simply vanished from the face of the earth. Then after monitoring the world news she realized that these events could only be the beginning of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ! At first she had been devastated at having been left behind. She had believed herself a Christian and couldn’t understand why she wasn’t taken. However after hours of painstaking prayer and fasting she had decided that she must do what she could to fight the Son of Satan who now claimed the leadership of the entire world! Minister Harper stepped up to the podium in front of the new Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem. He had a stern face on and his mood was obvious through his expression.

In Front of the new Temple - Jersualem, Israel

Spurius Domitius Atellus stood in the crowd during Minister Harper's speech. He wore a light green button down shirt with Khaki pants and dress shoes. His hair was fixed up in the normal way (greased back) and he wore aviator sunglasses. Around his neck was a forged Global Inquirerer press pass, as not to arouse suspicion. As the Minister spoke, he faked enthusiasm as he made a note of the people around him. He snapped a few photos of certain individuals and left as the Minister finished his speech.

Atellus's apartment

Domitius sat in the darkroom in his apartment, finishing the photos he took of individuals who seemed important. Once the photos were finished, he propped up a bulletin board outside the dark room and started pinning photos up according to their position in the hierarchy. All he knew was that Minister Harper was at the top of it all... The rest he could only guess. He lit up a cigarette and reviewed the bulletin board. As he took a drag on his cigarette and grined as he blew out the smoke. "Bang!" He said as he "shot" Minister Harper with a finger gun.

Holy Imperial Palace - Saint Alexander City, Rathanan

The Holy Emperor and his cabnet sat around a meeting table and viewed Minister Harper's speech.

"That's it then, if this isn't a declaration of war, I don't know what is!" said Vibius Geminius Calidus, The Minister of War.

"Hold the phone, we can't just start throwing nukes at them because he said something... This sort of tough talk is expected from him!" Quintus Octavius Lepidus, The Minister of Diplomacy, shot back.

Massive arguing insued between all the cabnet members while the Holy Emperor thought in silence. Finally, he opened his eyes and slammed his fists down on the table. "SILENCE!" He yelled.

Instantly, the Ministers all shut-up and looked at the normally calm and quiet Emperor in disbelief.

"Everyone at this table is right in some respects." The Holy Emperor stated. "We can't just start throwing nuclear arms at people now but we can't act like cowards either." He added as he peered around the table. "Mister Stephens, you will contact the Areani agents in Israel especially and order them to move to infiltration and subversion modes." He ordered.

Mister Stephens nodded. "As you command, your Highness."

"Minister Calidus, you will raise the military to war time status... All Auxilliary Legions are to report to their posts ASAP." The Holy Emperor ordered as he pointed to Calidus.

"By all means, your Highness." Minister Calidus responded as he bowed his head.

"Minister Lepidus, you will keep in contact with other nations who resist the Earthly Government... Offer them economic and military aid as needed. We need allies if we have any hope of forcing Harper to back down." The Holy Emperor stated as he pointed his finger towards Octavius.

"As you wish, your Highness." Minister Lepidus responded.

"Gentlemen, this shall be Rathanan's stand... After these seven years, we need not worry anymore." The Holy Emperor said. "Weather we stand or fail, people shall know that THIS was our finest hour." He added. "Therefore, we cannot afford to be addled by petty divisions between us... Rathanan speaks with one voice, and that voice speaks in favor of Christ." He added as servants passed out wine to each of the cabnet members. "Gentlemen..." The Emperor said as he stood up and rose his glass to make a toast. "Christus victor!"

"Christus victor!" The cabnet members said together as they hit their glasses together and drank.

King David Hotel-Jerusalem, Israel

Minister Harper sat at his desk at the hotel in Jerusalem. Tomorrow was a big day, he was going to return to New Babylon and deliver a speech that would certainly infuriate some but give hope to his new kingdom.

In Heaven

Jesus Christ was handed the Scroll by God Himself. And all the Angels, Elders and the Four Animals surrounding His throne fell on their faces and sang,

Then every creature in Heaven and earth, the dead sang,

Jesus stepped up and ripped the First of the Seven Seals. And one of the Animals around the throne roared. "COME OUT!" A white horse and its rider came out carrying a bow and he was given a crown so that he could conquer the nations....

I should add that I got chills writing this.

That night was terrifying for Prime Minister Cobart. He knew what must be going on in Heaven right now. The Scriptures make it quite clear that the first Five Seals would remain unseen on Earth and would come quickly. The Sixth Seal was the scary one. Only hours ago, Minister Harper had made a speech that sealed him as Antichrist. Harper would leave in the morning for New Babylon so that he could deliver another speech. Then and only then would Cobart send a message for help.

Mokastana News Network.....

"Greetings, this is Chad Foreal reporting live outside the Capital in Mokastana where President Nicolas Villa has approached congress for the right to join the new world government. Seeing as over 60% of Mokastana is still in an anarchist state the government has made a pledge to assist other nations in the world in whatever they need in exchange for security and assistance here. Currently the Caribbean Islands are the only areas completely under governmental control. There are still Christian separatist active in both the south and Mexican areas of Mokastana."

Behind him news reporters race to the front door as numerous parliament members run out, escorted by their own security, many are throwing microphone stands back in and they are being chased by what appears to be more parliament members. The camera bumps around as the camera man races to the seen with Chad behind him. Police are trying to separate the two groups, only for the private security to draw guns on police...


"Arrest these tratiors!"

Gunshots fire off into the crowd. The camera spins to see security staff firing .45 rounds at cops. the police respond with pistol fire, dressed in Riot gear they use the shields to absorb most of the damage. However police shields are only rated to absorb 9mm rounds. As security makes it to their cars larger automatic fire can be heard.....

"what the hell is going on here?"

In Heaven

Jesus ripped off the Second Seal and a second Animal saying, "COME OUT!" and a red horse emerged and it's rider was given the ability to take away the peace of the Earth and he was given a large sword. And this would cause people to kill one another.

New Babylon Airport

The 747 touched down and no sooner than five minutes later and Minister Harper was in a cab on the way back to Babylon Palace, his home. It had been nearly two weeks since the disappearances took the world by shock and already things were stable. Except for the religious rebels in the small pockets of the world that had not pledged their loyalty to him. The sun was beginning to set and he began to think about the press conference he had the next day. He smirked, what a day that would be...

Today's Headline: Rathanan Readys Her Armies For War!

Saint Alexander City - Rathanan had no qualms about showing its continued military might yesterday afternoon in a massive military parade throughout Saint Alexander City. At the parade, Holy Emperor Severus addressed the nation outside of the Holy Imperial Palace and informed the people of Rathanan of the coming trials.

"...There is no doubt in my mind, good people of Rathanan, that the second coming is upon us this very moment. We must, therefore, press on in Christ's name as we hoist his banner high and meet the aggression of the Earthly Alliance with courage rather than cowardice!..."

Many nations in the new Earthly Alliance believe that the Emperor's speech is a prelude to war. Whatever happens does not make world peace look like a realistic goal at this time.
