Since the Hampshire Pact proposal, the government of Yanbania has been plagued by threats, both to me (the president) and to the State Senate. Revolutionists in the Yanbanian Capital went violent when it leaked that the Pact of Hampshire was drafted by the Senate and me. 12 civilians were killed by the Revolutionists, who later were found out to be numbering in the thousands (100 were involved in the raid on Yanbania's Capital.) Yanbania, as of now, is under lockdown. All allied states are now locked down. The ones listed in the first list are the states where police riot teams are putting down revolutionists. The ones in the second list are just under lock down.

Yanbania is requesting the World Assembly bring up the issue of national security. Namingly, the Yanbanian Government wants the issue of Revolutionaries and Rebels to be brought up in the World Assembly and to be adressed quickly so that measures can be taken.

We are contemplating in sending aid to you, however, we wish to know the purpose of the revolutionary uprising. Are they political revolutionaries? Religious revolutionaries? Simply immigrants up in arms? Please elaborate on your situation.

The revolutionists are Political Revolutionists. Ever since the introduction of the Pact of Hampshire many people have worried the economy and the military will be destroyed by the pact. The revolutionaries themselves are extremists looking for an excuse to put themselves in power and overthrow the president.
