I'm taking a new approach to this oil selling deal. I will sell nearly 2 trillion barrels this time around. But unlike the past you may not drill on land, I will ship the barrels you order to ports in your nation.

It has in the past few hours came to my attention that a company known as Griffencrest Corporation, backed by the government of the Blackhelm Confederacy, has made threats to invade the medium sized, oil producing nation of Ryanbrum. These threats have been under some delusional belief that this Griffencrest Corporation has a divine right to the entirety of the world's crude oil resource. This is a laughable and despicable example of piracy and imperialism, although I must commend this Griffencrest Corporation for not hiding cowardly behind a front for fear of international retribution.

In response, the Aprikan Navy pledges to deploy a full carrier battle group consisting of one large aircraft carrier, five escorting frigates, and a fleet replenishment ship to Ryanbrumian waters. The Republic of Aprika is a proud nation, dedicated to stopping piracy in all it's guises wherever it rears it's ugly, medieval head, and is taking a stand against this maniacal, imperialistic act of piracy, and urges that the civilized nations of the world fully suit, lest they wish the entire world to relinquish freedom and sovereignty to the imperialist rulers of the Blackhelm Confederacy and Griffencrest Corporation.

OOC: Thank you and it costs around 58 dollars (which is my currency). That is pretty cheep and I am now reliant on nuclear energy, so I am selling oil as a way to increase income.

And I have gotten a lot smarter not to mention a bigger military, full of the most advanced technology I could conceive. (I do not have a shinobi army any longer). Prepare to meet heavy resistance.

As a nation that holds dear its freedom from the aggression of others and acknowledges the sovereign right of any people to the natural resources that exist within their state, the Federated States finds the demands and recent actions of the Griffincrest Corporation deplorable and must condemn them in the strongest terms possible. We find it repulsive that a peace-loving nation such as Ryanbrum is being attacked solely for a few rich men from Griffincrest to exploit its oil reserves. We see it as self-evident that all peace-loving nations must stand together against such an evil and thus, willingly offer military aid to government and people of Ryanbrum.

The Lepanto Aircraft Carrier Battle Group, which is currently deployed on a routine expeditionary patrol in international waters, can be redirected to Ryanbrum, if it has a coastline, in order to provide naval and air support to the sovereign government of Ryanbrum. Additionally, the 1st Rapid Assault Corps, currently the Federal Army's high-readiness alert formation, can be deployed to Ryanbrum almost immediately, with the first elements of the Corps arriving within twenty-four hours.

The Sovergien states of KAL Condem the actions of the Griffen Crest Corperation, We fully support the nation of RyanBrum in their defense agaisnt the warmongering horders of the GCC. We pledge the support of our 2nd Assult Force in the defense of your mainland agaisnt this foe.

We do not wish to buy oil as such, since we are overstocked as is. We have stopped drilling for oil since we have so much stockpiled we have no place to store it (in excess of 3-5trillion barrels currently stored).
