I - Yuri Novikov (Czar of the Fascist States of the Baltic) have just issued an open door policy to all dictatorships looking for a new home. In the Fascist States of the Baltic, only dictators are welcome. Our citizens are brainwashed into believing that they are the chosen ones who will bring glory to the world. You too can choose to rule your nation with an iron fist and also converse with other great dictatorships without need from those pesky democracies. There are only three requirements:
1) You must be a dictatorship, corporate police state, ect.
2) You must be willing to role play (this means decent grammar and spelling and that you must stay in character as your leader)
