I, the Foreign Minister, on behalf of King Hans Luxberg IV and the Prime-Minister Johann Strub, hereby open the nation of Luxemburgland to foreign embassies. We do this not to become entangled in alliances, for we are a neutral nation, but to better our international relations.

Luxemburgland is a small Constitutional Monarchy with King Hans Luxberg IV as its Non-Executive Head of State, and Prime-Minister Johann Strub as the political leader of the country. It has a unicameralist legislature referred simply to as the Parliament. The High Court of Luxemburgland is an independent judicial branch of the government.

Luxemburgland is a completely neutral nation located in the Alpine region of Europe and has not been engaged in a war since 1631, after which the Neutrality Act was passed in the Old Parliament. Luxembergland today strives to moderate international quarrels and to stand up for the causes of human rights. Luxemburgland does maintain an army that is trained only for the event of an invasion of the nation, and for nothing else. Luxemburgland has a free market system with some government regulation and the government has no problem with arms companies selling their wares to other nations.

The capital of Luxburg is a culturally rich city and an international diplomatic and economic headquarters. There are three available locations for embassies:

Roseburg Platz-The cultural headquarters of the city, and a very economically prosperous area. Located near the World Trade Center and the High Court.

International Drive-A traditional home for embassies, located near the Foreign Ministry and the Luxemburland Center for International Human Rights.

Government Square-The headquarters for almost all government offices in the country. The Parliament, the home of the Prime-Minister, and the Royal Palace all are located here.
