To: The Anghele Government

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

VLT is one of the worlds' largest automotive concerns, and produces more than a billion cars per annum. Upon hearing from your bid, we have decided to prepare an offer, consisting of three models:

- The VLT L8 (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13239780&postcount=13)
- The VLT L9 (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13239785&postcount=14)
- The Monteluci Duca (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13603318&postcount=1)

These vehicles can all be uparmoured by a special division of VLT, VLT Automotive Custom. This will protect these vehicles against limited 12.7mm fire, as well as limited mine protection. It can resist 7.62x39mm bullets during an ambush, while comfortably transporting their passengers.

Since another requirement of your bid is 'powerful', we would advise you to buy the V6 petrol engine for the VLT L9 and acquire the V8 SFS version of the Monteluci Duca, the most powerful versions of these cars. We expect that the SUV will always be the slowest vehicle in this convoy, and, with it's armour, will be able to achieve a top speed of 210 km/h. A 0-100 km/h acceleration of 8 seconds is within reach for this armoured car.

If you have any questions regarding our vehicles, or require other vehicles from our Catalogue (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=540064), please ask.

Signed,

Hans Schmidt

If it´s possible we wish for you to keep delivering our order of the L8 during the next years until the initial order is completed.

Thank you.

(OOC: So, you want me to deliver the L8 during the years I'm delivering the rest of the order? That should be short then, the rest of the order should be fulfilled within one year.)

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

The order made can be fulfilled within one year, except for the VLT L8's, who can only be delivered at a rate of 5 per year. Therefore, we suggest that the initial order of 10 VLT L8's (per version) will be delivered as originally conceived (over a course of 2 years), and ending the delivery of this order after 2 years.

The export limitation of the VLT L8 is not just a limitation on our capabilities, but also a limitation to stop it from becoming a 'daily' car, an automobile that can be seen every day. This also means that we cannot continue delivering L8's every year endlessly. We hope that this is understandable.
