I would like to present to you today, fellow Hampshire Nations, a pact that would strengthren the Hampshire Region's Economy and Military prescence.
I am proposing a permanent allience between all our great Hampshire Nations.
Here are the Hampshire Allience rules and regulations:
-All nations must agree on Regional or Worldwide matters and must make a final descision which suits all nations fairly and justly. The matter(s) will be either enacted by all nations if settled (if said matter is a Regional Matter) or presented to the World Assembly (if said matter is a Worldwide Matter).
-No nations in the Hampshire area may declare war on one another, unless the nation initiating the war has a valid reason (ie. the other nation tried to mount a surprise attack and there is sufficient evidence).
-The Hampshire Pact Nations must assist each other in times of war and in times of national crisis. No pact nation will be left out.
-If a rebel uprising happens and the rebels take control of the NationState, all Pact Nations will immediately impose martial law on that state unless the previous regime was found to be inadaquetly ruling the NationState AND the new rebel regime is one of freedom and justice. If only one requirement is met, martial law will continue as stated before.
-Shall a NationState decide to leave the pact, the leader must give a resignation letter stating he or she is no longer a Pact Member and is retracting Membership rights and benifits to make his or her nation independant.
If a nation or nations agree then write a letter of intent stating you are planning to join the Pact of Hampshire.
