To all who are willing to listen; the region of Catlandatopia is willing to accept new member-states. Currently, there are 60 Nations, and we are a welcoming region. We allow all to join, regardless of race, policies, religion or otherwise. All member states are granted complete autonomy, so long as they acknowledge the sovereignty of all other member states.
Also acceptable is to forge an alliance with our great region; whilst not officially being a member-state, we will fully acknowledge your nation's sovereignty and agree to peaceful ends.
