OOC: To be filled with lots of nummy gooey information soon.
Timeline since the migration from Earth.
Somewhere between 2130 AD and 2150 AD: The Moralites realize that Earth is on the brink of Nuclear war. Since the rapid depletion of fossil fuels and the switch to Nuclear power, almost every nation has Nuclear weapons, as well as several PMC's. They quickly prepare an evacuation using advanced Wormhole technology. The entire island of CM was wiped off the face of the Earth by the powerful thrusters on the ships, as well as poisoning the water around it. The Moralites had no system for using the Wormholes, and therefore had no idea where they were going nor how far away it would be.
1 AA(Years of the stars): The Moralites emerge near an unknown class A star. It is suspected but unconfirmed as of yet, that they landed outside of the Milky way galaxy because of the lack of recognizable stars. They begin immediate colonization of the Planet Noctisdivu.
7 AA: The Moralites perfect the once random wormhole technology. Exact Coordinates are still needed by a sensor, but near-instantaneous travel between two fixed locations is a reality. Colonization of nearby planets begins. The construction of the first Raven fleet begins. The once tricky and finicky HAWC is perfected.
10 AA: The president initiates dictatorial powers again. This does not bode well with the Senate, who began a short civil war, that consisted mostly of the Senators stabbing the current President to death. The presidential office is done away with. Senate assumes full power. The High Senator post is created, democratic elections for Senatorial offices continue as usual.
14 AA: Contact with other races is started. Almost immediately hostile relations begin with the Mekantans.
24 AA: Cloning banned.
27 AA: First inter-planetary Moralite civil war started.
28 AA: First inter-planetary Moralite Civil War ended.
30 AA: Moralites find Earth again. Second Cuborg/Macgruber war begins.
33 AA: Raven's Blood disbanded.
33 AA: CM descends into complete and total anarchy.

Government and political system:
The government is based around decentralization. Most of the power is held locally, although three thirds of the less local powers house can overrule any decision, and laws can be declared against the articles by the Senate, it can generally be said that the less the area of control, the more the power.
The Senate is elected in six month terms, for a maximum of three terms. If a Senator dies, an election is immediately held, and the new Senator carries out the rest of the now-deceased Senators term. Senators are elected by province. Depending on the size and population of the planet, one may have as few as Three (Perspoctis dies) or as many as Seven (Noctisdivu) The Senate then elects High Senators, who have the power to introduce bills to be voted on, and have their votes count twice. The post of Altviromor has complete power over the military (Except if the senate gets a majority), can introduce new bills, and gets three votes. They are elected in 18 month terms, for a maximum of three terms.
Military:
Soldiers:
Automated warriors: Robotic Moralite soldiers, made only to fight, and win! Usually used when a large assault force would do better then traditional moralite squad-based tactics. They serve two-year sentences until they are released. However, only one (Artie) as survived that long. Those that remain intact long enough often develop simple personalities. All automated warriors can speak, but they often do so with a twitch, and stops between syllables.
Equipment: Light Anti-shield laser (HPLR-V5S1), Fragmentation cannon (FAIC-V2S1) Armored Exoskeleton (BSBA-V10S1), Gambino Tech Core Battle Processor (GTBC-V2).
Notable automated warriors:
X-2 19843389-134N14ARD (Artie)
X-419356718-458B38XM (Xim)
Ranks/Types: X-1 (Scout) Lighter weaponry (HPLR-V6S2). No Fragmentation cannon. Faster movement. Heightened spotting capabilities. X-2 (Soldier) Less likely to develop a personality. Not as independent as the rest. Made in larger Numbers. X-3 (Heavy Infantry) Heavier weaponry (FAIC-V1S2) More armor. (BSBA-V10S2). X-4 (Commander) More powerful "brain" (GTCC) Higher tendency to develop a personality. Can override personal preference to co-ordinate attacks in non-commanders.
Cost to equip/train/produce: One hour, one-hundred thousand Tiosles.
````````
Semi-Civilians: Moralite militia/police, given a bare minimum of combat training, a quick course in criminal law, a swift psychological test to weed out the insane, and sent out into active police duty.
Equipment: Assault Rifle (GUR-V12 economy model) Armored Exoskeleton (BSBA-V10 Economy model)
Notable Semi-Civilians:
None as of yet
Ranks/Types: Vigiles (Police) As described above. Prefect of the Vigiles (Police chief equivalent) Extra lines in Armored exoskeleton, command over Vigiles. Miles (militia) Normal GUR-V12, not economy version.
Cost to train/equip/produce: Six months, 80,000 Tiosles. For Miles, three months, 81,000 Tiosles.
``````
Moralite Soldiers: The Moralite Regular army, well-armed, and loyal to a fault. Trained for Urban combat, and fighting in other closed areas with plenty of cover, Moralite tactics show their faults in wide open plains. However, Moralite officers are instructed to avoid such battles whenever possible. They are also used as engineers in peacetime.
Equipment: Assault Rifle (GUR-V12), Light anti-shield laser (HPLR-V5), Fragmentation Cannon (FAIC-V2), Armored Exoskeleton (BSBA-V10)
Notable Moralite Soldiers:
Ranks/Types: Legionary, the lowest men in the chain of command.
Decurion, a commander of a squad. Given three extra wires in his BSBA-V10, one to his company commander, one to his company commanders second in line, and one to his brigade commander.
Optio, the company commanders second in line. Given wires to each Decanus and his Brigade commander.
Centuriones, the company commander. Given a BSBA-V10 Commander model, and a line directly to his Brigade commander, as well as his Legion commanders second in line.
Pilus Prior, a Brigade commanders second in command.
Praefectus Castrorum, a Brigade commander.
Tribunus laticlavius, a Legion commanders second in command.
Legatus legionis, a Legion commander.
Dux, the Commander of every Legion in the Moralite army.
Nestling, a fresh recruit. Crow, an experienced soldier. Raven, an outstanding soldier, having proved his worth several times over in active service.
Cost to train/equip/produce: Two years, 165,500 tiosles.
``````
Special units:
The First Battalion:
A long lasting tradition in Moralite culture, the first battalion is meant to be the best of the Moralite army. Each soldier must have been a Raven in the regular Moralite army. Even after that, only 1% pass the first battalion's boot camp, and 0.2% survive the final test. After that, rach soldier signs on for another five years, three of which are spent in training. After they are out of their final test, each soldier is given his equipment, including the First Battalion rain jacket. The rain jacket is more of an official uniform than serving any real purpose. It folds over the mouthpiece of the helmet, splits down the middle near the legs, and is a bright yellow. As you can tell, members of the First Battalion are not expected to go on any mission that requires stealth. They are the very best of the best, and are equipped the a high-tech arsenal of anti-infantry weaponry and special External Deployment Systems. A First Battalion member (Often called "Yellowjackets" for short) has one sword, in silver, on each Raincoat shoulder pad for every 50 enemy kills. Some of the more famous (Or infamous) Yellowjackets have over forty sword markers. There are currently one-thousand soldiers in the first battalion.
Star sytems
Concuxcisum plagiarius:
Star: Concuxis, class A star.
Concuxis
http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk294/Tombombadil9/SNAP0001.jpg
Planets: Perspoctis dies, Noctisdivu, Ferversit, Somictus, and Propesita.
Planetary uses, description, and history
Ferversit
http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk294/Tombombadil9/SNAP0005.jpg
Uses: Mining: Gold, platinum, iron, copper, tin, small amounts of silver and titanium.
Geology: The surface of Ferversit is composed primarily of Iron. The planet itself has a heavy atmosphere that keeps much of the metals near the equator of the planet in liquid form. It's atmosphere has no oxygen, but is composed primarily of a poisonous gas, temporarily named X2. Setting foot anywhere on this planet without a suit, or under any conditions near the equator, has officially been labeled by the senate as:
Insanely stupid
Size at the equator: 5,898 km around.
Minimum Surface Temperature: 942 degrees Celsius.
Mean Surface Temperature: 2456 degrees Celsius.
Maximum Surface Temperature: 5900 degrees Celsius.
Weather and Climate: The thick clouds of X2 often clash together, a chemical explosion occurring whenever a dense enough cloud reaches another dense cloud of gas. However, most of the X2 on the planet is in a barely visible blue vapor, with a dose of one pictogram being lethal to the average human through the following effects. The evident effects of inhaling this gas within twenty seconds are: Brain damage, swelling of the throat, bleeding in the lungs, Hemophilia, and total loss of vision.
Satellites: None.
Composition: 67% X2, 30% Iron 3% unknown.
Surface Gravity: 0.73112 g's.
Orbital period (Year): 0.5729 Julian Years.
Rotational period (day): 13 hours, 14 minutes, 4.13 seconds.
Provinces: None.
Major Wildlife: None.
Population: 9040 humans. (Scientists)
History:
Perspoctis dies
http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk294/Tombombadil9/hmmm.jpg
Uses: Farming, housing.
Geology: Perspoctis dies' has a very flat surface, and is composed mostly of rock and dirt, with few large metal deposits being anywhere above the outer core of the planet. The planet is covered in plant life, but little of it stands taller than a meter, and almost all of it is edible. (Human-wise anyway) The planet has a rather Earth-like atmosphere, except for the fact that Perspoctis dies' atmosphere is slightly thicker, and makes Concuxis seem yellow rather then blue. It is very Earth-like in many respects, and is suitable for unsuited humans to live on. There are almost no heavy storms.
Size at the equator: 5,142 km around.
Minimum Surface Temperature: 3 degrees Celsius.
Mean Surface Temperature: 37 degrees Celsius.
Maximum Surface Temperature: 57 degrees Celsius.
Weather and Climate: Perspoctis dies has a thick atmosphere, one that traps heat even at it's distance from Concuxis. The thick, yet seemingly clear sky makes the Blue star Concuxis seem yellow, and makes many stars invisible to the naked eye during the night. Gentle rain showers pass over the planet on an almost daily basis. An omnipresent mist covers most of the equator of Perspoctis, and nowhere on the planet have temperatures ever been recorded below the freezing point of water.
Satellites: Noilicis.
-Noilicis is a small satellite of Perspoctis dies, has too little gravity to keep an atmosphere, and contains nothing but some old rocks.
Composition: 60% nitrogen, 40% Oxygen, 10% carbon dioxide, 10% water vapor.
Surface Gravity: 0.80385 g's.
Orbital period (Year): 0.9451 Julian Years.
Rotational period (day): 21 hours, 33 minutes, 23.2 seconds.
Provinces:
-Parmarsero: Parmarsero is the largest province on Perspoctis Dies, and is focused around the equator of the planet. It is also the heaviest populated province of the planet. Covered mostly in swamps and Jungles, it is also the home of the infamous "Grey Fever".
-Nunbis: Nunbis consists of the northern half of the planet, covered in open plains and good farmland. Nicknamed 'Paradise' by it's inhabitants, it is easily the most visited tourist spot on Perspoctis Dies, and is also the 'breadbasket' province of CM.
-Tersolver: Tersolver is the sparsely populated south of Perspoctis Dies, covered in nothing a nuclear wasteland. Moralite archeologists have theorized that an ancient race once resided here, and had relatively simple technology. However, the abundant radioactive material in this area evidently lead to an early discovery of Nuclear weaponry, the equivalent mankind in 1000 AD suddenly creating atomic bombs. Little more is known at this time.
Major Wildlife: Some small birds and rodents, namely: Insumur, Sonfoss, and Armilird.
Population: Forty million.
Noctisdivu
http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk294/Tombombadil9/SNAP0004.jpg
Uses: Small amounts of minerals, some plant and animal life, lots of free space.
Geology: Noctisdivu is a very flat, rocky planet. Despite it's short distance from Concuxis, it's weak atmosphere traps just enough heat, and keeps small amounts of oxygen down on the planet. Noctisdivu has several mineral deposits. However, the majority of Noctisdivu is rock, pure and simple.
Size at the equator: 6,528 km around
Minimum Surface Temperature: -30 degrees Celsius.
Mean Surface Temperature: -2 degrees Celsius.
Maximum Surface Temperature: 10 degrees Celsius.
Weather and Climate: Noctisdivu has a light atmosphere, enough to keep some water vapor and heat on the planet. Around the equator the air becomes rather moist, but actual rain showers are rather rare. This allows some small amount of snow up near the poles, and large amounts of ice, but with the lack of radiation, mutations have been rare.
Composition: 55% Nitrogen, 30% Oxygen, 10% carbon dioxide, 5% water vapor.
Surface Gravity: 0.87385 g's.
Orbital period (Year): 1.655 Julian Years.
Rotational period (day): 26 hours, 12 minutes, 55.1 seconds
Provinces:
Major Wildlife:
Population: 1.7 Billion
Starship hardware
Ripper Engine:
The Ripper engine is a new and powerful Wormer engine and generator. It has been implemented on the three Moralite "Raven" Capital ships, "The Raven" "The Murder" and "The Feather". It's powerful co-ordinate system allows it to Wormhole anywhere in the galaxy without a beacon, although over seven million digits are needed, and even that has only a range of seven hundred light-years. It's wormer system can create wormholes as small as a meter, or as large as a few miles. The accuracy comes within a mile of it's destination. The Ripper Engine makes a good sixteen lightyears a day in a wormhole, and can approach the speed of light outside of one.
Terravermis Engine:
The Terravermis engine is a powerful and reliable second generation Wormhole generator. It is the Wormhole engine most commonly used in the Moralite Fleet. It's powerful "Terra terror" technology allows it to rip gigantic wormholes able to produce a gravitational field strong enough to suck Capital class ships in, and yet precise within twenty miles of it's destination. It's low cost and small size has also been a large reason for it's success. However, the Terravermis Engine can only work when there are no other Wormholes nearby, and if given a beacon for it's destination. Without a beacon, the Terravermis engine is only accurate to fourteen lightyears of it's destination.
The Terravermis engine can make Wormholes up to forty light-years away. It makes 7 light years per month, but cannot receive or send out Radio-worm messages until they exit the wormhole, making it difficult to communicate emergency messages. The Terravermis engine can make half the speed of light in conventional travel, but cannot sustain the speed.
Rabid Fossur Wormer:
The Rabid Fossur is a first generation wormer, THE first wormer to be exact. The Rabid Fossur is not an engine in most senses, as it cannot propel a ship with or without a wormhole. All it can do is make random wormholes, making each journey a dangerous and foolish foray into the unknown. However, it doesn't need coordinates, and makes wormholes instantly, making for a quick escape. It is a required engine on every Moralite Fleet vessel.
"Void" Sensor:
The Void sensor is a powerful AI-controlled sensor, programmed to identify explosive materials, chemicals, valuable minerals, and any signs or signals of life. Making proper adjustments, many Raven fleet captains have also reprogrammed these sensors to show possible ways to avoid said objects, and chance of evasion on each action. However, the heavily encoded nature of the sensor makes this rather difficult, and often very buggy.
AASMAP3-1
The AASMAP3-1 is the standard Moralite Fleet light cannon. It's shells are specifically made to operate better in the vacuum of space. Each shell is an inch in size, and operates at one-hundred rounds per minute. Each shell carries a small electrical charge to help offset the advantage of shields against traditional solid rounds. The AASMAP3-1 is produced by Gambino tech, Moralite Industries' main rival in military equipment. However, the AASMAP3-1 has performed reliably and efficiently, much to MI's dismay.
VOHPLC-V2
The VOHPLC-V2 is a heavy laser cannon, used by most Moralite ships. It's lasers produce no recoil, and thus are often used for early assaults before using a full volley. The powerful anti-shield lasers can cut through most shields in a matter of seconds. Heating up to temperatures in excess of 4000 degrees Celsius, VOLHPLC-V2's need to be replaced fairly often, as they can melt their own insides.
EPVRG-V1
The EPVRG-V1 is a heavy railgun. Using the best of vacuum based ballistics, these powerful weapons can pierce a hole three miles deep in a planet, and are often used in last-chance volleys.
So by twenty-fifty, not only have you discovered how to open a stable wormhole, you've also constructed spaceships capable of sustained extrasolar travel that are likely numerous enough to contain millions if not billions of your people?
By twenty fifty, I'd be surprised to see anything more than a regular space plane in operation.
