Marble Developments is a Corporation founded in July 30th 2008

It was founded by Robert Spears, a 67 yearold businessman and former Mayor of Olsen City.

Officially Marble Corp. has over 1,800 employees working for it.

Its HQ is located in Olsen City. a small Industrialized town of over 58,000 citizens.

It is speculated Marble Corp. has a number of other employees. Some journalists speculate it could have over 5,000 Olsen City residents on its pay roll.

Marble Developments has a number of Projects and works

- Residential Developments and Construction

- Cosmetics

- Medicine

- Computer Technology

It currently has no deals with any government but Marble Developments Founder Robert Spears says this could change

ROBERT SPEARS

Spears was born in 1941, April 17th In the Birtish countryside where he lived with some wealthy reletives, kept out of the cities due to Nazi bombing.

In 1946 at the young age of 4 Robert moved with his family to Chicago
His Family were still quite wealthy and Robert was quite a bright child.

He returned back to his Native country to attend Oxford University where he was studying Biology and Chemistry and passed top in his class.

He grew an obsession with medical research and was involved in a number of research projects for vaccines and medicines.

In 1968 Olsen City was founded. Robert at the age of 27 was invited to the new township by a friend he attended university with who was a chief architect and city planner.

Robert then became heavily involved in the city and its creation and by 1970 had a population of over 8,500.

Robert was given a place in the city council and became the Olsen City Mayor from 1980-1984. He was not re-elected but while in office accumulated quite a bit of wealth. journalists suspecting corruption and embezzlement were quickly silenced.

In his four years as mayor his personal influence and power grew increasingly and even his successor was a close ally of Robert

Robert then accumulated more wealth by hiring private investigators until he had dirt on everyone of importance in the city to use against them when it suited him

By 1988 he was a dominating and powerful figure no one crossed

In 1992 he ran for mayor and was sucessfully elected back into office.

He accepted defeat gracefully in 1996 as he claimed he wanted to "follow another dream" This dream was the Marble Developments Corporation

While strolling along the Gerald River which ran through Olsen City he found a clean, white rock with a snake carved on it. It turned out he had found an old marble sculpture though it had been broken and he only had a small portion of it. Its been a prized possesion ever since and the inspiration for the Corporation name and animal.

He hired some scientists and business men and PR men and went about creating his dream in 2002. The plans were fully drawn up in 2004 He purchased an empty lot in central Olsen city and the Marble Corp. HQ was constructed. a 20 story high building. the tallest building in the city.

People thought it was an ordinary office block but on the 30th July they found out it was to be the HQ of Marble Developments Corporation.

Robert has also purchased an old abandoned Observatory in the surrounding Stirling hills though it is not clear what his plans are for the old Observatory

OLSEN CITY

Founded in January 6th 1968 it is a small Industrialized city located in Colarado.

Population: 58,560

Current Mayor: Jonathan Franks, 1996 - present day

The Olsen City Tram Line was established in 1972 using old tram carts imported from cities that were removing thier tram services.

The Gerald River runs though Olsen City just south of the City Center.

The Southern part of the city can be reached by two bridges

Diamond Bridge and Gerald Bridge

There is also a small ferry service which goes across the Gerald river several times a day

Most of the city is quite built up with brick walkups and small apartments
Single family homes are located in the suburbs to the south west of the city

The Stirling mountains are to the north of the city and are a natural border for the city limits

There are 6 roads heading out of the city.
North Tunnel (North of the city under the Stirling Mountains)
South Tunnel (Southern section of the city under the Olsen Mountains)
Emerson Street Highway (Heading east out of the city)
Gavin Road (Heading west out of the city on the southern side of the Gerald River)
Hill Street (Heading east out of the city on the southern side of the Gerald River)
Gerald Road (Heading west out of the city passing thorugh the suburbs)

Area's of Interest in Olsen City

Olsen General Hospital
Located on Emerson Street (Central main street of Olsen) it was built in 1983 and is a state of the art hospital with modern facilities and equipment. It is quite a large hospital, a bit too large for a city of Olsen's size though it has a large car park located at the back of the hospital. It is 4 stories high and has a Helipad

Olsen Police Department
Located on Burndale Road and Dickson Street it is one of the oldest buildings in the city built in 1969. It has a nice park to the north and a carpart on the North west side. It is a 3 story high building and has a helipad

City Hall
The Oldests builing in the city and seat of local government. It is surrounded by three small parks to its south and north and close to the tram line

High School
Where all the children attend school. its a 4 story high building located to the North of the city

City Lookout
On top of the Stirling hills with a great view over the city. An Observatory was near by but was closed down and abandoned, suposedly due to structural problems but it has recently been brought by Robert Spears, head of the Marble Development Corporations

Olsen University
Unile univeristyies that are large buildings. Olsen univeristy is a large area of smaller buildings seperated by parks and artificial lakes. There are dorms, science blocks....etc

Central Square
Also known as Diamond Square. its where the main streets connect together with a tram line running through. the Olsen Mall borders the Square

Bird Avory
A recent attraction in Olsen. Holding a number of exotic and native birds to the area. Its quickly becoming a popular destination. It also has a cafe at the base and a suspended rope bridge for a higher view of the avory

Olsen Mall
It the popular shopping center of the city with a number of stores and activities inside and near by the tram line and other attractions.

Olsen Zoo
Is a favourite for tourists and locals. It has a number of animals
Gorilla's and monkeys, Alligator, eliphant, lions, giraffe's and a special place for snake and reptile enclosures

Mayor Jonathan Franks
Aged 58
Elected mayor in 1996 at the age of 46 replacing Robert Spears.
Jonathan Franks moved to Olsen in 1980 and helped in the city council at the age of 30. he was a supporter of Robert Spears and has Robert Spears to thank for his success in local government

Chief of Police Adam Bull
Aged 60
Brought in to replace the old discredited chief Aaron Rowling. Since his appointment by the then mayor Robert Spears in 1994, Adam has made sure no more investigations into Roberts finaces ever happen and has remained a close friend of Robert Spears ever since

Aaron Rowling
Aged 64
Forced to resign by Robert Spears after it was revealed he cheated on his wife with a hooker. This information surfaced thanks to Robert Spears power and influence and becuase Aaron did not back down from his threat to expose Robert Spears and his corrupt administration Robert had the information released to the public. Now he is on the pension living in the southern suburbs of Olsen

Jennifer Davies
Aged 23
A local celebrity seen on TV ads and modelling posters. she is an attractive girl with blonde hair, hour glass figure and nice dark blue eyes and fair skin.

Marble Development Products and Projects.

Marble District Development
Is a planned area in North Western Olsen, past the Stirling hills in a clear area of just forest which will one day be a new, clean and beautiful suburb of Olsen with over 1,000 new homes and new roads and infustracture in the area
The new development will be called "Marble District"

Marble Observatory
The old abandoned Observatory on top of the Stirling Mountains has just been brought by Robert Spears. It is unknown what his intentions are for the observatory. It might be for Private use, Company use or opened up to the public as a profit making attractions
