The Commonwealth currently has two aircraft up for export. More will be added as is deemed necessary by the Department of Defense.
http://i344.photobucket.com/albums/p343/knight4hire/cv-30-a.jpg
Overview
The CV-30 Vogel was developed after the unveiling of the V-22 Osprey medium lift aircraft. Built for the same reason-to retire the aging Commonwealth fleet of medium-lift helicopters, the Vogel is also capable of VTOL/STOL takeoff, powered by two TF-40(GE-36) propfans by Red Star Industries.
Design
Built much the same as the Osprey, the main differences are the engines and wing surface. Unlike the Osprey, who's lack of a wing is due to it's propeller engines, the Vogel displays wings that fold outward from the engine roots. The wings have reinforced struts on the trailing edge which allow the engine nacelles to pivot nearly 90 degrees. The engines themselves are propfans, utilizing the superior ualities of turbofans and turboprops.
Description
The CV-30 Vogel is a multi-engine, dual-piloted, self-deployable, medium lift, vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) tilt-nacelle aircraft designed for combat, combat support, combat service support, and Special Operations missions worldwide. It will replace the Defense Forces aged fleet of CH-46E and CH-53D medium lift helicopters
Variants CV-30 will be utilized by the Air Defense Force for their Special Operations missions maintaining maximum commonality. Aircraft avionics peculiar to the ADF unique mission requirements constitute aircraft differences.
CV-30-A will be used by Maritime Forces for Combat Search and Rescue and fleet logistics support.

Never mind. I want 100 of each aircraft, and have already calculated the value. I enclosed in the 9.9 billion USD I owe you. I do have that much defense budget, if you were wondering. Here is my total budget for everything. (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=Miroxia)

By "each aircraft" do you mean the Vogel, Horizon and Darkeye? If so, the first Vogels and Horizons can be delivered (20) within 10 months, as they are already in production. Darkeyes are in the first stages of production, so a delivery estimate for a single batch (again, 20) would be 12-18 months.

May I recommend that you take a look at the NSDraftroom (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom/index.php?act=idx)? It's a place for designers just like you to come together and discuss new designs and such. The people there are (for the most part) friendly and very reminiscent of a drunken but funny friend. Seeing as you have designed fairly good aircraft, I'm sure you'll fit right into the Aeronautical section of the Draftroom.

http://i344.photobucket.com/albums/p343/knight4hire/frigga-class.png
Overview:
The Frigga-class carrier is the first generation nuclear powered carrier of the Commonwealth Maritime Forces, built to replace the conventionally powered and limited Freya-class carriers left over from the csarist navy. The original Frigga’s have been constantly upgraded to keep them up-to-date and comparable to newer classes of carriers. The most noticeable feature of a Frigga-class is the ski-jump bow section, made to launch heavier fighter craft in relation to her length.
Dimensions and Performance:
At the time that the lead ship of the Frigga-class, Frigga's Bane (1972) was launched, it was the largest vessel the Commonwealth had constructed. Comperable in size to the American Essex-class, the Frigga was meant to be the lead aircraft carrier for the next twenty years. It succeeded in this mission, as it was replaced only by the succeeding Gibraltar and Thor-class carriers. The ski-jump allows the Frigga to perform as a STOBAR carrier.
Armament:
The Frigga was originally equipped with two 20 mm Phalanx CIWS cannons, which, with upgrades, has been joined with two SeaRAM missile suites as well as RIM-116 missile systems.
Electronics:
Continued upgrades have ensured that the Frigga is equipped with a comprehensive electronics suite to make it comperable to modern navies.
Crew and Compliment:
The total crew is 1,425, with an airwing of 817. This includes pilots, aircrews and support personnel.
The ship is capable of carrying 30-40 combat aircraft, along with support aircraft such as the E-5 Darkeye and KC-30 Horizon.

Alpha-class Mk III
Type: nuclear-powered attack submarine.
Overview: With the addition of the Meridian-class, it was thought that the Alpha would be mothballed as its brethren had been in the Russian fleet. However, its unique characteristics made it desirable to maintain, and the Mk III program was started in early 1999. In addition to an increased armament, a lead-cooled fast reactor was reintroduced to the newer model, recognizing the benefits of such a system. The Mk III’s longevity is projected to serve the Commonwealth for at least 20 more years.

Cost: $400.1 million USD
Xerxes-class Heavy Cruiser
Type: Nuclear-powered heavy cruiser.
Overview: With the advent of Task Force One, the Commonwealth began it’s own research into cruisers and vessels other than large ships powered by nuclear propulsion. The final product was the Xerxes-class, built as a heavy missile cruiser, with a payload equal to some battleships. Though the older of the two classes of nuclear cruisers (with the Tyr-class being introduced in FY1995) the Xerxes still maintains its place within the Maritime Defense Forces as an active deterrent and necessary tool.

http://i344.photobucket.com/albums/p343/knight4hire/cvn.jpg
Overview
Noticing the limited scope of the Frigga-class and obsolete Freya-class carriers, the Commonwealth Defense Directorate initiated a project to develop a carrier to match the most advanced of the world's leading carriers. The result, completed in FY2000, was the Gibraltar-class carrier. Over 100 feet longer than the American Nimitz-class, the Gibraltar class is among one of the most advanced ships ever constructed by the Commonwealth. Her ship line is suspected to serve for the next forty years.
Dimensions and Performance
The Gibraltar-class carrier is the leading class of aircraft carrier in the Maritime Defense Fleet. At 373 meters in length, the Gibraltar is 30 meters longer than the American Nimitz class, with a beam approaching 50 meters and displacing over 99000 metric tons loaded. Gibraltar carriers are powered by two Red Star/General Energies A9X(GEA4W) nuclear reactors, capable of producing up to 220 MWe combined. This provides the Gibraltar with the ability to refuel once every twenty years. Also introduced in this carrier class is the EMALS (Electro-Magnetic Aircraft Launch System), which takes up 20% less space than the traditional steam catapult system and provides greater amount of control and safety when launching aircraft.
Armament
The main armament of the carrier is its fighter compliment, which, for the Maritime Forces, consists of F/A-18E/F Super Hornets and Dassault Mirage Rafale-M fighter planes. For defense, the Gibraltar incorporates four 20mm Phalanx CIWS gatling guns and four SeaRAM missile suites, located at the aft and bow of the Island and one group each on the port side, aft and bow.
Electronics
The Gibraltar employs the latest electronic sensors to track, counter and identify threats, with a standard AN/SLQ-32(V)3 electronic warfare suite.
Crew and Compliment
The total crew is 5,000, with 2,300 serving to keep the ship operational, and the other 2,700 dedicated to air operations, including pilots, aircrews and other support personnel.
The ship's Sickbay is fully equipped to provide all forms of medical care, including dental and surgical areas. The Sickbay can care for up to 100 casualties at a time, and there are three located throughout the ship.
For combat, the Gibraltar carries 100 and up to 110 combat aircraft, mostly F/A-18E/F Super Hornets and Dassault Mirage Rafale-Ms, although Su-33s and F-14D Super Tomcats are also found in some air wings. For support aircraft, the carriers use CV-30 Vogel VTOL aircraft and/or HH-60 Pavehawk helicopters, as well as E-5 Darkeye VTOL AWACs. For refueling purposes, two KC-30 Horizons are also deployed.

CV-35 Globe Star
Type: VSTOL transport
Overview: In a competitive bid against the Red Star CV-30 Vogel, General Energies Dynamic developed and tested their own VSTOL aircraft, the Globe Star. 30% longer and ten feet wider in wingspan than the Vogel, the GS is more of a medium transport than the Vogel’s main description. However, it is not capable of a literal vertical takeoff or landing, which was the reason for the Maritime Directorate’s contract to be awarded to Red Star. The Globe Star was adopted in limited use by the Air Defense Force, however, mostly for testing purposes, and the first operational transport squadron was the 10th Airlift Squadron in late 2007.

The Royal Radictistan Air Force believes that a stretched airframe may be necessary to accomodate extra crewmembers for the tasks we expect it to undertake. As these will be land-based aircraft, it shouldn't be a problem. An intelligence Darkeye must be able to intercept, analyze, and jam enemy radar and radio signals. It must also have its own transmitters to conduct psychological warfare operations. (OOC: technically, this isn't SIGINT/ELINT but it fits within the mandate of the special operations squadrons it will serve with.) It must naturally retain all self-defense features of the standard AEW&C Darkeye. The RRAF is willing to gurantee an initial order of at least twelve airframes.

Overview
Created for an international bid for a SIGINT/ELINT aircraft capable of STOL, the Skyeye was built on the design of the existing E-5 Darkeye, which was a replacement for the Maritime fleet's E-2C Hawkeye. Powered by two RS-300 (PW2403) turbofans, it is assisted for STOL by four R-650(BS.605) RATO engines.
Design
Based on the original E-5 Darkeye, the Skyeye is an elongated version, nearly 5 meters longer and four meters wider in wingspan. This enlargement was to encorporate the increased equipment loadout as well as the larger crew compliment.
