The United Worker's Republic hereby invites a small (no more then 15) group of representatives from your nation to tour the progress of the United Worker's Republic. The tour will begin in Leocardia, and then move on to Shujun, and then, finally, end in The Northern Baltic. Part of your stay you will be accomponied by a guide, but, to assure you that we are in fact a democracy with civil rights, we will allow you time to travel on your own, unhindered by our government. We wish for you to notify us who you intend to bring, to allow us time to print Tourist ID's for your group.

I am delighted to hear of an opportunity to visit a state such as yours and will gladly accept your invitation. I (The Minister of Foreign Affairs) will be attending along with four members of the Bundesverhinderung (Anti-terror and bodyguard specialists) and five college students who have been selected as possible future leaders for Leistung. I believe that an experience such as this will help them to gain a wider perspective of the world as well as to see a Communist state more in-depth.

In addition to that, I wish to come along to assess whether your nation would be one worth entering further diplomatic relations with.
